"I don't think it is that." Edlyn said as she tried to pry Ariana off but Ariana held on for her dear life. In the middle of the struggle Edlyn caught sight of a red blotch. "Ariana what happened to your body?" She shrieked as she pulled down the front portion of Ariana's dress. Red marks were everywhere. Ariana froze and pushed herself away. "No! Don't look!" She cried as she tried to clutch the front of her dress. She winced as she closed her right hand. "Lumas!" Edlyn shouted and a rainbow of light appeared. Halina and Talisha fell backwards as they came face to face with the chibis. "What happened!" She commanded but no on dared to say a word.

"Don't tell, don't tell, don't tell, don't tell." Ariana chanted as she rocked herself. Vasu looked at Ariana and sympathized with her. 'Go to the infirmary.' He said firmly. Ariana shook her head no as she scooted towards the wall. 'Go or I will carry you myself!' He roared making Ariana flinch. "I'll go. Just please don't say anything." She said weakly. Aroha looked at Ariana then to Edlyn. 'Protect our Master.' She said before they turned back into earrings. Edlyn looked at Ariana and walked over. "Let's get you changed." Eldyn said as she stretched out her hand. Ariana looked at the hand then grabbed it with her left. "Then I'll take you to the infirmary." Ariana nodded hoping to never speak of last night's events again.

Edlyn opened the door to the infirmary for Ariana while Ariana walked in to the infirmary cautiously. "Mrs. Dab-ney!" Edlyn shouted into the room and the plump nurse pulled back a curtain. "Oh sweetie nice to see you and your friend again. Wait! No! Why are you here?! It's never a good thing to see something like that on someone's wrist! What did you do?!" She said as she scurried over. "The heavens above and all that is mighty! Did Pascal duel you or something this morning?! I know he was kinda hesitate with what we talked about last night by goodness he didn't have to do this to your wrist!" She shouted as she inspected Ariana's wrist.

She then nodded and started to pull Ariana along. "Honestly when I see that man agaian I will give him a good beating! Unforgivable, simple unforgivable! I'll tell you what, I will give you the good stuff! I know I'm not supposed t¢o but today is your summoning ceremony and you should be at full health before they start." She said as she sat Ariana down at the examination table. "Mrs. Dabney, I fell down a flight of stairs. I didn't even see Mr. Dabney this morning." Ariana said as she watched Mrs. Dabney go through her medical pantry. "Crisps, apple cocky, bug biscuits!" She shouted as she slammed her pantry shut. "I can't give you the good stuff cause I have no more!" She shouted as she crossed her arms and started thinking.

"If you had a miracle cure in hand why did you not offer to me first?" A familiar voice said as a fair hand wrapped itself on the metallic blue curtain. Ariana started to tremble as she broke out into a cold sweat. Mrs. Dabney watched her carefully as Flint stepped out. "Hello Ariana, what a coincidence that we meet again." He said as the corners of his lips started to curl upwards. Ariana instantly paled, her heart started to race against her chest, as her eyes widened in horror. Flint was 4 feet away from her, her looked to have been badly beaten. He had a slightly swollen eyes, a bandaged nose, a cut lip and very faint bruises around his neck.

"Yes, yes, yes Mr. Remo. I'm a bad nurse for holding out but I am only supposed to use it for emergencies and honestly a little tussle is never a bad thing especially between siblings." She said with a shrug. Flint's smile disappeared and his eyes flashed with disdain. "Yes Mrs. Dabney, I believe you are right." He said with a cold smile but Mrs. Dabney didn't even bat an eye. "Mr. Remo since you are perfectly fine now I suggest you leave." She said sweetly as she started to collect him. "Mrs. Dabney I never thought you would be so cruel as to kick out a patient."

Mrs. Dabney started to laugh as she pushed Flint towards the door. "You already took the potion! Don't worry, in about two hours you will have your dashing face again! Now scoot on out I have others I need to attend to." She said as she pushed Flint out the door and slammed it shut. "Now I need to get you fixed up in a jiffy but I have a very serious question for you and I want you to answer very honestly." Mrs. Dabney said as she looked at Ariana with suspicious eyes. "Do you need someone to talk too?"

Ariana's eyes started to water as she looked at Mrs. Dabney. She started to shake her head no but she couldn't hold back her tears. "Alright... when you are ready to talk, come find me but Ariana sweety... what happened to you was not your fault." She said gently but Ariana refused to look at her. "I was running down the stairs. That's how I fell, that is my own fault." She said as her voice cracked, tears kept spilling out like a waterfall. Mrs. Dabney sighed and walked up to Ariana. She wrapped her arms around Ariana's body and gave her a firm hug. "It's not your fault, you are the victim." She said firmly and Ariana quietly sobbed within her embrace.

After Ariana settled down Mrs. Dabney grabbed a syringe and a small bottle of green sparkling liquid. "Sorry sweetie this will be the fastest way to heal up that wrist if yours." She said as she stuck the syringe into the bottle. "Your going to feel a slight pinch then a burning sensation. That is all normal." She said as she brought the syringe upwards, she pushed up some liquid and then tapped the glass. "Alright, you can watch or look away if you like needles but I can guarantee you I have the gentlest hands in my graduating class."

Ariana smiled and waited for for Mrs. Dabney to administer the shot. When she saw the needle pierce her skin her stomach started to turn. She averted her gaze and tried to think of something else. Mrs. Dabney finished the shot and disposed of the needle in a hazard bin. "You know... I haven't been feeling the greatest as of late. You know, my little bean seems to be swimming up a storm and honestly I don't feel like climbing up or down some stairs but I have a pressing errand I have to attend to before homeroom starts. Oh I wish there was some able bodies that could help out a poor damsel in need." Mrs. Dabney sighed as she watched Ariana.
