Chapter 142 - The Elf (8)

The sounds of celebration and joy seemed to be muffled through a layer of water. In the cold forest, the faint rustle of scampering animals and the occasional crack of branches underfoot sounded. Through a dark layer of foliage, the silver moonlight illuminated the path for the two evil spirit's playing a dark game in the dead of the night.

The more he knew Chu Yi, the greater his obsession with his every movement. Someone who could instantly turn a backhand and hurt him as soon as he became dissatisfied, like a punitive cat that would scratch if petted too long.

Now, Chu Yi is hiding in the trees and bushes, the other's unique smell is mottled, completely covering his tracks. But to him, this was more like the last bow before a gift is unwrapped, it only made his heart more restless.

The dark golden eyes narrowed with a heavy excitement.

The evil spirit walked into the forest, the tranquil and calm forest seemed incompatible with his strange temperament, it seemed that as soon as he entered the forest, the animals disappeared and the plants bowed their head.

Wherever Ruan Quixi passed, it seemed that all life was sucked in a vacuum. He purposely walked slow, stepping on the branches without any intention of hiding his tracks. The evil spirit lowered his head, glancing at the wound that had been cut into his body. Coagulated blood had already painted the white shirt a bloody red. He didn't care about this little wound and as if showing off a trophy, he purposely allowed the blood to stain his body.

The corners of Ruan Quixi's lips curled up he moved his head to avoid the cold red knife that came from behind. Although he evaded in time, a long mark was still drawn on the side of his cheek, and the red dagger disappeared into thin air in the blink of an eye.

He slowly licked the blood at the corner of his lips.

Ruan Quixi looked back in the direction where the crimson dagger flew, the only thing he could see was the hanging branches of the dark trees, swaying in the cool breeze. In his mind, a pair of burning red eyes flashed, a low chuckle of amusement rumbling in his chest.

"I thought we were just running, why are you playing a backhand here." Ruan Quixi narrowed his eyes slightly, although his words seemed indignant, there was no trace of anger in his voice, only eagerness. He turned around and walked back, but from behind a whip was wrapped around his feet, pulling him back suddenly.

But the evil spirit who had already prepared just moved his feet back, perfectly avoiding the attack, the red whip too disappeared into thin air, not giving him a chance to snatch it.

"Cunning fox," Ruan Quixi exclaimed lightly.

The warm orange glow of the burning in the distance accompanied by the beating drum seemed far away as if they were trapped in their world. His footsteps were getting faster and faster, avoiding the attacks from all directions and shuttling through the winding forest.

"Crack!–"

Chu Yi grabbed a hanging leaf above and he slowly stepped back a few steps, then turned back as if to move from the original path, but instead, he faced a cloud of black fog.

The man, shadowed in darkness and light smiled politely, "Ah, my dear, the game is over."

Chu Yi turned around, the dark red eyes squinted faintly, the hand grasped the dark leaf slowly let go, a faint black powder falling from his fingertips.

The black-haired young man's forehead was sweaty, and even in the cool night, his face was reddened with heat.

Ruan Quixi walked out from the dark shadow under the hanging tree, his dark eyes were full of interest, the skin that had been cut by Chu Yi returned to its original condition. On his chest, he wore a bright red rose.

The red petals gleamed with a charming and dangerous luster, and the evil spirit walked in front of Chu Yi with a relaxed tone: "Where are you going to run now?"

There was no place to run.

Chu Yi was tired from running. He didn't know if it was due to his physique, but the farther he stayed away from the guardian tree, the harsher the burning pain in his chest became.

He leaned against the rough bark of the tree beside him and looked up Ruan Quixi, there was even a bizarre interest in his eyes made up of pure malice.

"Not running away," the black-haired young man raised his lips and smiled under the moonlight. He looked at the evil spirit provocatively, "I'm tired of playing too."

Ruan Quixi walked to dead in front of Chu Yi, the dark black hair faintly illuminated by the light that peaked through the white clouds.

A black mist rose from the ground and enveloped the two, isolating the wind and moonlight. Two hands slowly came up to rest at the sides of his head and apart from this evil spirit, there was only darkness in front of him.

Chu Yi looked up at Ruan Quixi fearlessly, watching the desire in his eyes suddenly emerge from the depths, like the turbulent waves that rose from the depths of the deep sea. A finger slowly came down to tap at a position right beside Chu Yi's heart as if inadvertently, "Did you have fun?"

Chu Yi narrowed his eyes and looked deep into the man's eyes. His heart suddenly gave birth to a sense of secret pleasure and refreshment. As if he could fully confirm that this hypocritical and dangerous evil spirit was conquered by him, bowing at his feet and living for him. The desire to conquer was enveloped by a sweet maliciousness, and the evil nature in his bones suddenly grew exponentially.

Chu Yi chuckled a few times, crawling his fingers on Ruan Quixi's tie, and suddenly lifted a foot to kick him lightly.

Ruan Quixi trembled vaguely.

The tail of his eyes was raised, and he glanced at the man as if he was mocking him, "Could it be that you're...jealous?"

"But why is that, isn't he...apart of you."

Chu Yi's eyes flashed with a cunning light, and the way he looked at Ruan Quixi was even more charming as if tempting him to leak all his secrets

The man didn't answer but raised his hand to pin the sticky black hair on Chu Yi's forehead behind his ear, "What I want will be delivered to my hand by countless people. Most of the time, I don't do it myself."

"But you, my dear," the evil spirit leaned happily, and whispered ambiguously into Chu Yi's ears, "You are the only thing that is held by me."

"Then I'm honored," Chu Yi smirked. "After all, you personally chased me."

The evil spirit smirked, "You are different."

He held Chu Yi's moving hand on his tie and lightly traced the gaps between his finger. These few words were already the limit of Ruan Quixi's gentlemanly demeanor. The desire beneath the surface that have been held for long exhausted his patience and before Chu Yi could continue to dig for secrets, he was kissed.

There was no gentlessness and tenderness in this kiss, it was more as if he was taking revenge. Ruan Quixi didn't need breath, Chu Yi didn't respond at first, red eyes watching coldly at the man's face that was dyed in an intense evil by desire. The hands at his head cupped his face and the evil spirit's tongue was as hot as lava, slid across Chu Yi's lips, and even seemed to want to go further down.

Chu Yi gradually couldn't breathe, he lifted his knees and kicked Ruan Quixi again, but whether fueled by desire or something else, Ruan Quixi did not let go. A heavy sense of suffocation hit, Chu Yi grabbed the man's hair and dragged his head back strenuously, the evil spirit slightly withdrew from his mouth, and asked with a low smile: "What's the matter?"

Chu Yi felt something against him below as he panted breathlessly, the bruised red lips spat mercilessly "Are you a dog?"

"From before to now," Chu Yi sneered, "Your kissing skills are really bad."

Ruan Quixi used a thumb to brush the gorgeous color on his lips. He didn't care about Chu Yi's words that irritated him deliberately, "Then practice my kissing skills on you."

As soon as the voice fell, he pressed the back of his neck and kissed him again. The bark of the tree is rough and gritty. Enveloped silent darkness, Chu Yi didn't know how many times he was kissed by an evil spirit. His lips burned horribly and even the root of his tongue was numb, when they were separated, a string of saliva was drawn-out along with their movements. The fragile human body could not resist such endless torture and the broken skin on his lips shed bright red blood.

The smell of blood diffused in the air and Chu Yi turned his head irritably and didn't want to continue, but the Ruan Quixi was like a shark chasing after the smell of blood.

In the black mist, the wet gasping sounds overlapped. Lewd and charming, Chu Yi didn't know how much time passed but it was only when his vision turned black, did the evil spirit finally leave his lips.

"..."

Chu Yi gasped, his lips were painful as if every inch of flesh had been bitten,

"Ruan Quixi."

His voice was hoarse and dumb but the anger contained in it was not false, "Do you want to die?"

Chu Yi could feel his very enthusiastic gaze scanning across his body, swept across his lips, his neck, and then finally fell on the exposed collarbone revealed by the translucent shirt.

This gaze was full of meaningful danger. Chu Yi breathed slightly, his throat was painful, and his heart faintly itchy under such eyes. As if Ruan Quixi could penetrate his skin and stare at his soul. The white neck was filled with countless intertwined red and green marks from the hands that held him firmly.

Ruan Quixi's eyes became even hotter.

"Didn't you say to me, that as long as I took you away I'd be allowed to do anything I want?"

The evil in the man's grin seemed to deepen as the name slowly spilled from his lips, the arc of this smile like a sharp knife pressing thinly against a fragile neck. Chu Yi's heart skipped a beat, an ominous premonition in his heart but it also aroused the wildness in his blood, faster and faster until the only thing left in his ears was the sound of rushing blood!

Chu Yi's face was red, and his lips were also crimson. The corners of his lips hooked higher and higher, looking at the appearance of the evil spirit, like a glamorous ghost seducing people into hell.

"Ruan Quixi," he stood relaxed, his shirt wrinkled by the evil spirit and the tree behind him.

Several strands of hair hooked on Ruan Quixi's shoulder, even if he was restrained by the hands-on his waist and pressed in such a remote corner, his aura and posture made it seem as if he had the upper hand. As if he was born to conquer.

Chu Yi suddenly smiled maliciously, "But didn't I also say, as long as you don't regret it?"

Ruan Quixi raised a brow and wanted to speak but at this moment, a golden light suddenly flashed before his eyes and in the next instant, Chu Yi disappeared in front of his eyes.

He kept holding Chu Yi's posture, his lips should have continued to stick to Chu Yi's neck.

His arms were empty.

Ruan Quixi's face sank, rarely so black that it could drip ink.

In the silent forest, a voice filled with suppressed anger sounded, "Chu Yi–"

After a moment of dizziness, Chu Yi fell heavily to the floor of an unknown place. The rune on his neck was extremely hot, but it was quickly cooled down by a wet tongue lapping happily at his neck. Chu Yi pushed away from the head slightly and opened his eyes to face with a pair of limpid eyes.

"Ankiron."

The dog barked happily and licked at his face before disappearing.

Chu Yi stood up staggeringly from the floor, he was in a damp and old cave underground, far away from the elf tribe.

No, the most important thing is...

The expression of disbelief on Ruan Quixi's face in the last month before he disappeared, flashed in his mind.

Chu Yi laughed suddenly, gloating, "Hahahaha."

Let him solve it himself.

Ruan Quixi probably never thought he was being calculated from the start.. If he had to say when it happened, he'd have to go back to an hour ago.
