"He's cunning," Qi Huan frowned.

"Yes, but he didn't cover his lips," Ye Jiao smirked. Her ability to read lips' movements came in handy right now. She didn't learn it because she wanted to, but because she had to. However, it was this skill that allowed her to know what they were talking about.

"Oh, right. What are they talking about, Jiao'er?"

Ye Jiao frowned as she continued to watch them talking, ignoring the young prince's inquiry beside her. Qi Huan knew that she was concentrating, so he had no choice but to wait until they finished.
