Chapter 466 - Grand Entrance

Ariana's jaw dropped when she saw the castle that King Joey was talking about. It was nothing like she had ever seen before, past life or present. His castle looked like a mixture of a medieval and futuristic architecture. The main road actually lead further out into the silver sea but the castle itself was surrounded by beautiful blue green waters.

The castle was enormous and was littered with steel and sparkling glass towers. The main building reached downwards into the depth of the waters, spinning along it was an extravagant, white and gold stair case. "This is your castle?" Ariana gasped. "It was the very first thing that the Drakes helped us make when we came here." King Joey explained. 

"The Drakes came here?!" Ariana shouted. "Yes, before we changed the whole structure of the room." King Joey said before he started to walk up the main stairs that lead into the castle. "So your people made that dungeon like room then?" Ariana asked as she chased after King Joey. "Yes." He replied promptly.

"So what's with the sparkling sand and the silver liquid and why is the sea blue around your castle and how can you cast illusion magic and why are-?!" Ariana was firing her questions without taking a breath. The only thing that stopped her was Cayden who had rushed out and hugged her tightly.

"Cayden?" Ariana called out breathlessly. Cayden pulled Ariana out of his embrace and promptly looked her over. "Did you get hurt? Did anyone say anything to you? Did anyone try to hurt you? Are you okay? You're not saying anything so something must have happened! Wait here and-?!" Cayden ranted. He had finally let go of Ariana and tried to rush off. Ariana had to grab his collar and seal his lips with her own .

"I'm fine." Ariana said softy the moment their lips parted. "Fine for woman is-?!" Cayden started but Ariana sealed his lips again and deepened their kiss. She could feel Cayden's tense body start to relax and his hands reached upwards finding the back of her head. Cayden and Ariana breathlessly part and looked into each other's eyes. Cayden brought forward his right hand and gently caressed Ariana's cheek. "You sure?" He asked. "Very." Ariana said in a low, breathy voice.

"Kyaaaah!" Joanna squealed bringing Cayden and Ariana back to the real world. "Brother! Where can I find a mate like that!" Joanna continued in a high pitched voice. Her eyes were sparkling with amazement and wonder while a soft pink hue kissed the tops of her cheeks. Ariana automatically turned red and pushed Cayden away but Cayden refused to let go.

"Sorry, she's mine." Cayden said in an arrogant tone as he pulled Ariana into his embrace. "Oh please like I would try to separate the sweetest couple ever! Besides, I would never back stab a good friend." Joanna said as she slightly pouted and twirled her long, wavy hair around her index finger. 

Cayden looked skeptical but Joanna didn't seemed phased. "If your mate has calmed down, I suggest that we move inside. I would like to get started on our little trade." King Joey said as he waited by the main door. Ariana felt like she was going to die of embarrassment. She nodded her head and rushed up to them entrance. "Good." King Joey said as he walked through the already opened doors and into the castle.

"Welcome your Majesty." said two rows of butlers and maids in unison. Ariana looked taken aback and refused to take another step. "I honestly thought this only happened in shows and manga." Cayden whispered. "I was thinking the same thing." Ariana admitted. "What for it." Joanna said as she joined the group. "Your Majesty." A very dashing butler said as he stepped forward and bowed.

"And there he is. The amazing butler." Joanna said in a bored tone. "Bea K'r." King Joey said as he moved forward. "Have you seat up the drawing room?" He continued. "Yes your Majesty. Refreshment have been arranged and I have also instructed the kitchen staff to start making dinner. All your usual tastes have been taken care of while the menu focused on your unique guests." Bea K'r replied. 

Ariana and Cayden looked at Joanna. "There's more, just wait for it." Joanna said flatly as she gave them a droll look. "I have also brought out all old battle plans that were archived regarding fighting abominations and the humans. It is right beside the doc.u.ments that need your approval and signature. As usual there is a summary report about each item so that you can do a quick read." Bea K'r. 

"And has my package come in?" King Joey asked. "Yes your Majesty. As usual it went through extensive tests and shown that it is not a threat nor require us to unseal the box. You'll find it in your room with your comfy clothes laid next to it. Your cup of mint tea should have arrived by now and should be next to your bed side." Bea K'r said.

King Joey nodded his head, he then turned around and looked at the group that was left behind. "Are you coming?" King Joey asked. Bea K'r snapped his fingers and the stand by maids and butlers grabbed Cayden's and Ariana's arms and lifted them up gently so their feet were just hovering of the ground. "They will meet you in the drawing room your Majesty. Please take your time to relax before meeting with your... unique guests." Bea K'r said with a deep bow.

"I'll be there as soon as I can." King Joey said with a giant grin then practically ran down the hall and turned right. "Does this happen often?" Ariana asked. "More then I want to admit." Joanna replied with a groan. "Princess." Bea K'r said as he turned to Joanna and gave her a deep bow. Joanna rolled her eyes and pushed her way thought the group of butlers and maids. 

"I'm going to take a bath then meet everyone in the drawing room." She said as she walked towards Bea K'r. "Yes you Highness." Bea K'r replied promptly. Joanna rolled her eyes and crossed her arms over her chest just as she stopped in front of Bea K'r. "Let them go. They can walk." Joanna ordered. "As you wish." Bea K'r said as he straightened his back and then snapped his fingers.
