Chapter 50: Human realm 2nd sky!

Stepping out of the pool, Lucien felt like his body had gotten heavier but that didn't affect his movement at all. He was just as fast as before! Without Instructor Han telling him and judging based on the benefits he reaped from it Lucien knew that the orange scorching pool was not as simple as the instructor was trying to make it look.

One of the things Lucien was able to notice was that while in the pool, they had no need for air. Even though they couldn't speak and they couldn't breathe, they had no need for air. Also, his body consumed more nutrients from the pool faster than Instructor Han, allowing him to reach his saturation point first. He didn't know how to explain this but he could only guess the system is responsible.

"I feel stronger" He said as he put on his silver sleeveless mage robe. 

"I agree… Did your system show you anything at all?" Instructor Han asked.

Not replying, Lucien quickly summoned a star path and the star patterns began to link. Unlike before it was quicker than before and soon, Lucien was consumed by bolts of lightning.

"Lightning magic: Surge!" He roared.

"You are not as fast as you were before in casting spells but you should at least be as fast as an average mage… That good to know" Instructor Han nodded.

"With my magic circuits widened, the residual life aura in me is slightly weakened… so I got a bit stronger" Lucien said and instructor Han nodded to show he understood.

The duo left the room and entered the third room but this place was empty entirely. With a glance, Lucien had a rough understanding of what this place was. 

A CULTIVATION ROOM!

'How wealthy is instructor Han?' Lucien couldn't help but mutter in his mind.

While normal people cultivate by holding on to whatever cultivation material they have and directly absorbing it, only the wealthy can have a cultivation room. In the Raizen clan, only the elders and the clan head have cultivation rooms!

"Even though the cultivation room consumes twice the amount of resources, it boosts the cultivation speed twofold…  Putting in the cultivation materials necessary creates a conducive environment for cultivation" Instructor Han just gave Lucien a rough explanation since he was sure Lucien knew what a cultivation room is.

Entering the cultivation room, the duo sat in a cross-legged position and slowly consumed the energy around them. Lucien felt like his body was rejecting the energy around causing him to frown.

[The curse of the life God is strong and just as I suspected, it's preventing you from absorbing the world energy around you….] The system spoke up.

'Then what can I do? I can't continue like this! I can't grow like this' Lucien felt extremely frustrated in his mind.

[I can help you dispel it, but doing this will mean I can't perform more miracles for you, I will be forced to sleep for a long time just to recover my energy… While the system may work, you will have to live for a while without my guidance…] the system said

Listening to the system speak, Lucien had a rough understanding of what it was trying to say. It meant he as the creator of the system had more to offer than what the system is giving… Leaving alone for a while without the voice in his head guiding him will be difficult, but Lucien felt it is more important that he is able to cultivate.

'Do it… I am your host and I am pretty sure that as long as I live, you will recover your energy eventually… You don't have to worry about me… I was badass before I got to know you' Lucien chuckled in his mind while saying the last part.

In his mind, he could feel the system chuckle as well.

[In that case, I might as well tell you this before I go… Beyond the true god realm is a realm called the realm protector and beyond that is the realm of the celestial beings… The death and Life gods of that world are only true gods, if they met me in my prime, I would have brought them to their knees with a snap of a finger… If you train hard and with a little bit of luck and with the help of this system I created, you will become a celestial being… I am Rakuzen] 

Saying this, Lucien felt a warm energy invade his body and slowly his aura kept rising catching instructor Han's attention. At this point, Lucien's eyes were wide open, releasing a strong silver light while golden aura was slowly expelled from his body.

Bang!

In one go, all the golden aura in his body was expelled and right before Instructor Han's gaze, he watched the world energy in the cultivation room gather and surge into Lucien's body greedily.

"HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAAHA!" Lucien laughed madly as the familiar feeling returned!

A sensation that has eluded him for a long time

Crack!

Bang!

His body soon expelled the excess world energy, releasing a mild shockwave. Behind Lucien was a more life-like image of the Raizen god beast standing while gazing down on the youth in a cross-legged position.

"What the hell…" Instructor Han couldn't help but mutter.

"Wow…" Lucien muttered as he slowly got on his feet.

He could feel the mana surging through his body and he couldn't help but smile.

"I am back baby!" Lucien screamed out in joy.

Only after that embarrassing action did he realize Instructor Han was still in the room, gazing at him with a blank expression on his face.

"I want an explanation of what happened now and the emperor needs to know as well!' Instructor Han said in a serious tone.

After explaining everything that happened and how the system purged the curse and now the voice in his head is gone, the instructor Han let Lucien go and went ahead to report to the emperor.

With nothing else to report, Lucien left Instructor Han's place and returned to his room. He had the slayer class to attend in a few minutes but after everything that happened today, he decided to return to his original dressing style.

The class was a bit rowdy and the instructor had just arrived and was about to begin the class but to everyone's surprise, the teleportation pods are shut down as soon as a class begins to prevent students who arrived late from entering lit up, catching everyone's attention.

Xiu!

A bright blue light shone and from it, a white-haired youth, dressed in a silver Japanese tradition kimono emerged. His eyes were brimming with power and his body exuded the aura of the Raizen god beast.

Instructor Kane, a human he thought the slayer class for freshers couldn't help but take mental note of this kid. His eyes trembled with emotions as he realized the identity of the kid who became the talk of the month after he lost his powers and family.

"You have regained your powers, haven't you? You have fully recovered!" Instructor Kane said.

"You noticed? As expected of a capable instructor" Lucien bowed slightly in response with his blazing Silver eyes. 

"You are at the second sky of the human realm!" the instructor blurted out in shock!

From that class, the news of his complete recovery spread throughout the school to all corners of the empire.
