Xue Mei lowered her head to look at her watch.

Gasp a bit, she immediately packs her things up.

'Gah! I'm late.'

She runs back to the dorm with the painting materials she carries. Reaching her room, she put down all her art tools and canvas on her bed before she changing her clothes and bring her black backpack behind her back.

She texts Risa telling her that she'll be off to her part-time job and text her if she needs anything.

She runs to the subway station and once she enters the train, she huffing quite loud.

"Are you perhaps an athlete when you're in your high school?"

"Huh?" Xue Mei scrunches her eyebrow and turns around. She was a bit surprised to see Xui Li was behind her at the same train.

"You? What are you doing here?" She stands up straight and turns around to face him.

"What else? Riding the train of course." he smiles to her.

"But, aren't you from a rich family? Why you ride a train?"

"Why can't I?" he asks her back.

"I mean..umm. Forget it. Where's your destination?"

"Heaven road."

"No way! Same destination as me!."

"Oh? Really?"

"Yeah. Maybe we'll be part away after we got out of the subway."

"Hmm...I don't think so." he murmurs.

"What?"

"Nothing." He smiles to her and diverts his eyes elsewhere.

"By the way…"

"Next station is Heaven Road, you'll reach your destination in...." the train system sound interject her question she wants to ask him.

"We're almost there."

Once the train's door open, both of them get off from the train car and went out of the subway station.

Xue Mei walks faster to her works place. While Xui Li also follow her around 1 meter behind her back.

Ding Ling Ling!

She opens the door and greets the worker from yesterday.

"Hi, I'm a new worker." She bows her head a little.

"Hmph, come in." She said with an annoyed voice.

Xui Li open the door and smile to the worker.

"Hi, I also a new worker. Nice to meet you all."

Turning around, all of the girls who are mostly the customer start to drooling after seeing him. His appearance looks so cool with a shoulder-length hair and fair skin, his eyebrow had a natural shape and his eyelash is quite long and he has a pointy nose. Meanwhile, other workers always saw him with their lady boss. They thought that this might be the lady boss's host or her friends with benefits.

Their lady boss already had a fiance and they always see her fiance fetch her up after closing the store. But, at the same time, they also always see this young man enter the store and stay at their boss room for a long hours before they separate and they both look so close.

"Kaizen, show these new workers to their locker and help them with their work." Feng Li Na said from the second floor.

"Yes, Miss."She replies to her with a smile on her face.

"Okay, you two..follow me."

Xue Mei turns to look at Xui Li. She tilted her head a little. Like she didn't believe her eyes.

"Here is your locker. Change into this uniform and I will tell your job's scope." Kaizen said and leave them both in the same locker room.

"Why are you here?"

"Why can't I be here?"

"You worked at the same place as me. It's weird. You're rich!"

"Getting more experience and gain more knowledge. Wonderful right? These things money can't buy, so I decide to find it on my own." he opened his locker door and takes out the uniform.

Xue Mei looking at him with disbelief. Well, what he said is true enough. Why can't he work? Why can't he ride a train? Even though he's rich, he's still human right? Breathe the same air as her, live in the same city as her too.

"I know I'm sexy and hot, but can you turn your eyes around. I'm a bit shy to change my clothes when a woman staring at me."

Snapped her head, she turns around and opens up her locker.

"I didn't stare you. And your body not that hot and sexy at all." She takes out her uniform.

After they change to the uniform, both of them walk out from the locker room.

"Okay, Xui Li will be attending in instrument department while Xue Mei will attending at the craft department." Kaizen led them to each department and greet every worker in the store.

"Alright, Xui Li. This is Luis, he will help you in this department. Luis is actually a street busker player. He will normally do his show at the center of the city every Saturday night."

"Hi, bro. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too."

"Okay, next we go to Craft division."

"This is Vivian. Vivian is the senior in this section, so you need to learn from her. Anything that you don't understand, you can ask her okay?" Kaizen looks at Xue Mei.

"Okay."

"Then, I'll leave Vivian to take care of you."

"Thanks, Kaizhen."

She didn't reply to her and went back to her post.

"So, I heard that you are an art student?" Vivian start. She brings Xue Mei to the storage room and let her get familiar with this department.

"Yeah, I still a freshman from a first year."

"Oh..but aren't Art university in this city is ranked as the expensive university?"

"Yes, but I am not as rich as those people. That's why I need a job to support my daily necessity."

"Well, it's okay. As long as you pursue something that you like, you'll overcome anything"

"Hehe..thanks, Vivian."

Xue Mei looks at her watch. It's already at 10 pm. She needs to change to her uniform and went back to the dorm. The first day of working is a bit tiring and exhausted her body. This is far from what she imagines before.

She never thought that this shop gets so many people to come by and buy things. Not only her department is busy but other departments are also busy with many customers.

"Oh! Xui Li..sorry I came in without knocking it first." Xue Mei said when she looked at Xui Li which just done wearing back his yellow sweater.

"You should learn how to knock, you know. It's the simplest things. You want me to teach you?"

"Er..no.."

"Hurry and change your uniform. I'll wait for you at the outside." he left her and went to the front desk. All of the other workers also wait at the front desk area for closing the shop.
