Chapter 120 - The Institute (61)

Chu Yi lay quietly on the snow-white sheets, body reminiscent of a freshly picked flower. The penetrating, and overflowing red light in his eyes was now covered by long eyelashes. A flushed and heated appearance gave way to the charming and sultry air that was rooted deep in his bones.

Chu Yi did not wake up.

Even as cold wet hands, slowly traced the curve from his forehead to his lips, unable to resist. The slight intrusion was like cool ice being placed on the surface of a hot plate.

From the shoulders to the back of his ears, a pale, streamlined hand slowly traced from the fragile neck to the deep collar bones.

Chu Yi was abruptly lifted up, two slender legs dangling softly in the air, as he leaned against the mermans chest with his eyes closed, and his long wet hair clung to his cheeks, sticking tightly to his slender upper body like seaweed, and his narrow waist was wrapped in the wet arms. The merman wouldn't help but clench softly, the waist was fragile and thin, as if it could be held with only one hand.

The merman pressed his palm to the Chu Yi's chest--

Yes, the heart was still beating.

The dim light shone from the top of his head, flowing onto the two figures, light and dark, like the bright crescent moon that only shone in the darkest night.

The merman could feel the heat radiating from Chu Yi's body, Although the skin of a mermaid looks similar to humans, it has a completely different feel. It feels amazingly smooth to the touch, as if it is covered with a thin film of water, like a clear spring flowing through the palm of his hand, easily slipping away from your palm if you don't hold it tightly.

It made him uncontrollably want to add force, confining him tightly between his fingers and the palm of his hand.

Flexible and tough, the temperature is much higher than that of human skin at this moment, which makes people suddenly feel a desire to imprint my lips on it and let the sharp teeth sink deeply into the tempting. Look at the bright red blood that would wind like a snake on the skin, white as the first snow.

It had tasted this blood before, The scarlet tongue stuck out and, gently rolled over the cold fingertips stained red blood, melting against it's sharp, fanged teeth; the taste was a like a crisp red wine, intoxicating and fresh. It was as if his body was a quagmire and the warm blood was the first drop of water in years, such an inextricable taste was like a sweet quagmire that couldn't be forgotten.

The merman's eyes gradually deepened, and black and hot flame seemed to be beating deep in its ghostly blues eyes, an almost terrifying aggression was brewing in the bottom of his heart .

Even the expounding darkness and gloom couldn't extinguish the red fire that suddenly burned within his body.

Chu Yi who was laying quietly, suddenly kicked his feet and groaned like a mewling cat, his already flushed face became more and more ripe, like a juicy apple ready to be picked. The short gasps that spilled from red lips with an inexplicable begging, seemed to spell a kind of urgency and thirst that seemed to want to burn him alive!

The merman glanced into the void silently, seeming to feel the intense and lingering gaze from outside this space. Another self.

The mermaid raised a dark smile.

Those blue eyes were like hungry wolves stalking in the deep night, releasing a dangerous yet compelling air. It wasn't time yet.

Black mist poured out from the merman's body, and like countless delicate black butterflies, they fluttered from the black mist. The black butterflies hovered, flying upwards and all around and slowly engulfed the room.

The cold, harsh, screeching sound of metal rubbing metal that was brought by the flapping of their phantom wings. This sound was like a knife, cutting through all life with a ruthless sneer. But now these butterflies were like the princes chariots, they slowly swallowed the silent moon and with a dark flash disappeared.

Leaving behind only a faint cry.

This was a howling from hell.

Violent, crazy, and happy.

*****

A pale light passed through the undulating, silent water quietly, and at a glance, gradually disappeared into the increasingly dark and cold water.

The heavy pressure around him began to force Chu Yi to breathe. Although there was a strange breath flowing down into mouth, the subconscious in his coma was also aware, that if his mind continued to sink. There would only a dead end left, and he began to struggle desperately.

The slightly closed ghostly pupil opened slightly, looked at Chu Yi anticipating , but did not leave, instead cold webbed hands dragged him to the bottom of the pool more firmly.

The feeling of suffocation became harsher and harsher and Chu Yi struggled to break free and swim to the surface for air. The dark web claws seemed intent on driving him, just like the sailors in the legends.

Chu Yi's struggles became more and more vicious even while unconscious as the overwhelming life and death instincts kicked in, the air in his lungs got tighter and tighter, until even his brain seemed to go numb!

His mind seemed to reach a breaking point but just in time, they hit the bottom of the pool and Chu Yi only heard a slight pop and air suddenly resuscitated into space.

But confusion couldn't help but crash across his mind, he was still underwater—

Chu Yi violently opened his eyes.

Slightly unable to process sudden turn of events, Chu Yi started intently at the world around him.

The water in front of him was rippling, and the scenery outside the pool was blurred and deformed due to the light reflecting onto dark water surface.

He recognized this pond.

He felt as if he had a very bad dream, but he couldn't remember it anymore. It was like a string of broken necklaces, in any case, it was impossible to put the beads scattered on the ground into the original order and appearance.

Although he couldn't remember any fragment of the dream, the feeling of heat still remained on his chest and limbs, like the sequelae of a disaster that was slowly brewing.

Slowly flowing waves of water brushed Ge Xiu's skin and he felt a strange sensation from his lower body, the overgrown water plants swayed with the current, and several strands of seaweed brushed playfully across his face.

Chu Yi feel the heat in his body had been replaced with a strange coolness and numbness that made him feel as if he was floating. He couldn't help but shake his legs slightly.

Legs?

Chu Yi wobbled in place, instead of two familiar legs moving, Chu Yi only felt a strong wave appearing along with his movements and he unnaturally moved forward!

Helplessly he looked down, only to watch on as many glistering red scales gradually formed on his legs. There was an excess amount of muscle tissues growing without restraint between his inner thighs, mending both of my legs together, and furthermore on his insteps, numerous slender and translucent filaments extended out, twisting tightly around his feet like machine woven threads before it unfolded quickly into a sharp circular tail-fin.

His body was mutating quickly and violently under his eyes, as if there were legions of cells acting like raging devils, waging war and explosions beneath his skin. This strong sensation and unbearable felt strange and under his incredulous eyes, there was no time or warning given of the intense itching that followed, he could only shut his eyes and bear through everything that was occurring as his body convulsed violently.

The water beside him shifted heavily, the familiar mop of dark, silky hair spread like black tendrils as the water rippled gently around him- slowly surrounded him. The silky hair, parting to reveal the clear, ghostly blue eyes.

There was a strange sense of excitement in those blue eyes. The merman used it's pale, webbed hands to hold the weak Chu Yi firmly in it's arms.

This was a gesture of possession.

This was a soul that belonged only to him and was absolutely forbidden to be coveted by others. It held the man with one hand, and gave off the feeling of a monster guarding a unique ruby gem.

Chu Yi rested in his firm and wide embrace while his head was still muddled. The pale radiance of his tale was a sharp contrast to the evil and malicious black of the other merman. His new tail instinctively coiled, the newly formed, weak fishtail twist and to grinded, until it gently covered the merman's tail that was much larger and rougher than his.

He couldn't describe this new feeling—

Layers of scaly membranes travelled up the strange new addition to his waist and traveling up his tailbone in a strange, tingling, numbing sensation. His upper body was still the same, naked to reveal pale translucent skin, dotted with two pink cherries that sat tantalizing on his chest. The tips of his pink nail and had turned sharp and dangerous and the hair that fell in long tresses framed his face like a beautiful water ghost.

When he looked down, instead of two long, slender legs, what came into sight was a beautiful tail, with light red and white scales neatly arranged, in a beautiful spiraling gradient. In the weak light, it shone with a colorful light, and the newly formed scales round and blunt scale lines gave people a crystal and warm feeling, not sharp, which made the beautiful and delicate face even more ethereal. Intertwined around the rough and sharp scales of the merman, Chu Yi had the illusion of being suppressed.

Chu Yi tentatively moved it, the fishtail that had just been formed was not in his control and his body was uncontrollably sent forward. The light that flashed across the pale scales made it seem as if he was about to jump out of the water in the face of the west sun, the small bubbles stained with translucent rainbows floated up in shock.

Webbed hands caught him and brought him back.

Chu Yi grinned cunningly, the merman's eyes were dark and damp like a heavy swamp while he simultaneously stretched out his other webbed hand to touch his ear, using his fingernails to gently scratch the back of his ear as if he was enjoying it. But due to this touch, his ar felt ticklish, as it trembled like small fans on both sides. His tail coiled even more tighter around his body, like a coquettish shyness.

Chu Yi looked at the tail and felt for a moment, that life was bleak.

Suddenly the merman stiffened and released its grip, dark eyes seemed to see something and his gazed moved towards the surface where a flash of blond seemed to be appeared above the darkness.

The dense sight makes the spines chill.

A black turbidity slowly spread in those ghostly blue eyes and there was a faint sound of resounding and crashing waves in it's ears, like the wrath of the sea was upon him, the cascading wave of terror came fling cascading towards them!

The merman grinned strangely and bowed its head to land a chaste kiss on the corner of Chu Yi's red lips before he could react, with a flick of it powerful tail it was sent barreling towards the surface!

His mind felt a little dull and he raised a hand to touch his sensitive ears.

He seemed to figure out how he was breathing.

The edge is non longer soft, like is thin like a small thin sponge, but there are traces of things like strands of distinct fibers. With every breath, the water flowed out after being filtered by the gills—this feeling is really novel, he clearly feels as if he is breathing through his nose but he couldn't tell whether it was just a psychological factor but Chu Yi was temporarily unable to adapt to the feeling of having more than two breathing organs.

He spit out a bunch of bubbles confusedly.

The snow-white foam squeezed close together, scrambling to the water above the head, and slowly disappearing into the dark surface.

A weird sense of amusement suddenly hit his heart and he couldn't help but blow bubbles again, the corners of his lips curled childishly.

"Guru".

There was a sudden cry from his stomach.

Chu Yi looked down at his flat lower abdomen, covered in soft red scales, and a feeling of hunger surged up, his empty stomach cramping tightly. Perhaps because of the change of race, his body felt very hungry, even though he just ate, he was unable to hold onto to the faint smile and his bright red eyes swept the pool for anything.

Since he is a merman, should he have fish?

Chu Yu was unsure, regardless, there was no sea life in this pond besides him.

Because Chu Yi himself did not have much desire for food, he often ate according to his schedule or whenever he was free.

Chu Yi stroked his stomach thoughtfully, and looked to remember something then wobbled his tail, swimming towards the bottom of the pond.

He seemed to have left a bottle of liquor lying there.
