112 Bandits

Diana was not to be trifled with.

After so long, she had finally let out all of her built up desires and did not let Tanya go during the bumpy ride. 

However, she failed to pull off Tanya's pants. So all she managed to do was hold onto Tanya for 5 hours. 

The girls were rather disappointed with the development and took note of Tanya's new defences, finding that Tanya had in fact installed a chastity belt which cannot be taken off by anyone except for her. 

"Sometimes, business is business. I cannot let myself get carried away while on my way to my new territory." Tanya scoffed. She was now very thankful that she had secured herself against the ever tempted girls.

"Tanya, why can't I pull off your belt?!" Diana cried out, stomping her feet onto the floor without caring for her pride.

"That's a secret. Now then, we are nearly at the new territory. Does anyone have any ideas of what we are going to make out of it? The king essentially gave sandbox to work with. There are some small forested areas as well as green plains all around the north side. I heard that there may be some natural hot springs there too." Tanya smiled delightfully, attempting to take attention off of her little protection device.

"Hot springs? Oh, another place for us to do Tanya~" Rose snickered, covering her mouth with the back of her palm.

"Please be serious, not everything is about sex." Tanya sighed.

"Fine. I would recommend hot springs for tourism. If the hot springs exist and have good enough quality, marketing will be very easy." Rose explained seriously, feeling slightly saddened by Tanya's refusal to acknowledge Rose's advances.

"Eh. Tanya, I heard that the land was under duke Barwon...would that be a problem for us?" Erina nervously asked. Not everyone knew about the traitor's assassination, not even the girls. 

Tanya had kept it a secret for another time, when everything had settled and Tanya could finally relax. As of now, Tanya still had to send commands to her homunculi to ensure the stability of the land she had taken. 

There was much work to be done domestically and abroad, never a silent night for the countess.

"There shouldn't be a problem, the transfer of the land should have been known by the public for quite some time. Ever since that scum defected, the territory was left without a noble to manage it. If this keeps up, famine and economic horrors will arise." Tanya explained calmly, blankly staring out the window.

"Oh." Underneath the bushes were many pairs of eyes looking towards the carriage. Tanya frowned, knowing that this type of cliche scene would result in a bandit attack.

"Did you see anything cool out there, Tanya?" Erina asked.

"Bandits." Tanya sighed.

"Bandits? What harm can a few ragtag criminals do against us?" Yuna confidently grinned.

The tree was not torn down by nature, it was cleanly cut. The stump still had and axe dug into it, indicating a clear intent in this troubling event.

Tanya got out of the carriage with a sword in hand, browsing her eyes on all of the surrounding brush. Her eyes caught many presences among the green, none of them seemed the least bit friendly.

"Mistress, it seems we have encountered a roadblock." The driver stated the obvious and sighed, this job did not include the moving of giant trees. This was way above his pay grade.

The girls all peeked outside through the windows, seemingly unable to bring themselves to the outside. It was probably laziness for most of them as well as a sense of confidence in Tanya's abilities to handle the matter. This kind of felt like routine after witnessing Tanya beat unruly boys for an entire year.

"What's your bet that the bandits are here for perverted reasons?" Rose calmly inquired. A small pot of gold appeared in her hands, enough for a gamble between the enthusiastic girls.

Meanwhile Tanya pointed her sword to a certain bush, calling out "get out before I kill you." 

Of course, a man came out of the bush, carrying a hatchet that seemed as old as Tanya. Dressed in hide and clearly seeming more like a barbarian, the man looked at Tanya hungrily and licked his lips.

"Mistress! Let me handle this!" The driver got off from the horses and drew a sword.

"Boys, the meals are ready. Get out before they get cold." The man loudly spoke, invoking the emergence of over 30 armed bandits. All of them drooled as they eyed Tanya's body, seeming to have already thought of it as theirs.

"I told you." Rose took the pot and deviously grinned at the girls.

"I have lost faith in humanity." Yuna plainly murmured, annoyed at the loss of some of her pocket money.

"All men are perverted and view women as objects for their pleasure!" Yuna exclaimed, clearly empathising the Rose.

"That is harsh. Quite a generalisation, don't you think?" Serena responded with one brow raised.

"Silence, just watch as Tanya tortures another set of fools." Penelope crunched on popcorn, not interested in the gambling happening in the background.

Tanya watched as the carriage was approached from behind, feeling only the power of 1st ascension ants. However, how could these bandits be compared to ants when ants are in fact much stronger than them. Would that not be an insult to the race that has sworn fealty to Tanya?

"Sh*ts, absolutely disgusting." Tanya sighed.

"And sh*t, you are." The ground rumbled as Tanya said these words, responding to her like a child to their mother. Without any further instruction, black insects crawled out from the cracks in the earth and made their way up the legs of the bandits.

"Wha-what is this?!" The bandits yelled. Some of them tried to shake the bugs off of their legs while others rolled on the floor to try to squash them. But none of them could fend off the swarms. The battle had ended before it even began. It was nothing too dramatic either; just a few bandits doing something g they shouldn't have.

So why can't Tanya punish them? There is no harm in her punishing a few unruly criminals that have probably committed many sins before this day. So even with just a few words spoken by these pitiful creatures, their existence had been introduced and exterminated just like that.

"ARAAAAGH!"

Tanya really did not like these types of people.

"That was an excellent play by my beautiful wife, I love how she shows her fury by torturing those evildoers like that! She loves us so much~" Rose proudly commented on the hideous scene.

"It was disgusting, but they deserved it…" Diana felt a little weak in the stomach having never seen a person being eaten alive by insects before.

Meanwhile: "Master, our ant tribe has successfully colonised this land. We can now assist you here!"
