Chapter 12: Tch!!

To speak of the meeting just now, Liao Su’s depiction of the person was not very clear either. As Physical Education Institute student, his vocabulary was rather lacking, and even after trying really hard for half a day, he could not properly describe how the person looked.

Truthfully speaking, if Liao Su hadn’t seen it for himself, he would never have attached the descriptive word of ‘beauty’ to a two-metre-tall person who had long hair and was akin to a little giant.

But reality was truly out of the realm of expectations.

That person was indeed very beautiful, and if his hair and eye colour had not been normal, Liao Su would have assumed that he was a model pulled out of American and European runways by a one hundred percent. He was beautiful and just… decadent.

Since Liao Su could not properly describe the person’s facial features to You Liangxing, he could only summarise the feelings he got from his intuition, “I won’t describe his appearance any more, but the crux of it is that he gives people an off-putting vibe, and really lazy too, but he also exerts an inexplicable pressure on the same gender…. Pressure, do you get what I mean?”

You Liangxing: “I don’t really get it.”

Liao Su: “…..”

Liao Su suddenly stopped talking, expression complex.

Right… saying such things were worthless, You Liangxing—How could he possibly feel any pressure!

It was enough of an explanation just by looking at You Liangxing’s face, he feared that he never knew the word “pressure” even when he was growing up!

On Liao Su’s expression, it was obvious that he was encountering difficulties in explaining it in a few words. At that moment, Liao Su noticed that You Liangxing was actually giving one of his rare smiles, especially since he was usually ‘aloof’. Under one of his sparse smiles, Liao Su stilled for a beat before he reached out to touch You Liangxing’s face.

“Stop smiling! Leave a way out for the male population of A University!”

You Liangxing took a step back and avoided it easily. His gaze drifted, and he did not know when but the tall figure standing in front of the Liberal Arts College had turned around and he was looking in their direction.

The distance was far apart, and the person was reflected in the light. You Liangxing had to squint his eyes slightly as he looked in the same direction as well.

Couldn’t see clearly.

After looking in the distance again, Liao Su said with much sorrow: “Seriously, he better not be next year’s freshman or our school will get blown up once he enters.” Then he leaned against You Liangxing, “What do you think?”

You Liangxing turned around, lifted his feet and started to walk, “What does it have to do with me.”

Liao Su looked back at the tall man again, and the latter had just walked into the Liberal Arts College. Feeling complicated, he pouted and took two brisk strides forward, catching up to You Liangxing.

You Liangxing and Liao Su had the habit of running in the morning and that was the reason why they were in front of the Liberal Arts College. Since You Liangxing had left for half a month once he departed for his competition, after running together again for half an hour, Liao Su still had some questions to ask.

“Brother Liang, where will you be going?”

You Liangxing said: “Home.”

Liao Su stilled: “Ah?”

You Liangxing repeated himself, “Home.”

Liao Su immediately followed with a yell: “When?”

You Liangxing: “Now.”

Liao Su was both startled and shocked, and he took a long time to regain his composure. “You’re going home now? So suddenly? You, you haven’t packed your stuff yet.”

You Liangxing replied, “There is nothing to pack.”

Liao Su: “Well.”

Prior to this, You Liangxing had been participating in an external competition and when he returned to the university this time around, he had brought along a luggage. Yesterday, he hadn’t opened it, thus he did not have to pack anything. Furthermore, it was the end of the semester and it was time to leave the school. Despite knowing that it was natural to go home, Liao Su felt chaotic in his heart because they had just met and now they were separating again.

“You are really going? I thought you would be staying in school for a few more days.”

You Liangxing nodded: “I originally had the intention to do so.”

Liao Su was puzzled: “Then why are you leaving now?”

You Liangxing looked at him coldly: “Don’t you already know why in your heart?”

Liao Su: “…..”

Liao Su: “You Liangxing, you unfaithful man! After being brothers for such a long time you still resent me for being annoying! I’ve never resented you for being too handsome!”

You Liangxing: “…..”

You Liangxing did a deep reflection on himself as to why he wasted his time to even have this conversation with Liao Su instead of taking his luggage and leaving earlier.

***

Ever since You Liangxing entered university, he had been living alone in a rented apartment that was two hours by car. While he said that he was going home, it was only going from the city centre to the suburbs, and it was not a particularly long distance.

He pulled his luggage into the building and the two administrators on the first floor were talking eagerly and he had no intention to make conversation with them either. However, just as he was passing by, both of the aunts looked up and gave him a smile.

You Liangxing was puzzled but he nodded out of conditioned reflex, and took the elevator up to his apartment while an unpleasant premonition settled in his mind.

He hesitated when he took out his key to open the door. The entrance that he hadn’t return to in a long time was still deserted and after observing the doorway for a while, it did not seem as though someone had come by.

You Liangxing exhaled in relief and pushed his luggage into the room.

As he squatted down to open the shoe cabinet, his body abruptly shivered. Without saying a word, he quickly pushed open the door and ran out.

Just as he was running out, a bright and beautiful voice sounded from behind him, and the voice had a quality of jest to it: “Ah! See! I already told you not to take off your shoes first!”

Yes, there was a pair of neon pink high heels in the shoe cabinet.

You Liangxing might have big strides, but he could still that voice speaking from a distance in spite of having run out. Just as he was about to run into the corner of the corridor, You Liangxing felt a jolt of pain in his back, and his centre of gravity was disrupted, causing him to fall to the side.

The pair of shoes that the owner mercilessly threw had hit its mark with pin-point accuracy, and in the next moment, a tall lady ran towards You Liangxing barefooted and threw herself into his arms while laughing.

“Ah Liang! I’ve missed you to death!”

You Liangxing: “…..”

Huh!!

T/N: ROFLMAO. Should have kept the divorce in the earlier chapter, kek.
