Chapter 555 - Vol 7: Ch 555 – Playing mouse and cat

Just within an hour, they arrived at the subsidiary branch of Jang Corp. and the two separated when they already inside the premises but it's enough for that one who following them to assume that they here for check-in though she realizes that when the moment they got in, the two didn't go to the reception area instead the man [Rick] who's been with the lady [Mei] go to the lounge area and meeting with a couple [Rick's client]. As for Mei she goes to Manager's office and asking the employee's evaluation right away.

Meanwhile at the same time, Miss Li, the one who's been following them just go to the restaurant to monitor the man who's been with Rei [she assumes that Mei is Rei] at the lounge area, she didn't hear what they are talking about but she didn't give up yet so she's waiting for them to reunite again.

One hour pass, the couple who's been conversing with Rick leave while Rick waiting for Mei, he then notices that a lady slowly approaching in his direction but then seated just a matter of distance away from him. Rick didn't recognize her even she's a superstar in T Country which his home country while the lady got dumbfounded because of his stunning looks.

'What the heck? He is really more handsome compared to my husband.'

Rick didn't notice that someone looking at him as if he is a prey instead he just looking at his wristwatch and while waiting for his Auntie, he is now started writing his plan and designing the designs of what his client demands so few minutes passed he is now engrossed with his works and he didn't notice that Mei approaching him along with the Hotel Manager.

Mei going to call Rick attention but then she suddenly notices that someone and right away talking to the Hotel Manager using the Universal Language one since she's aware that Miss Li has been staying in T Country for many years so it's not surprising that she knows Tanes and she also assumes that she understand Sean so she speaks using the Universal Language one.

"I can't introduce you yet to Rick since he is now engrossed in his works."

"No worries M..." got stop by Mei right away.

"Alright go now you still have works to do"

"Okay M....." got stop again since Mei already shooing him right away. 'Eh, what's wrong with Madame Jang?' wondering while leaving his boss without asking anything since it's not part of his job to ask his boss.

"Rick" Mei called him in a very intimate way that causes Rick to be distracted with his work and he also got goosebumps when he heard Mei knowing that it's just her plot.

"Did you wait long for me?" Mei still pretending as if she's talking to her husband, En

"What's wrong with you? Did you bump your head or are you hiding something from me, huh?"

"Ha, ha, ha, I didn't hide anything from you, and let's go now"

"Okay" then he put his things in his bag and then stand but then Mei suddenly link her arm to him and before he reacts Mei whisper to him.

"Just follow the flow and act normal."

"Are you plotting something again?"

"Who knows but I'm playing mouse and cat with someone"

"….are you referring to that lady who's wearing a blue dress just now?"

"Oh, how did you know?"

"Well I thought it's just a coincidence but she's been following us since we left the hotel until we arrive here though I really guess it's just only a coincidence, but, then the moment you link my arm she suddenly taking a picture of us as if she's paparazzi, is she a paparazzi?"

"What? Y----you don't know her?"

"Do I need to know or is she a famous one for me to know then?"

"My gosh Rick, she's a superstar in T Country you know"

"Eh, a superstar but who? Is she Miss Wang Nami or Chu Xin?"

"…..none of them and she's Miss Li Danni"

"Oh I didn't hear anyone with the same name may be a newbie, I guess?"

By the way, you said that she's a celebrity in T Country so how come she didn't recognize you that you're Madame Jang?"

Rick just laughs because he doesn't know if he is going to be sad or feel pity, after all, the Tanes already aware and knows that she's Madame Jang and yet they are still someone not yet aware of her identity, well it's her fault for not recognizing Mei. Rick recalls what Mei said a while ago and offers to drive the car.

"Let me drive then"

"Oh, sure go ahead. And so you already know of why I said that one a while ago?"

"Yup but it will be useless if she's going to disclose that you're cheating with my Uncle after all everyone in T Country already know and aware that you're Madame Jang but how come she didn't know?"

"I don't know but I guess the business news didn't reach the entertainment news huh"

"That would be possible Mei but then Rei is pregnant and Rei has an aura of a cold queen yet compared to you who have such a wonderful aura so how come?"

"Geez don't ask me that one because I don't know how she mistook me for Sis but well we really look alike so why not playing mouse and cat with her, right?"

"So what's your plan, Mei?" Then Mei relaying it to Rick and he just agreed without hesitation "count me in after all I'm going with you every time you visit the Jang Corp. subsidiary"

"Okay, but you will be the one driving instead of me okay?"
