Chapter 51 - Forging A Weapon(2)

When Kelan left his dorm, he asked a few soldiers about where he could hire a good forger, but all the forgers he met were demanding a ridiculous amount of money.

After thoroughly searching, a shop was described to him by a bald soldier whose appearance looks like that of a gambler who used up his salary. Following the description, he arrived at a small house that reeked of booze, the house was similar to a horse stable but much decent.

Knocking on the ruined door, a grumpy voice sounded.

"Who is that? Stop disturbing my nap, tsk..." The voice clicked his tongue in disgust.

"Ahem, I'm looking for the forger living here" Kelan replied as he covered his nose due to the horrible stench of cheap liquor.

"Huh! Hahaha, here I am boy" the door opened and a voice sounded.

However, Kelan couldn't detect where the voice was coming from, and he began checking his surroundings.

"Aye, look at me here boy, can't you see me, or are you blind?" The voice shouted in anger.

Looking down Kelan could see a dwarf whose height was about the intersection of his knees.

The dwarf was a tanned-skin man, with unkempt beards and hair that God knows when he shaved last.

Crumbs of food and grease were stuck to his enormous beards coupled with the dark bags under his eyes, making him look like an amoeba.

Kelan wanted to laugh now and then but he composed himself.

"Good day, I would like to make a weapon with this crystal," Kelan said as he waved his hand and brought out a single bright crystal that was the size of an adult fist.

Seeing the bright crystal the dwarven man's eyes widened and shone with stars as he greedily stared at the crystal.

"B-rank c-crystal, you have come to the right place, please come inside," The dwarf said as he urged Kelan to enter, with a creepy smile that was caused by his greasy beard.

Swallowing a mouthful of saliva, Kelan accepted his fate and followed the dwarf into his small house.

Upon entering the house, Kelan was surprised by how neat it was compared to its exterior, except for the horrible stench of filthy liquor.

Passing through the living room, they arrived at a small door which Kelan had to bend his head before entering.

Reaching through the small door, they arrived at a workshop, with junk and trash lying around here and there.

"This is my small paradise where your divine weapon will be made"

The dwarven man puffed his chest.

"My divine weapon is inside my trousers" Kelan cursed under his breath.

The workshop was a medium-sized room that took up most parts of the house. There was a small furnace that glistened, unlike the other forger's furnace he saw.

Using his inspect function, he discovered that the furnace was made from orichalcum, the strongest metal in the world.

"He might make me a good weapon but why doesn't he have customers," Kelan thought as he handed the crystal to the dwarf.

"Mmm, what a strange crystal, it seems the beast didn't make use of its ability before it died, therefore, I can't detect the type of weapon it would make but I will try my best to create something beyond the grade of the weapon itself, hahaha" The dwarf grinned as he took a sip out of his liquor.

"Huh! Not again! I just bought this jar" the dwarf frowned as he drank the last few drops of his liquor.

"Wait, how did you know that it didn't use its ability before it died," Kelan asked with a curious gaze.

"Humph, are you doubting my work? I can detect which weapon a crystal could make, but this one is strange" the dwarf replied while continuing to inspect the crystal.

All of a sudden the dwarf glanced at his empty jar of liquor and focused his attention on Kelan with a creepy smile.

"Young lad, you are going to pay 10 gold coins before I begin to craft your weapon," the dwarf said with greed shown on his face.

"Come on, how can you be so unreasonable and outrageous? I will pay 5 gold coins" Kelan replied and he smirked inwardly as the dwarf fee was only ten percent of the other forgers he met.

"Ahem... Young lad add something,  I've to buy materials and do some repairs" the dwarf replied and peeked at his jar again.

Suddenly, Gina whispered some words in Kelan's head.

"Okay, how about I buy you ten jars of good quality wine and give you 1 gold coin," Kelan said with a wide grin on his face.

The dwarf eyes lit up when he heard Kelan's offer and his mouth drooled without control.

"You got yourself a deal boy, I will commence on your work now but when are you bringing those wines?" the dwarven man asked as he scratched his head.

"I will go and get them now" Kelan replied and he handed the dwarf one gold coin, then he left his house.

When Kelan Left the dwarf house, he communicated with Gina while he went searching for a wine store.

"You are pretty smart, a jar of wine costs 2 silver coins. You nailed it there unlike that leech who only know how to curse and borrow my body, if I had given him the chance, he would've used my body to fuck the whole woman in this base" Kelan's face paled when he remembered the horror of Mystro.

[Hehe, I'm a very smart girl master, level up quickly, I can't wait to feel your rod inside me] Gina giggled.

"Don't get ahead of yourself, you're still annoying" Kelan replied as he didn't like the way Gina kept pestering him about leveling up.

Suddenly, Kelan halted his footsteps, and he stared at the wine store and pub that was in his front before he walked towards there.
