Chapter 6 - Dai Itsumi's Diary 4

The next day, her father called her to his office in the evening.

'Have a Seat', He said, calmly, going through some of his papers.

Without any hesitation, Itsumi obliged and sat down.

Nervously she looked down and fiddled with her fingers.

' You know the reason for why you are here today, Right Dai Itsumi?', stated Tsuki.

Itsumi replied with a simple 'Hum'.

'Do you have anything to say? There should be a reason for why your grades have dropped like this Dai Itsumi, It's not like you.' He said.

'There was no special reason Dad, I just wasn't paying much attention in class, that's it.' replied Itsumi.

Tsuki felt like she was lying.

' You're not someone who doesn't pay attention in class Itsumi. I talked to your teacher and she told me that you would look out the windows now and then.' he said.

Itsumi was flabbergasted.

'What should I tell him now...

That I used to peek out to gaze at a boy? He would disown me the second I say that.' Itsumi thought.

She tried to form a sentence, ' Dad I...I..I,' but hesitated.

Tsuki then calmly replied,

' I just called you in this office to remind you of our deal, Dai Itsumi.'

Itsumi nodded, biting her lips, keeping her tears at bay. She could feel them seeping out of her eyes. 'How could I forget about the deal?!' she pondered upon.

Tsuki handed her a file, containing the documents of The deal that Tsuki had made with Itsumi when she turned 17.
