[Transfer of Share for JL Hospital

This share transfer Agreement (the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions upon which [BAI MARI] (the "Transferor"), holder of [S Country Passport] with passport ID number [2545574XXXX] and residing at [S and A Residences, Penthouse 101-102A, S Country], will transfer certain shares [10%] held by her to [DIN LOU REI MARRIED TO JUN TAE WOO] (the "Transferee"), holder of [C Country Passport] with passport ID Number [20831XXXX] and residing at [CA Residences, Annex A Unit 3203] (together, the "Parties") with an exact amount of Eleven Million Four Hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Sean Only [11,455,200.00] in full amount thru Bank Transfer.

And such terms and conditions stated in the agreement.]

As for the Transfer of Title for the property, they only provide the requirements such as:

The Tax ID No of both buyer and seller. [Jun Tae Woo and Hwang Ji Min]

Notarized Deed of Absolute Sale (DAS)-1 Original copy + 2 photocopies

Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)-duplicate copy

Tax Declaration- 1 Certified True Copie+2 Photocopies

Tax clearance

Copy of Real Property Tax for the current year.

A certified true copy of the Certificate of Title (TCT) 

Conditional Requirements:

Either the buyer or seller must secure a Sworn Declaration of No Improvements IF the property sold is a vacant lot or no improvements have been made on it. OR secure a Certificate of No improvement issued by the city assessor.

Special Power of Attorney (SPA) - if the person signing on the doc.u.ment is not the owner as it appears on the TCT or CCT.
