Chapter 11:The Titans of the Universe

The year is 491 AD. The war of the Asurians has been fought for thousands of years while being watched by the Gods. This is the story of nine Gods who forged 7 immensely powerful weapons to aid the Asurians in battle. The Gods were those who had authority over they select part of the universe: fire, water, space, war, teleportation, anything you could name there was a God who governed it. The nine who made the weapons were the Gods of fire, water, electricity, earth, wind, light, darkness, war, and weapons. They created the following weapons:

Fire was infused with a sword

Water was infused with a trident

Electricity was infused with two daggers

Earth was infused with a two handed hammer

Wind was infused with a spear

Light was infused with a bow

Darkness was infused with a scythe

These were then called 'The Seven Celestial Weapons'.

Six of these weapons where scattered over battle fields and where found by warrior who, once holding the weapon, were gifted with the power of the Gods. But this came at a price, once you held a celestial weapon, you were not able to hold another and were repelled by a force like no other. Many tried to wield two but those who did succeed were torn to shreds by the immense power that they were unable to contain. Soon, there was a momentary peace when the seven nations decided to never use the weapons again unless they were used for good. However, the darkness nation rebelled and hid their weapon so that it couldn't be sealed away like the others. Those that were sealed away were placed behind a mystical barrier that could only be opened if a member from each nation was present as a sign that the war was over.

The seventh weapon that was not scattered was held onto by the Goddess of fire, Cynthinia. She kept the sword of fire until she found a mortal worthy of it's power who would use it for good. She decided to grant it's power to man know by you mortals as King Arthur who held the weapon of fire and dubbed it 'Excalibur'. She gifted it to him and spoke these words:

"This sword, when held by a mortal who has proved themselves to me, shall change form, adapt to the user, and release the power of the fire Goddess." and with that she left and watched from afar as the weapon was passed from hero to hero who repeated her words to each new holder until it reached it's final resting place in the hands of a man named Arthur Kendrickson.
