(Woah! I can't believe I have a system) he thought. (But why is the power unknown, I'm very sure it's superspeed, maybe I have to use it to unlock it.)

Then a middle-aged man on a wheelchair came into the room. John knew this man all too well. The mad-scientist, Harrison Wells. Although he kinda hates him for killing "his" parents, he couldn't show it on his face now. Wells looked up at him and said, "Mr. Allen, you have been in coma for nine months, you were struck by lightning during the particle accelerator incident." Barry(John) who already knew this was not surprised in the least. He just casually asked, "So, am I free to leave now?". Wells hesitated for a while before he said, "Of course, but you still need to return here so we can be sure there's no further complications." "Alright then" Barry said. He then borrowed a STAR labs sweat shirt and a little change and left the building.

When he left, Wells crumpled up his face as if to say, why is he not surprised by the news.

Outside the building, he hailed a Taxi to the Police Station. While in the taxi, he tried to reminisce about all what happened. (From what I remember, at the Police station, there will be a prisoner trying to steal the gun from the policeman. I better remember to stop him) he thought.

Upon his arrival at the police station, just as he had imagined, there was a man trying to take a gun from the policeman's holster. On impulse, he felt his body moved as he stopped the man. Then all of a sudden time began to slow down, then he remembered that this was when a lady tripped and spilled her drink. Acting fast, he saved the woman from spilling the drink. She muttered a thank you and left.

Then Iris, Barry's childhood friend, came by. She hugged him and started asking him various questions about his health checking as if to make sure he's in perfect condition. He told her calmly, "Iris, I'm really fine." "That's good" she replied.

Then Barry's hand started vibrating. He finds an excuse and leaves the station.

When he gets outside, he tried to calm his nerves. But his hand kept spinning. He checked the system and was shocked by what he saw
