Chapter 22：CHAPTER 22: SHE IS MAD

Morning came Henna woke up late as she opened her eyes she was alone in the room. She quickly got up and goes to the connecting door when they used Jenson last night. She goes straight to the bathroom to clean up herself. She saw her clothes on the bed as she walked out from the bathroom it was already clean even her underwear.

Henna saw them on the dining table area was still eating as usual talking nonstop. Henley looked up as she approached. "Hey sis, why don't you take a few days off and come with us." He suggested. "You needed a break and I will arrange for a blind date for you."

Henna and Sophie were looking at Henley confusingly.

"What! Is there something wrong with my suggestion?" Henley asked. "Henna's been too much focus on her work. I want her to have a family now."

Sophie smirked. "Tsk, tsk, tsk… you were thinking about your sister and then what about you bro."

Henna slightly glanced at Jenson who was sitting in front of her while Henley sat at her left side and Sophie the other side. He did not react at all but continue eating as if he did not hear a thing from Henley's mouth.

Henna got hurt with Jenson reaction not even looking at her. To hear madness she replied, "Okay I will do it. A few days off then." She did not glance at Jenson for whatever his reaction is. 'Screw him.'

Jenson shocking reaction made him frown that he quickly stared at Henna but that damn woman did not even peek at him. She said yes without being consulting him. 'Damn'

After breakfast, Henna did not plan to have time to be alone with Jenson she was mad. She sat the backseat as Sophie and Henley waved goodbye to him. She did not even glance at him before leaving. The car was moving away from his house and her heart was hurt. She was hurt with his reaction at the dining table. He did not even care if she was dating other people. He keeps on eating, 'what the f*ck.'

They arrived in her place just a few minutes. She grabbed her small trolley to put all the clothes she needed. Not long after she walked out from her bedroom and locked all the doors.

They were now off the road to the other county where Sophie and Henley works. They were roommates since college. They did not know that they have the same course taken then. Ever since, they shared everything in one roof.

Henley bought his apartment when their parents gave them their graduation gift. He offered Sophie to live with him since they were good and best friends too.

They arrived after two hours travelling from S City. Henley's apartment had three rooms so she stayed at the guest room. She was using that room every time she visits them.

She went inside as soon as Henley opened the door then went directly to the guest room. She lay back down to rest in the queen-sized bed. Her eyes were roaming around the room and it changed like the last time she was here.

A knocked from outside the room. She got up and opened it. It was Sophie; she walked in and closed the door behind.

"Hey, what's gotten into you?" she asked. "Did something happen with both of you?"

Sophie did not mention name for security purpose that might heard Henley. Henna sighed. "I got mad at him this breakfast." She frowned. "There was no reaction on his face when Henley set me up for a blind date." She crossed her arms. "When I looked up to him he was just there eating as in no care at all. I Damn it!" she said angrily.

Sophie walked closer to her. "Hey, look at me." Henna was looking at her. "Don't be hard on yourself. Maybe you just misunderstand him and you take a wrong way you know." She explained.

"Nah, I don't think he loves me Sophie maybe I was just one of those women he takes into bed for leisure." Henna eyes started to roll the tears down without even notice.
