Chapter 648 - Vol 8: Ch 648 – Lewis and Liliana 4

Since that day, Lewis personnel's are busy building the villa and the coffee shop since on the very same day in the afternoon, the materials that they needed have slowly arrived, well, Lewis has a motto to his business that he must not delay what his client's needs and always satisfied them for choosing the company so that's why his clients trusted him.

One month after that, the scaffoldings for the coffee shop are now standing while for the villa, the fencing for the entire property is now ready for finishing it then after that they proceed for the main entrance gate. As for Liliana, she is always on the site since she's in charge of this project but then it doesn't mean that Rei leaves her alone after all she's still a lady so then she instructs another from their hidden bodyguard to accompany her and this time is a male bodyguard so that's why after Lewis realize that there's a man with her since the day that the project started, he always instructs his Secretary to observe the man if he's not around since he has many projects after all so he's not always at the site because his visit will be scheduled every Wednesday and Friday.

So then Friday afternoon, Liliana notice that Lewis is not yet around when in fact he always visit the sites for this day but he is not yet around so she asks naturally Secretary Lyle.

"Secretary Lyle"

"Yes, Miss Liliana?"

"Where is your boss?"

"Sir Go is busy today so maybe he can't come today"

"Oh, I see but well how unusual for him not to be here when in fact he is always here every Wednesday and Friday, right?"

"Right Miss Liliana but then...…." Someone interrupted him right away and that someone is none other than his boss.

Lewis just arrived and happened to hear that Liliana is looking for him that he can't help but interrupted his Secretary right away "well I'm quite busy Miss Liliana but then do you really miss me that much?"

"... [Liliana got speechless and so she only glared at him]

"Ha, ha, ha, just kidding Miss Liliana because I already expect from you that you won't miss me. Ah, right where's that man?"

"Eh, that man, who?"

"… Miss Liliana, are you really asking me that one? And the one I mean is that one [pointing the man after he got his sight at him]"

"Oh, you mean him?" Lewis shyly nodded but in a natural way "oh, that's my Bro Landon and he also happens to be my colleague"

"Eh, Bro Landon, you mean he is your brother?"

"Not totally my blood related but instead he is my...…[she pauses since she just realized it now and asks Lewis right away] now, now Mr. Lewis, are you interested with my life now, are you?"

"Tsk, who's interested with you, huh?"

"Ha, ha, ha, figures it out"

Lewis called the attention of his Secretary right away to change the topic of them to avoid something "Secretary Lyle?"

"Yes Sir?"

Say it loud on purpose so that Liliana will hear him "I just received a new project today so next week I will prepare the designs, the plans and the necessary things that I need to prepare so I will leave you temporarily in charge of this project and I will stop by next Friday here around 10 am to check before meeting my client, okay?"

"Yes Sir"

"Alright that's all and I will leave now"

"Okay Sir"

Hearing that one, Liliana didn't react and instead, she's wondering that she might have a peaceful one weekdays for not seeing Lewis bastard but then she never expect that it will only backfire at her since she will start realizing his presence.

Day by day, they are all busy with their own things and task. As Lewis said, he really didn't appear at the site for almost a week and now the day has arrived that he will only stop by since it's now Friday. So, unconsciously Liliana looking at her watch since she accidentally hears him last week that he will drop by at 10 am before meeting his client but then it's already 10 am yet Lewis is not yet arriving, and knowing him, he is not the type to arrive late because he will arrive on time or if he's busy he will call his Secretary one day before that she suddenly feeling something off that she doesn't what's the reason of it and since her instinct as a trained bodyguard, she leaves without hesitation after excusing herself to her Bro Landon and Secretary Lyle.

"Bro Landon and Secretary Lyle, I will leave you here for a moment since I still have things to do" then leave right away after riding her baby [Ninja Yamaha].

As her fellow bodyguard, Landon just nodded without opposing while Secretary Lyle automatically calls his boss but to his dismay, his boss never answered his calls since he is currently unreachable at the moment. Secretary Lyle hesitating to leave or not since he is temporarily in charge of this project while at the same time monitoring Liliana, so he is now quite in predicament. Landon witnessing the confused looks of Secretary Lyle but he didn't talk with him since talking to him is not part of his job description.

On the way to where she's going, Liliana really drives fast that she almost passes the speed limit but luckily she didn't, or else some traffic officer will stop her since every 1-kilometer has a speedometer on the road to check who will violate the speed limit. 

Just within 15 minutes, she arrives at the L. Go Company Architects and Designs so right away she parks her motorcycle before suddenly disappearing since she didn't get in using the main entrance but rather to the emergency stairs because of her instinct that something wrong so just within 3 minutes, she's now outside of Lewis bastard office. 

The door happened to be locked but it's not a problem of her so she opens it by picking the lock and when she entered the office she only found out that what she feels something off is really happening.
