A dumbfounded look crossed Clarissa's beautiful face, instantly replacing the bored one she had a second ago. This testified to the shock she felt after hearing the notification.

Not long after though, she immediately turned back to normal and disinterestedly asked, 'That girl banned me from obtaining any intel from you? When did she?'

Instead of getting pissed at the answer, the woman only went silent for a while and then laughed. Afterward, she shrugged her shoulders like the shocked face she made earlier was nothing but an illusion.

'Oh? Great! She's made a nice move. At least I won't be up against a brainless host.'

Clarissa's hand reached out to the shower gel on her right. She was being drenched in water under the shower.

While washing up, she also recalled the news reported just a while ago.

Her eyes then twinkled in amusement as she thought, 'It seems she wants to show me she's not someone I can easily crush?'

'...I really want to laugh at her face. Can't she realize, she's stupidly showing all her cards? With this degree of stupidity, why should I be threatened?'

Her system did not speak anymore as what she said made sense. Sofony Mendez was indeed almost naked in Clarissa's eyes. Almost, if they were to take Sofony's actions into the picture.

Honest opinion, the only note-worthy thing Sofony did was obstruct or cover up most of her future actions from Clarissa's eyes. But even so, Clarissa knew of her past, with or without evidence of her crimes, at least she knew the girl was easily provoked at the mention of those things. It was even fresh in her memories that just because she mentioned a name, the girl immediately lost composure.

Clarissa closed her eyes and let the water rinse her off. A hint of a smile was hung on her lips, she was happy about the small surprise she prepared for the other. She could even picture in head how the other party would react once she saw her small surprise.

Seconds later, she was forced out of her trance. Footsteps resounded outside and given her enhanced hearing, she managed to capture it. She didn't react though, and even let the perpetrator go inside the shower room. She didn't show other reactions due to knowing who the person was.

"Honey..." A husky voice whispered to her ears the same time a hot breath tickled her. A second after, a naughty and warm hand snaked around her naked waist, not minding the water and wetness on it. She also felt a naked masculine body attaching itself to her back and a kiss suddenly dropping upon her neck.

"I have classes today," she said, cocking her head to the side to avoid the next raining of kisses. Clarissa perfectly knew what the man wanted.

"Just once."

The persistent man then moved his free hand to her twin mounds and started to teasingly play with them. This action solicited a laugh from the girl. It was unknown whether she was tickled or aroused. The handsome man didn't stop, though, and the girl, despite her initial disapproval, didn't stop him as well.

"It's because of annoying men like you that I always end up late every day." Her tone suggested blame, but there was a playful smile on her enchanting lips.

The other didn't seem to mind being called 'annoying'.

Aljur, the mafia lord and Clarissa's main partner, was still freely roaming and tracing her beautiful body. He was then entranced by the sweet moans she let out. And was almost losing control when he saw her seductive smile. His arousal deepened and he couldn't wait to shower this provocative woman with lots of loads and love. The awakened tool eagerly expressed its agreement.

The man hurriedly and hungrily stole her lips and kissed her intensely. After some time, as if it was a matter-of-fact or natural law, the kiss became needy and hotter, tongues started to entangle and salivas continuously exchanged. All this while, their moans, and groans didn't stop, their eyes also never broke contact.

Minutes passed before the intoxicating kiss ended. And then when Clarissa parted with his lips, the man's lust-filled eyes finally went down to where her flooding entrance should be and after making her push her hands on the wall with her buttocks pushed out towards him, he guided his erect hard length inside her.

"...Ooh..." The man groaned out delightfully. Pleasure, of course, kicked in, but Clarissa only hummed an approval.

This probably challenged the man who immediately started to plow her insides. He only made way for three slow thrusts, the next pistoning became very vigorous and unforgiving. His efforts didn't go unrewarded as finally, Clarissa began moaning while watching the collisions between their private part.

"...Al, right! You're... hitting the right spots! Ah!"

Lustful sounds and pants engulfed the whole bathroom. The man was still securely grabbing on the white buttcheeks while sliding in and out of the same wet and tight cave that brought him to heaven countless of times.

"Honey,....you are really... the most delicious cuisine in the world. I love you... I love f*cking you."

Clarissa, who was greatly enjoying the time as well, moaned out, "...Ah!.. Ah! If not, ah,...you would not be sleeping the night with me, eating me the moment you wake up...."

Outside, the sun had already risen high. Anytime soon, the academy's bell would ring and signify the start of the Monday classes.

But the Violent Goddess was still in her mafia lord's penthouse, trying to reach the peak of pleasure. It seemed she'd forsake school today if it would mean not letting her vent the lust pooling within her.

....

He didn't know when it all started.

He didn't know when the fair skinned doll-like little girl always laughingly playing with him under the tall mango tree of his home's backyard started to become so distant.

He was not given any sign.

One day, he just found her distancing herself to him. He was allowed to see her, stay with her, but it was very obvious to his eyes which never left her figure. She was trying hard to hide her thoughts and heart from him. She was no longer the same. Or probably she was still the same to everyone. But no longer to him.

Since the moment he realized this truth, he began thinking to himself what had gone wrong... If he had done something wrong.

That time, he didn't know what caused all of their closeness, promises, and happiness belonging to themselves turned into mere delusions of his. He just knew that the sudden change was scary and baffling.

Honestly, he was deeply hurt too. The young him couldn't accept that his childhood sweetheart just suddenly became unfamiliar with him.

Because of this, the desire to return things to the way they used to be budded within him. He wanted her to smile lovingly and sincerely at him again... to laugh carefreely at him again... to make him feel like she's his again.

Thus his days revolving on trying to accomplish these began.

Sadly, time and time again had proven that he was asking for the impossible.

It was because even though he managed to make her laugh carefreely and smile sincerely at him again, the 'loving' part was no longer found, as if it had always been only a fantasy playing in his imagination. Or maybe, he just simply could no longer make her express it.

Since that day, she became someone guarding her heart tightly. It was due to this that his third wish became something almost impossible to realize.

Years passed one after another.

There he was, still not giving up on trying to regain her heart, even doing his best to latch onto her.

Even when she became somebody else's girlfriend, he remained idiotically staying by her side. He wordlessly offered his shoulders whenever she's crying and his ears whenever she felt like complaining. He was proud to be of help to her whichever way possible.

People seeing this would sometimes ask him why he was doing this when all he received were nothing but polite smiles and a 'nice childhood friend' label. But every time, he would only laugh bitterly and go back to her side.

Of course, there were moments when he had asked himself if he was still okay.

And the answer was surprisingly a no.

There were times too when he just wanted to turn back time, thinking maybe that would be much easier. After all, he had been chasing her for years. He had been trying hard to register himself again in her heart but was really not seeing any results.

One time, he had experienced dreaming about the past and almost wished to stay there forever. Then when he woke up and came to his senses, the him who thought he was already tough and strong regrettably and shamefully cried.

The reality had actually already made him so tired and hurt.

But even so, whenever he thought of giving up, he still would end up not daring to.

He long realized that for him, losing her completely would mean the end of the world.

He was afraid of her forgeting him or him just becoming a childhood memory. He realized he would never be able to accept that. Like it would mean total failure of his dreams and death of his heart.

And so he stubbornly persisted... lingering around her, sticking to her whenever possible, flying to her within minutes, or seconds if possible, whenever she phoned him.

He would be fine as long as he sees her.

He would be fine even if the reason she wanted to see him was for the least bit important things, stuff that had nothing to do with improving their feelings for each other.

He would feel content as long as there was a chance to hear her voice and see her smile.

He always had the delusion that things were improving between them, albeit slowly.

That was how badly he wanted to be loved by her.

He was that stupidly in love.

This was why when everything had concluded and when he completely could no longer see her, hear her, and love her, he completely crumbled within. He became too broken-hearted... and broken.

It was to the point that all he did all day long was was wished for time to return them to when they were still young, loving, and free. He would even love to bargain that if it was not okay, then at least back to that day when he saw her for the last time.

The wind blows gently to his face and carried away the deep sigh that he let out.

It was another Monday morning.

As he stood under the usual spot, the mango tree which was probably the last witness of 'them' that he failed to bring back, the playful rays of the sun kissed the smooth skin of his gloomy face. Due to this, he had to end his daydreaming, open his eyes, then move one of his hands to shield them from the glaring light.

He was currently on the campus, to be exact, the first year junior high block.

Few people were around as it was still very early. At least, there were still about forty minutes before the flag ceremony and first classes. Since today's Monday, many students would be late, a consequence of enjoying their weekends too much.

This worked to his advantage though as being seen by many people never registered on his plan.

He approached the tree and crouched down. After that, he stared closely to one of the odd surfaces of the lower trunk and ran his right forefinger on it.

There were words on it. To be precise, there were letters inscribed using sharp objects on it.

F

Disregarding how crooked the pattern was, the last F seemed to be quite messy because there were other strokes or lines overlapping on it.

He laughed bitterly. And thought of how it used to be F

'Looks like the last thing that I can cling to has already been crossed out by her long ago.'

Again, a bitter smile rose from his pale lips.

It was his fault for being sentimental yet failing to check this one out in the whole duration that he'd been wallowing in depression.

Shaking his head, he stood up from the place and looked away from the letters.

He then remembered, it had already been more than a month. It took him that much time to sink into his brain that she was really gone.

Huh. He, Chris Meyer, had really been too much of a lovefool.

Once again, he shook his head and then scolded himself, 'Stop daydreaming now.'

'Past is past.'

He gloomily sighed and then squintingly looked up to the glaring sunlight above.

His expression still the same, but when looked at closely, there were hints of brooding in his cold face.

'It's still hard to be happy,' he thought to himself.

'But maybe, I could try to move on or at least try to love myself again.'

'...Will you be watching me from above, Felicity?'
