Chapter 114 - The Institute (55)

The trajectory of the knife was heading straight towards the man's neck, boring down with a bloodthirsty, crimson glare. The biting killing intent seemed to flood the room in a heavy chill, the malicious and craze deep in Chu Yi's bone rose up like a hungry beast!

Judging from the knifes path, it would definitely plunge into man's neck, bright, red blood spilling from the pierced flesh!

This knife was truly meant to kill!

The man's face was obscured by the horrifying shadows and the sinister red of the blood roses made him look like a demon from hell, penetrating the darkness and gazing upon the cold and ruthless face. Those bloody red eyes seemed to stare at him condescendingly from a winding maze of cascading red roses.

Such a look excited him.

The shadows around him surged and billowed like a rising storm, the corner of the man's lips seem to rise in a joyous and fanatic smile and with a scalding and greedy look, he actually closed his eyes!

The madness in his bones could match his—

The wickedness and malevolence seemed to fade like a drifting tide when his eyes closed, the man looked like the perfect holy son, exquisite and sacred. It was definitely not an exaggeration to claim that he was the incarnation of a saint from just his appearance if not for the anticipation and excitement even in the face of upcoming death–

Even when he could smell the cold, metallic scent of blood that stained the knife on the tip of his nose, he still didn't move. Like a devout believer that would not hesitate to sacrifice itself to it's most divine and holy God!

The man's smile widened strangely, this was his beloved—

"Swoosh––"

"Thud!–"

The sound of metal plunging into hard wall sounded from beside his ears, there was a slight tingling pain on his face and the trembling sound of wind as the knife slit a thin cut from his cheeks to ears as it plunged heavily into the wall beside him. The knife's tail trembling slightly as it released the force used to throw the knife—

The air slowly fell into deathly silence.

Then there was a laugh.

A laugh more joyous and frantic than when he had given his performance before.

Chu Yi laughed as if he had seen the funniest joke in the world, even his breathing seemed to be locked tightly in his chest as he wheezed through the amusement that racked his body.

The man's eyes slowly opened,

Perhaps because most players were already unconscious except for a select few, this time around, something was done by an explosive manner, but there was silence everywhere, no monsters were wailing, no claws or teeth were scratching on the ground, no brutal rose vines were swaying as they grew colossal leaves, leaving only the sound of Chu Yi's laughter to shatter the silence.

It's too quiet, terribly quiet, and full of dangers.

But Chu Yi's laughter was like a silent stopper that made the horror and terrifying nature fall short.

The man slowly grinned, dark eyes glowing with a strange greedy light.

"Ha, ha, ha..."

Chu Yi's laughter gradually died down and when he stood up they could still a broad smile on underneath the red eyes that surged a blazing sun, "How was my magic trick? Was it fun."

Chu Yi said the same thing as the man from before but somehow he had the feeling of being mocked.

The man slowly stretched out a tongue and licked the scarlet blood beads that ran down his cheek from the sliced skin of his cheek, the metallic taste of blood was like an invisible grip that held tightly onto his heart.

Standing in a room full of thorny vines, bright red roses and dark shadows, Chu Yi was like a beautiful incarnation tempting and charming souls into the abyss.

The wound felt like a slight tickle against his skin but his heart felt as if it had been tied with a rope called Chu Yi.

Obsession and paranoia bled into his eyes and the man threw his head back and laughed!

"So fun!"

"It's so fun!"

Bright red drops of blood plopped down. Slowly tracing crimson red trails on the white skin.

The man smiled and raised his eyes to stare deeply into Chu Yi's, his pupils turning a dark gold at this moment. Countless spiral cracks are entrenched in his eyes, infinitely attractive, like a vortex that can devour everyone's soul, boundless malice and craze densely packed in his pupils. Staring at them would cause countless overlapping phantoms to explode, the seeds of negative emotion and energy sprouting and directly pulling a soul into hell.

Because he was darkness itself.

Chu Yi suddenly moved forward, in the darkness he was like a lithe spirit that danced bizarrely in the forest moonlight, casting a few strands of crimson brilliance against his face. The vines naturally parted like the red sea, stepping past the gregarious growth and slowly approached the devil in suit.

The players still awake only consisted of two people, Tang Shun and Mu Fang, the sweet rose scent that permeated the soon seemed to have a weird psychedelic and sleeping effect that seeped from the vines that pierced their skin into their bloodstream. Neither of them had the energy to move or say anything only barely keeping their consciousness awake enough to catch a glimpse at Chu Yi's back before skipping into unconsciousness.

Chu Yi walked step by step to the man, watching thin lips stretched into a bloody, exaggerated grin in greeting. The man wore a solid black suit, the white shirt and familiar bright red tie around his neck, the dazzling, crimson rose on his chest glistening with night dew.

Chu Yi smiled at him, and pulled closely to him until the man could feel the warm moist breath softly caressing his throat. Chu Yi leaned down beside the mans head, the aroma on his body was dyed with a poisonous charm. Fingertips stained red, slowly walked up the man's shoulders and lightly touched the petals of the rose lying there.

"Ruan Quixi."

"Oh?" The man's voice was extremely sly, the hands at his side twitched faintly as if fighting the urge to do something bad, and he said inexplicably, "How do you say this, I never seem to have met you before?"

Chu Yi smirked slyly, "Oh," His hands moved to leave, "It seems I can only find a few substitutes then."

Large hands grabbed the slender wrist bone and instantly pulled him back to him, Ruan Quixi's eyes were pitch black, " Really no need. Aren't I 'enough'."

He grinned strangely, "Too much isn't good for the health."

Chu Yi chuckled but didn't continue that topic, slender fingertips as if dipped in red cinnabar, moved from the rose, lightly circled his neck until it settled at the bulging Adam's apple there, lighting tapping.

It bobbed up and down as the man swallowed, "Did we ever meet before..."

Ruan Quixi instantly stilled and glanced down at him, "Why do you ask."

He smiled and didn't answer.

Chu Yi sniffed lightly and grinned, "I can smell it now..."

The black-haired young man on the back of his neck, made him feel like there was a cat's paw scratching his heart, his eyes were full of fire, as if they could melt ice caps and burn a hole through Chu Yi's body.

The evil sprite moved closer inexplicably, his voice was deep and hoarse with a slight ambiguous touch: "Did you have a good time that night?"

"Very happy," Ruan Quixi pulled his lips and smirked,

"If you can experience the feeling of suffocation and warmth again, it will be even more wonderful."

The evil sprite seemed to smile tolerantly and dotingly: "It doesn't matter, I can do it with you once again except...you're really bad at it.",

Ruan Quixi's face instantly dropped, the high shadow cast down, mixed with malice that was so heavy that it made people breathless, a sharp murderous aura that burst out was like a sharp blade, cutting straight into the skull along the forehead, and making the scalp numb.

Chu Yi still didn't move, he didn't even bother to lift his eyes, instead the smile on his face got even more brilliant,

No matter how terrifying the opposite person's killing intent was, his expression didn't shift in the slightest, his voice was low "Its a pity, I've had better."

The man was silent, Chu Yi didn't care with a low sultry sigh, his pale hands shifted back to the beautiful rose.

Bright red lips rose in a sinful sneer and he reached out his hand to stroke it before unexpectedly twisting a petal from the rose bud.

"Ah."

The man raised his head.

His mood suddenly turned complicated again.

The petal was scarlet in color, as if it had been soaked in blood.

Chu Yi gently pinched the petal, turning it over and over in his fingers and under Ruan Quixi's scorching eyes actually opened his mouth and placed it on his tongue.

In the next instant, the rose petal turned into bright liquid on his scarlet red tongue that flowed down the center of his throat...this was a drop of blood. Ruan Quixi's eyes darkened to a pitch black, even his heart seemed to have stuttered in his chest a burning heat lowered into his abdomen.

His blood.

"I can give you some advice."

Chu Yi's voice was saturated with malicious joy,

He was extremely daring, like a hungry beast teasing and watching its prey's dying struggle. Chu Yi smiled and placed one hand on his shoulder, the other slowly lifting Ruan Quixi's chin.

The man watched the evil spirite prancing around him, dangerously walking the edge of a steep cliff.

He suddenly laughed.

It wasn't the same uproarious laughter as before, this was more oppressive and dangerous, as if he was suppressing something deep inside him that struggled to break free.

Chu Yi smiled frantically, and still wanted to speak, but in the next instant, Ruan Quixi leaned down and blocked his lips ruthlessly!

The moist lips met his lips fiercely, shocked Chu Yi wasn't able to react when his lips felt the cool and slightly dry lips on his, In this brief moment of shock, the man had already driven straight in–

The hand behind him moved forcefully, grabbing onto his waist and pulling him forward, the stimulus of blood and innate aggressiveness made Chu Yi's eyes instantly red.

Ruan Quixi's posture was strong, and Chu Yi couldn't refuse it, with sparks in his eyes, Chu Yi suddenly grabbed the devil's collar and kissed back fiercely.

The fiery kiss was like dry wood used to ignite a fire, and Ruan Quixi's emotions surged out, instantly suppressing all other thoughts in a heated and lustful swamp.

His hands naturally gravitated to Chu Yi's slender nape, along with his tightening grasp was the low, moist gasps that spilled from the gaps between their lips. Chu Yi didn't know whether he wanted to strangle him or kiss him, his breath was turning out but he was held in place and forced to accept Ruan Quixi's plunder.

He unceremoniously wrapped a hand around Ruan Quixi's neck and tried to pull him away, but the man was aa so focused and intent, it only led to the kiss getting deeper and deeper in a lewd mix of tongue and lips.

Chu Yi's scent still mixing with the taste of Ruan's blood.

It was like pulling a man who was about to starve to death away from a banquet delicious food, eventually Chu Yi had to resort to ruthlessly biting the tongue ravishing and tracing every part inside his mouth.

The black-haired sprite gasped heavily, lips swollen and a layer of mist appearing in his eyes.

In the eyes of Quixi, scarlet blood crawled up like spider veins. He seemed to have regained consciousness, a trace of scarlet blood leaking from the wound where Chu Yi had bit.

He chuckled softly raised his hand and slowly rubbed Chu Yi's red lips, with an incomprehensible smile on the corner of his mouth. But between every move, there seems to be some kind of sticky crisis ready to explode at any time. The surface is calm, but the undercurrent is actually darker and more turbulent, ready to swallow him into his stomach.

His fingers pressed harder against the broken skin, lips curling into a wanton grin, expression dim and unclear.
