5 minutes Breaks is now over and the assigned MC's is already on stage while giving instructions.

"Now, may I call the attention for all of the participants for Universal Language Fair to seat to your assigned seats according to your School Entry Number". All participants gather and already seating down to their assigned seats except for two schools since it's still empty. The MC's notice it since the scoreboard screens didn't light for those two schools' School Entry Number. "May I call the attention of the representatives of School Entry No. 28 and School Entry No. 32 to come at your assigned seats?" 

"...….." No response from the School Representative for School Entry No. 28 and No. 32.

"Teacher in Charge for School Entry No. 28 and No. 32 please let your School Representatives seat down to their assigned seats within 1 minute or else both schools will be automatically disqualified."

Right away the teacher in charge go to backstage directly since they didn't see the Math Teacher in charge come out together with their representative and after 30 seconds the representative of both schools are now seating at their assigned seats and everyone gasped because of their representatives after all the 4 students are both representatives for Math Fair which the 1st Placer and 2nd Placer of the fair that just finished after 5 minutes. This time all school representatives didn't look down on the S Elite Academy little boys representative anymore since they already witness that these two boys been dominating the Math Fair with only 2 mistakes. 

As for the Entry List, it got change since Entry No. 32 is now assigned for S Elite Academy and the same for the other school.

"Sis, my two young masters are also both representatives for Universal Language, they are really amazing."

"I did see it Ji and concentrate, okay?"

"Okay, I will"

"Alright and since everyone is already here then I will now give the instructions. For this Universal Language Fair, all participants will be going to answers 175 questions randomly. From what we know they are 6 levels for Language which consists of Beginner, Elementary, Intermediate, Upper Immediate, Advanced and Proficient Level but since Universal Language is not S Country spoken language because it's Sean so for this Fair, the Universal Language Fair committee only provides 60 questions for both Elementary Level and Intermediate Level while 55 questions for Advanced Level, with a total of 175 questions. All questions are written in Universal Language here on this monitor screen and so automatically all answers must be written in Universal Language in your Answer Tab Device found on your assigned seats, failure to do so then the Answer Tab Device will automatically mark wrong of your answer even if you answered it correctly but you writing it in Sean Language. If we happened to meet for Tie Breakers then I will give further instructions if we have a Tie Breakers rounds. Time right now is quarter to 4 pm and at exactly 4 pm the Universal Language Fair will officially commence and will end at exactly 5 pm if we didn't happen to meet for Tie Breaker Rounds. Any questions from the instructions I give just now?"

"...…" No one from the participant's schools raising their hands since they heard it loud and clear.

"I see and so how about the S Elite Academy?"

Both Ken and Jinyu are shaking their heads.

"I see and what about S Gifted International School and Academe then?"

Both Wong's siblings are also shaking their heads.

"I see so no questions from the top ....." got interrupted by someone.

"Excuse me, Sir," said using the Universal Language one.

The MC's alerted since this participant is quite a show-off one but he didn't get fl.u.s.tered and answered him using the Universal Language "yes and what is Entry No. 1?"

"How do we know that my fellow participants here are not cheating?"

"Aside from the answer tab devices, there's no other way that your fellow participants can look for other answers so no worries Entry No. 1"

"I see but how about tracking the score, is it a live counting, or will only appear after all 175 questions appeared in that screens?"

"It will only appear on that screen young boy after all 175 questions appeared"

"I see that's good then"

"Do you still have any questions, Nobles International School Representative?"

"No I don't have any questions Sir and that's all I'm concerned about" then he takes a seat but you can still see his proud expression and already considering that they will defeat the top 3 schools especially the S Elite Academy.

Each participant of 64 School Entry Lists understands the conversation between Entry No. 1 and the MC's after all they're the representatives for this fair. Most of them are half Senian and half of the different citizenship wherever they are from, only the Wong's siblings and Jinyu were the full Senian since Ken is not because he is dual citizenship by blood [Ceno and Tanes].

"Alright everyone please be ready because 3 minutes from now the competition will officially commence" they nodded and at exactly 4 pm the competition will begin without pausing.

"Neh Sis, are my young masters will be alright, after all, they're the only ones who are from the Grade Schools Department, right?"

"They will be alright Ji and have you seen their looks just now?"

"Yeah I did and after that boy seats, my two young masters changed their expressions. Aiyah, Aiyah, even the competition still didn't start I can already tell that S Elite Academy will be the champions."
