Chapter 679 - Vol 9: Ch 679 – The Jun – Din Villa and the Coffee Shop 2

Few days since then and Sunday arrives, Rei and the kids [the Jun kids, Ken, and Ellyn] are just done attending the mass and suddenly asks in sync when they notice that Rei is not driving to their way home since she didn't inform yet the kids about the Villa and the Coffee Shop.

"Eh, Auntie / Mama, are we not going home?"

"Good Morning Mrs. Jun and let's get inside so that I can give you a tour"

Right away, Lewis automatically gives a tour to Rei about their Villa, first to the ground floor/ first floor.

"So Mrs. Jun, this is the parking area which accommodates 10 mid-size cars, 2 SUVs and 5 motorcycles. [Rei just nodded and intently listening while Lewis asks her] so are we going inside [Rei nodded againi]"

"Okay and so this is the porch, the master bedroom, the living room, dining room, the kitchen with pantry, the grand foyer which below of it are two bathrooms, then the study and prayer room, the two guest rooms and then the patio. After the patio is the swimming pool" Lewis pause every room since Rei is looking at every area while the kids just silently following their mother/Auntie.

"After this, are we going to the basement or the 2nd floor, Mrs. Jun?"

"The basement first"

"Okay and follow me, Mrs. Jun"

Kids wondering at the same time while still following their mother/Auntie quietly 'eh, is Mama/Auntie going to buy this house but it's too big.'

"So this is the family gym and opposite to it in the theater room. The side of Family Gym is the husband studio and the opposite of it is the wife's working room". Again Lewis pauses every area since Rei is looking at every area.

"Wonderful Mr. Lewis and it's more amazing than the plan itself so let's move to the 2nd floor then"

"Yes, Mrs. Jun and so let's go. By the way, thank you for your praise, Mrs. Jun."

And suddenly Lewis feels the aura of his woman jealous but yet he didn't see her at the moment.

'What's that?' Wondering then shrugged it off and they climb upstairs, this time, Rei carries Won-won, Ken carries Wu-wu and Ellyn carries Re-re for them not to fall on the stairs while Lewis continue explaining. "And these are the 8 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms for the center of each side". Then again they are looking at each room and this time all the kids notice that their names are put on the door. Such as Bedroom 1 is for Ellyn, Bedroom 2 is for Woo Rei, Bedroom 5 is for Ken, Bedroom 6 is for Rei, Bedroom 7 is for Rei Won, and Bedroom 3, 4, and 8 are no label at the moment that they all got surprised and asks but on their mind only.

Rei accepts it and looking at it then forwarding the outstanding balance right away while thanking him for the 10% discount since it didn't state before as they on their agreement in the first place. Well, Lewis always gives a discount to each of his clients on the final billing statement and that also depends on how much down payment they give, which is 1% discount if it's 1M down payment and go up as how much down payment his clients give, just like Rei gives 10M down payment so she got 10% discount. Well to be exact, Lewis gives 4 options to his clients which 1st option: his clients will give 1M per 1-month installment good for 10 months terms, 2nd option: his clients will give 2M per 1-month installment good for 5 months, 3rd option: his clients will give 50% down payment of the estimated cost and last option, his clients will give 10M down payment and will be refundable after the billing of the final statement of account, so Rei choose the last option without knowing that each option can be determined how much discount they will get.

After successfully transferring the money, Rei said to Lewis "Mr. Lewis, I'm already done transferring the outstanding balance, and thank you for everything."

"You're welcome Mrs. Jun and thank you for choosing our company and are you not going to check the coffee shop first?"

"I will but later Mr. Lewis and of course, I trust you"

"Thank you for that Mrs. Jun and if that's all, then can I ahead first?"

"Yes and you can go ahead, Mrs. Jun. Lilliana escort Mr. Lewis then"

Appear out of nowhere "yes Miss Rei"
