A few hours later they arrive at C Country, C Town City and right away they go straight to the hospital where Mei got admitted. Rei called them right away when she noticed her family members "Ma, Bro En, Bro El, Lyn, Ren, and Lynel"

Both: No worries Mom and just take good care of our siblings, okay?

So the mother and son's pair are hugging because they will surely miss each other and at the same time they tease En but then let him join later on. They eat for their lunch and then Rei along with Ken leave Din's family members since they need to go back right away.
