...laughing as she held on to Su Yan still. "What would we do without them?"

Precious was already on board with spending the night outdoors. And Woo Jin explained he was cool with it after a while. At this point he merely went with the flow or he would be stuck doing everything alone.

"It might rain tonight," Tale observed as there only so little stars in the sky when she looked up and the weather was more chilly than it had been all day. She said a silent prayer that it shouldn't.

The news about the payment had been sitting on the tip of Precious's tongue and the minute they all gathered round the fire to eat, she spilled.

Woo Jin was the first to ask. "How much is it?"

"One million and five hundred thousand naira," Precious answered proudly.

Tale shook her head smiling. She loved the fact that Precious was truly happy but she noticed the two men frowning while looking like they were in deep thought.

"That's ridiculous," Su Yan spoke casually as he finished his meal.

"What?" Tale asked.

"Yes. Actually small if you ask me," Woo Jin concurred.

"You two did hear her say million right," Tale repeated.

"That's barely five thousand dollars in conversion rate," Su Yan calculated.

"Yeah," Woo Jin agreed again.

"And?" Precious asked frowning genuinely.

"Nothing. We just believed you both deserve more," Woo Jin replied trying to cover up the fact that the money truly was little to him and Su Yan.

They could give them both five thousand dollars and won't flinch, but to the girls it was a big deal and that was all that mattered.

Tale grinned satisfied with the answer.

"I have news," Woo Jin said frowning and shaking his head at the same time.

"I accepted the job," he looked at Su Yan then back at the girls. He narrated his little situation to them as they listened keenly.

"You are worried." Tale observed.

"Am I that obvious now?"

"No but right now yes. Su Yan can take care of himself you know and it's not like you will be away from him for a long time. It's only for a while."

"Tell him." Su Yan half pleaded.

"If you are truly worried, Tale and I will step in for you," Precious touched his arm as she spoke sounding rather serious.

"Yes. I mean look at us, we got skills, no one will think to try to hurt him while you are away." Tale added in same tone that surprisingly eased him up.

"Say that again." Precious smiled.

"Do it this once and do let go of all fears. Trust that it's for the best. Nothing bad will happen," Tale gave his hand a bracing squeeze.

Woo Jin was forced to look at her face and smile. He felt more at ease and more confident accepting the job. It came naturally, the ease he felt whenever Tale spoke or gave him a little bit of advice or encouragement. It was worth it.

"You good?" Precious asked.

"I'm perfect," Woo Jin winked at her.

"You two should open a therapy lounge," Su Yan said quietly after watching the whole scene play out.

He was now convinced their time with the two women have changed them completely. Woo Jin was taking advice and acting like a child that needed to be in bed with his parents so the monsters don't get to him.

"We plan to, five thousand dollar an hour," Tale beamed at him.

Later that night, with filled bellies and aching tummy due to laughter over silly things it was time to put to good use the tent she had so graciously bought.

"How exactly is this supposed to work out again?" Woo Jin rubbed his head as he looked at the tent believing they wouldn't fit in at once.

Tale walked to the tent and entered. The rest of them followed suit later on.

Tale expected an argument of some sought but none of them raised any as one by one they all entered and did actually fit into the tent. It was spacious but with all four of them there wasn't much room left.

There was a pile of blankets at the corner and Tale had felt a torch might come in handy.

"You really thought this through huh," Precious observed.

Su Yan was the first to take a spot as he laid down on the soft duvet Tale had laid on the floor of the tent pulling her down with him even as she tried to resist him.

"I tried my best," Tale tried to wiggle out of Su Yan's arm with no success.

When Woo Jin laid down beside Tale, Precious zipped up the tent and took the only spot left.

Smiling a little Woo Jin moved closer to her. "Should we give them a run for their money?"

Precious raised a brow and grinned. "Let's let them have this one. They can't do much with us around,"

"We are right here." Tale said

"And we can hear you quite well," Su Yan completed.

The first drop of rain hit the tent sending chills down Tale's spine. "We are really going to be here all night aren't we?"

"Wasn't that the plan you psycho?" Precious replied grabbing a blanket.

"I wasn't expecting rain," Tale sat up. Though the tent provided enough shelter from the rain and the floor of the tent was covered, it was still going to be a very cold night. She zipped open the faux window right beside Su Yan to give herself a sense of relief.

"Well a little water never hurt anyone," Woo Jin cut in trying to hide a yawn. He was tired to his bone. The wind blew in clearing the way for the rain to fall and it did. It came down rather softly and stayed that way.

Tale laid back down facing Su Yan as sleep crept in on him. She planted a kiss on his cheek and his scar before snuggling closer.

"None of that tonight please," Precious pleaded from where she was.

"I'd come give you one too if you keep talking," Tale warned.

"Blah. Blah. Blah," Precious stuck her tongue out in the dark.

Tale smiled as she covered herself with one of the blanket and doing same for Su Yan who was now fast asleep like he was in his own bed. "Good night millionaire," she whispered.

"Good night crazy old lady," Precious replied in same tone.

The gentle sound of rain coming down on the tent was the perfect lullaby as the wind whispered a song.

Tale allowed the little moment take her off to dream land.
