Chapter 140 - The Elf (6)

Chu Yi blinked twice and wondered if he had misheard. However the elf did not give him a chance to deny reality and his cold voice repeated, this time even firmer. If it wasn't for the lack of emotion in his eyes, Chu Yi would have suspected that the elf had ulterior motives. The translucent red gauze in the elf's hands shook as if the wings of a butterfly. Without giving Chu Yi time to refute, the shirt was pushed into his hands and the elf moved away from his bed and walked to the window side. From afar, the soft silver glow of the moon shone down onto the Guardian trees leaves, even the darkness seemed to blend in with the moonlight, shimmers of strange silver dust drifting gently in the air. Nevertheless, this ethereal and tranquil scene did not make him feel awe, only a never-ending disgust and loathing rose and flooded his heart.

Behind him Chu Yi slowly sat up, feeling a strange soreness and weakness in his limbs. Instead of feeling refreshed after the short nap, he only felt more tired. The long black hair fell messily onto his face and the red eyes were still hazy with traces of mist. His disheveled clothes, which were originally strict and abstinent, were faintly pulled aside to reveal the pale white skin underneath.

When the elf turned back around, he saw the man lazily leaning on the back of the bed, his dark hair pouring down like a waterfall, a delicate collarbone faintly visible under his white shirt. He looked away with difficulty and quickly swept over the quilt that firmly covered Chu Yi's lower body, and finally landed on the bare feet that stretched out.

As a man, Chu Yi's feet were not small, but they were very well proportioned. They were beautifully shaped like carved from the best ice jade, the finely powdered nails trembled with each movement stepping on the tip of one's heart. He walked over as if in a daze, gasped slightly, and his right leg was placed on the ground as he half knelt beside his bed. The moment his fingers touched the white to almost transparent skin, the soft and smooth touch instantly traveled to his brain through his fingertips.

Chu Yi lifted an eyebrow and shifted his leg away with some disgust, the elf with the likeness of Samuel instantly snapped awake and the faint amorous feeling resided like a falling tide. When he looked back at Chu Yi, there was a strange emotion in his eyes that quickly faded away to indifference. The green eyes seemed to carry scorching sunlight that invaded the land inch by inch, but to Chu Yi, it was like the final light before the darkness fell.

The Elf shook his head and stood up again, pointing to the red gauze still lying on Chu Yi's body. "The cleansing is ritually performed before the gods and the guardian tree. For outsiders, this is the traditional dress that you must wear to be able to participate."

Chu Yi picked up the cloth and shook it slightly. Thin and fragile. Placed on his body, it would leave not much to the imagination. Red eyes squinted lazily and threw it down before looking up at the man in the room, "You elves seem to have a few peculiar interests."

The man wasn't offended at this and bowed faintly, "It's up to you sir, to determine whether you would like to participate in this ceremony. If you please get dressed as quickly as possible, it is about to start."

When he left Chu Yi did not immediately rush to make a decision but instead slowly moved away from the bed and walk over to the window, standing in the same place man had stood in before.

The Guardian Tree was the same as before but Chu Yi could see that above the floating leaves, a faint red mist was forming in the cold silver clouds. Chu Yi walked back and sat in silence, slowly listening to the increasing loud shouts and cries well as the passionate orange glow that appeared on the horizon.

He didn't know how much time had passed before Chu Yi suddenly moved, the red shirt was thrown onto his body and the rose on his wrist flashed faintly. In his eyes, an excited smile appeared.

When he arrived at the clearing, it was filled with people. However, Chu Yi quickly noted that most of the people in the clearing were humans. Ling Zheng and the other elves were nowhere to be seen but no one seemed concerned about this and all eyes quickly focused on people that stood before the Guardian tree. An elderly human and a tall elf stood before the majestic tree and took a sacred bow before tossing a torch into a bundle of wood. A roaring fire was abruptly lit!

The elves began beating the drums wildly and were gathering in the center one after another. Chu Yi stood to the side and stared at the strange ritual happening coldly. A blazing fire surrounded them in a circle and, in the middle, were three shirtless soldiers dancing around an elf woman to the beat of the drum.

One of the men made a strange noise, his face turning red and he lunged at the woman. From afar, one could smell the scent of wine on him. Without waiting, he started ripping the woman's clothes.

The woman looked like she had no bones, resembling a snake. Under the glow of the fire, her skin was like honey with a faint luster on it. Squinting her doe eyes, she wrapped her whole body around the man, her waist and arms unimaginably soft.

The elves and humans were surrounding them and stamping their feet. Along with the anxious and urgent rhythm of the drum were the wolf whistles of the crowd. The man and the elf entangled in public without care. The two other men in the field were immediately excited. They moved closer to find a chance to fondle the woman's thighs and chest.

The musicians played a messier beat on the drums, and all the people were in wild excitement. They were like beasts collectively in estrus, and the air was full of restlessness and desire.

Then suddenly the music fell and the people in the middle-parted, this silence not only did not quell their excitement but made them even more excited. Like tense arrows on the verge of being shot!

"The Humans and Elves alliance for a hundred years will be celebrated with the cleansing ritual for two night before the sacred ceremony!"

From behind, a group of beautiful men and women lined up in a row and danced together. And the men in the group only got louder and more excited with their twisting bodies. The drum stick finally fell and a loud boom resounded through the forest. The signal for the cleansing ritual to begin.

Chu Yi instantly understood, this cleansing ritual was in fact mating!

The Elves Mating Ceremony has been celebrated since ancient times even before the Alliance between the human and the eleven. In the entire content, the grandest in the festival was the revelry–as the most anticipated and sought-after segment, no one could refrain from joining in.

As soon as the drum fell, people were no longer people. The soldiers immediately pounced on the beautiful elves, grabbing and pulling anyone they caught into their arms as if they were common commodities. The man who had tried to fight with Chu Yi before was entangled with a man and a woman, exchanging tongue and saliva. When he raised his head to take a breath, at a glance, he saw Chu Yi standing far away from the fire, awake but yawning. He didn't know why, but he couldn't help but look for his faults. Although he could no longer fight him he could most definitely take advantage of the chaos and do something else.

Grinning vulgarly, he harshly pushed the elf woman still attached to him and pointed to Chi Yi and said, "You see that man over there, bring him to me."

Maybe it was due to a type of intuition, but Chu Yi glanced up, turned around, and looked in their direction faintly. The woman was reluctant at first, although they didn't have a choice to be here, a least picking the right partner, a leader, would make the night less painful. But when she saw the young man's face illuminated by the fire, she was stunned and the previous reluctance was wiped out. The red eyes that glanced at her made her heart skip a beat, such a beautiful face was rare even amongst the elves.

Chu Yi didn't know why the woman was suddenly coming over. Seeing her getting closer, the red lips pursed slightly and he moved as if to leave. The woman didn't care about even etiquette and she grabbed his arm and yanked him back towards her, a charming smile on her face.

"Sire, the cleansing ritual is sacred and divine. As a participant, you must be cleansed, purified of your filth through mating."

Chu Yi stared at her vaguely, a strange emotion in his eyes, and did not reply.

She thought he was shy, so she put her arm on Chu Yi's shoulder, and a long finger pointed at the tip of his nose. She asked with a smile, "Sir, why don't celebrate with me?"

Chu Yi had never been treated like this before. The redshirt he wore was faintly gleaming with sweat, the lewd and joyful cries in the air only made the atmosphere in the clearing even more heated. He furrowed his brow, always feeling that something strange was about to happen.

The woman who didn't get a reply laughed and reached out to caress his face, making the hair on Chu Yi's skin stand on end.

He finally couldn't bear it and stepped back. Disgust and abhorrence appeared at the corner of his lips.

The woman found him amusing. No human could resist the elf's charm, she just thought he was inexperienced and didn't know what to do. She smiled as she swayed her waist towards him, forcing him to step back.

Chu Yi wanted to do something but intuition told him attacking right now would not be a good idea, the feeling of suffocation and helplessness was made Chu Yi frown even harder.

In his haste, Chu Yi accidentally stepped on someone's foot. The man gave a slight yelp attracting both of their attention. He found that the person was an elf. He was sitting on top of a soldier with an unnatural flush on his face, half of his clothes were pulled down and his waist was wriggling like a sultry snake.

The entangled soldier and the elf turned their faces at the same time to look at this beautiful and daring young man. A strange light suddenly flashed in the eyes of the soldier and he heavily pushed into the elf's body. The man moaned a drawn-out sweet and soft sound. But the soldier's eyes were still locked onto Chu Yi's as if implying something.

In his moment of inattentiveness, the woman took this opportunity to climb over. Wrapping both hands around his neck and pushing her bosom into his chest, singing sweetly, "Come let us mate."

Chu Yi couldn't bear it. His eyelids were twitching, the red eyes were dark with disgust and he was about to lift his leg to kick her away.

Before he could do so, however, strong arms suddenly wrapped around his waist and pulled him away.. In his ears, a low and magnetic voice suddenly spoke, "Sorry, this one's mine."
