Chapter 642 - Vol 8: Ch 642 – A single statement that help on a Brink of Bankruptcy.

Well I apologize for not making it clear and so on behalf of CA Entertainment, I'm sorry for not clarifying it and because of it, it got almost cause the bankruptcy of the Scarlet Garden Hotel which is owned by the Li Family Members, so now I'm here today representing the whole CA Entertainment that we won't implicate the whole Li Family Members because as we say before we only chase and targeting for Li Danni and not the whole Li Family Members. As for the business partners and to their board of members and directors of the Scarlet Garden Hotel, we the CA Entertainment is solely not targeting the family business of the family members of Li Danni instead we only solely focus our attention on Li Danni, and its also the same with the CA International and Group Company, since CA Group is not involved with this issue of Li Danni, so again we do apologize for not making it clear. Right away and after the Official Release of the CA Entertainment Statement it got trending to the whole S Nations and then right away the partners, board of members, and directors of the Li Family business who've been so hard-headed to negotiate suddenly got back their track and then on the next day, they received guests for their hotel business, which is the beginning of rising from almost on the brink of bankruptcy. 

As for the Li Family Members, and after reading the Official Statement of the CA Entertainment they almost not believe that just by a single statement from them their business who on the brink of bankruptcy suddenly got recovered by just a single statement, so how much more if everyone knows that Lu Lina is not the only Artist Director but instead she is the future CEO of CA Entertainment, so how much power and authority Lina has? Well, only they know since they are also like keeping a low profile than showing off their wealth. So then this time after reading a single statement from Lina, Danni agreed to her younger sister's statement that indeed she was just a peasant if she compares herself to these two queens namely Lina and Rei. 

The Official Statement of CA Entertainment still spreading nationwide and still on top of the trending news but a few days later, which is Friday morning at 8 am, the first trial is now open and this is against CA Entertainment since Rei is scheduled at 9 am while Manager Ban is scheduled at 10 am and Jang Klea is at 11 am on the same day.

Their first trial against CA Entertainment went smoothly since the CA Entertainment just negotiate and compromise with the Li Family Members that they won't continue the case if Li Danni promises them that she won't disturb them anymore and most of all Li Danni is already not a CA Artist anymore since her contract already expired last May 31, so instead of going for the second trial both parties just signed an agreement that agreeing of CA Entertainment condition.

As for Rei, she almost not going to compromise and negotiate with Li Danni because Li Danni almost ruins Tae's reputation and that she almost lost their youngest child but then CEO Li and his wife almost suddenly kneeling in front of her and Rei doesn't like it since in the very first place CEO Li along with Mrs. Li didn't offend her and only Li Danni so Rei decide that she will compromise and negotiate if Li Danni will give a public apology of what she's been posting about her and especially toward her husband, Tae. Li Danni just has to witness that her mother and father crying in relief when they heard that Rei change her mind so seeing her parents like this, she agreed that she will go for a public apology then after her public apology, Rei case against Li Danni will automatically end as per agreed with both parties.

As for Manager Ban, the case against Li Danni is so strong so there's no way for her parents to do anything just to cease the case because of the fire incident and because of the solid evidence of her, Li Danni being the main culprit that got her in prison for 1 day since she got bailed out right away after paying 1 Million Sen because of there are no casualties and if there is then she will be charged for 20 years imprisonment per casualty so luckily CA Entertainment is quick with their decision to temporarily let the Ban Family Members stays at the safe place. At the same time, as per the court decision, the Li must build the Ban Family House again and then compensating all the appliances and furniture's that been turn into ashes after the fire incident since it got proven that Li Danni is the culprit. Not only that one because Li Danni also needs to compensate everything to Manager Ban compensation and also another 1 Million Fines for her bullying to Manager Ban per year that she's bullying her, so she needs 10 Million to compensate her for bullying since Li Danni has been bullying Manager Ban for 10 years.   

As for the case against Jang Klea, there's no negotiation and compromise because Klea is not willing to compromise well it's because if she will give in then her grandfather will interrupt her, and instead of Li Danni she will be the one who got punished instead and not only that one because she will also need to close down her entertainment in order not to implicate the Jang Corp., that's how Grandfather Jang minds working and so that's the reason why she will never compromise and negotiate to the Li's because if not then how about her employees and the artists that signed under her? So, she needs to close her heart for compromise and negotiate just to protect her employees and artists, that's why she needs to be headstrong and continue with her case against Li Danni. The trial goes for 7 times every Friday and so Jang Klea has been staying in the S Country for almost 2 months because of the trial and on the final trial, Li Danni parties paid 4 Billion Sen since the currency of S Country is two times in T Country. 1 Billion Charge for breaching the contract and then another 1 Billion charge for damaging Klea J Entertainment reputation that both are in T Country Currency so that's why Li Danni's party need to pay 4 Billion Sen because it's two times of the value. So since Li paid the charges, Li Danni didn't go to jail but then she got nothing anymore and luckily her family members help her since she already sold out everything she owns because if not then their family business will really go for bankruptcy.
