89 Inhale, Exhale 3

When Lyndon heard the first cry, he felt an immense joy and he felt more relaxed. He knew that his wife is a fighter and giving birth to their children is another fight that will be conquered by her. He knew that Misha will be able to push things through and he believes in her more than anybody would. He knew that his wife will be able to deliver the babies well but there's a part in him that's worried. He clenched his hands and began pacing back and forth again in front of the delivery room. He could not sit still and he could not wait to see his new family members. He put his hands inside his pockets and looked at the hospital's ceiling and he silently prayed for his wife to push through.

Inside the delivery room, Misha began pushing hard again because the second baby is coming out after a three minute interval and after awhile, she successfully delivered the twins normally. She looked at the two bundles beside her while they cleaned her before wheeling her out from the delivery room.

The doctor that assisted her got out to inform her family that she successfully delivered the twins.

"Congratulations Mr. Lincoln... You are now a father. She will be transferred in a moment. You can go in." the doctor smiled at him and shook his hands.

"Thank you doctor." he said sincerely. He rushed to the delivery room and saw Misha with the twins beside her. He could not help but feel happy after seeing their bundles of joy and after seeing that Misha is okay. She's pale because of the blood loss but after some nourishing, she will be okay again.

The nurse wheeled her out from the delivery room and sent them directly to the private room he booked beforehand. He knew that Mary is already there to accompany and help Misha to take care of the babies but still, he did not left and accompanied her.

He held thebabies with his both arms and smiled at them gently.

Misha looked at her husband lovingly. She knew that he will be a good father to their kids. She still remembered him accompanying her to the couples exercises and what he should do during the times that she would have her cramps. He diligently attended all those classes that some men found shameful. To him, he's not doing a shameful thing and he said that it's the only way to help her with his pregnancy. He will not allow his lack of knowledge to prevail.

They arrived at the room. What surprised them was that Michele and Rodora is already there together with Shane and Albert.

They brought balloons and cake to welcome the newly became father and mother. They knew how hard to raise a child but they believe that with their ability, they will be able to pave their way through it.

"Congratulations my princess for your safe delivery." Shane said with a evident happiness on his voice.

"Thanks pa and ma." Misha said weakly.

Rodora on the other hand prepared some hot soup to nourish her back to health. She knew how taxing to have a normal delivery because she experienced it with Lyndon and Leonard before.

"Lyndon dear, there's a soup for her in the table. Feed her with it. It's good for her and for the babies." Rodora said thoughtfully. Upon hearing this, Misha broke out a smile and thanked Rodora for it. The woman just smiled and looked at Albert. She knew that the old man is still confused as to why they were here in the hospital.

Lyndon scooped an ample of soup for Misha and fed her carefully. She felt hungry and thirsty after giving birth so she immediately finished the soup Lyndon gave her.

The new grandparents looked at the kids with tenderness. Rodora can't help herself but carry the baby boy in her arms and she looked at him lovingly. The boy resembled alot with Lyndon. He got his prominent features and such handsomeness is the fruit of their childrens love. She couldn't help but get emotional after seeing the twins.

Michele on the other hand carried the baby girl on her arms and she looked at it with complicated emotions. Shane who's at her back grabbed her shoulders looked at the baby with a loving face.

"She looked like Misha when she's young." Shane commented. Michele just nodded while slightly sobbing.

She put down the baby gently and burried her face at Shane's chest. She missed Belle greatly and when she saw the baby,she reminded of the time when she raised Belle in Beijing.

Seeing this, Shane gently patted Michele's back to calm her down and soon, she halted her sobs.

Lyndon looked at their expressions with complication. He knew that they had different thoughts of their grand children yet, he could only let them be.

After awhile, Shane and Michele sat down on the chair. Rodora and Albert got out as they have another appointment within the hospital also.

"So, have you decided the names of the children?" Shane asked.
