225 Rage 1

Name:Immoral System Author:FallenBlue
If only she didn't know through Chris' research on this suspicious organization how they had ties with the government and were involved with so many inhumane experimentations that used living humans as guinea pigs, Sofony would have only knocked to this castle's main door and announced her intention to speak with their leader.

However, in the current situation, that would be a very bad and stupid move.

Although she lacked knowledge of who they truly were, she was at least aware of their nasty nature.

While she and Chris only used their abilities against normal people who deserved death or something worse than death, the folks of this godforsaken place had no qualms victimizing innocent people.

Who could tell if they were already putting Wendy on an electric chair to electrocute?

Wouldn't she be letting her friend suffer longer if she doesn't hurry up with the rescue operation?

'Damn. I really hate the situation. I'm so angry.'

First of all, she couldn't accompany her man to meet that mysterious uncle of his.

Second, it was a person dear to her that these people kidnapped.

Third, who knows how many people they had already killed or put to a torturous condition?

This was why even from the entrance, she had already begun releasing poison and hallucinogens.

Every walk she takes while in her invisible state, at least two people would fall down or start screaming and doing something stupid.

For example, taking a balustrade for a beautiful woman or handsome man ready for bedroom battles.

Sofony didn't bother trying to hypnotize anybody from the place since she knew her skills would only receive resistance.

She did break a few dozen legs though, of some higher ranking folks here, to force the information about Wendy out of anyone's lips.

This had taken a bit of her time due to the loyalty of the scumbags of this place to their whoever owner.

She felt so pissed for wasting so much before finding a relatively new member whose lips hadn't been made so tightly sealed yet.

And her anger reached the peak when she descended to the first basement of the building.

When she saw poor crying women being played and raped, squealing kids made to do horrendous act with the private parts of the middle-aged men clients there, and other people of different ethnics or origins locked up and chained up in cells full of torture materials, that was when her patience and limiter snapped.

Before Sofony bolted away to continue her search for Wendy, she immediately bought and released millions of bees and insects in the place and paid paints to make them devour all offender and oppressors.

'So distasteful...'

With a cold glint flashing across her eyes, she threw a glance to one of the crying pervert men nearby who was in the corner begging for someone to save him and for the hordes of bugs not to eat him alive.

After that, when she checked each cell and saw that her friend was not inside, she descended to the next level.

But before that, she sent a message for Chris and Sofia to come to this hideout and do the cleanup for her.

Even if she was preoccupied with worry for Wendy, she could not pretend to not see those people that had begged for her help and salvation.

Then remembering those trashes she had let off on the upper floors, she scrunched up her nose, then queued up an order to the biological weapons to raid the above floors after the current one.

...

Unlike Sofony who wasted a bit of time on interrogation, another person who teleported into the basement no longer had to do the same.

It was because he was a former member of this organization who only betrayed them after knowing what they did underneath the surface.

Contrary to what Sofony and the others guessed about the evil group, there were indeed many hosts, but not all of them were a product of tortures made as cash cows of the other real core members.

Ver was one example.

He was someone just enticed to join by the leader a month after he became an immoral host.

He was an idiot manipulated by the leader for a whole year, a moron who thought that the group he joined was a patriotic one that helps mercenaries in their livelihoods and rescue mistreated empire people from other countries.

Now he knew better than anyone else how dark and evil they were.

The first time he met Wendy was after he discovered that everyone else sent to different countries was made to abduct people to be used as experimental materials in the empire's quest to create super soldiers.

How unfortunate that among the many, he was only one.

Hundreds of people in the whole organization were in the dark about its other side dominated by immoral hosts like him. And the person who welcomed him in the place.

"You finally returned, Ver."

The man who reappeared in the lowest floor level of the underground dungeon flinched at the melodious and enthralling voice that came from his right.

The hallway was dim.

Only a single candle lit up the place, filling the air with the scent of smoke and burnt candlewick. There was also the faint smell of molds and dust.

If one enters deeper into the hallway, the smell of blood, burnt flesh, and other human wastes would assault one's nostrils.

His current spot was saved from the tormenting smell due to its proximity with the air vent and the stairs leading to the floor above.

Yet for some unknown reason, Ver could seemingly feel the air becoming heavier and heavier, and a thick stench of blood too wafted over his nose when he discovered the presence of that voluptuously sexy and tall woman.

"Hello, Miss Desert Branch Keeper..."

He dryly greeted back to the woman leaning her back on the wall with her arms crossed under her gifted bosom.

"It's been a long while. Two years to be exact..."

The man summoned a gun from his inventory and positioned it in front. His wariness made the other laughed, continuing,

"Time constantly changes people, huh? Before, you used to be so respectful of me and would not ever point any weapon at me. My dear Ver, just what the hell did those lowly women and people from another country teach you?"

She shook her head and clicked her tongue.

"This is why only C Empire people are good people. Everyone else is inferior and low-bred or people that should be enslaved."

'Damn narrow-mindedness!'

The male system user cursed, his face immediately contorting due to the bullshit words spouted with a straight face by the insane branch keeper.

How he wished the other was not an immoral host too so he could immediately send her to the afterlife!

Instead of letting the woman begin the preaching of her empire's greatness and her blood's nobleness, he directly asked,

"I'm sure this is only your whimsical whim to summon me here. The leader already knows that I won't ever be rejoining the organization."

The other parted her back with the brick wall. She tilted her head to the side and nodded,

"Yeah. It's just me deciding to make you come back. I'm just betting. Who knows that cute lady can actually drag you back to our brick castle."

With a freezing glare, he questioned,

"What do you want?"

When the woman entered into a two-meter distance into his range, he fired thrice at her.

Unfortunately, she was also at the same level as him, hence she only teleported, reappearing to an arms distance from him.

Of course, he also warped away when he felt her going near him.

He felt that she was as disgusting as this place.

He didn't want to even breathe the same air as her.

"Bad boy. You should not point a gun to someone who deeply loves you."

"I asked, what do you want?" he angrily said.

His patience was thinning at a speed similar to an elevator's descent due to the woman's teasing.

At its reminder, Ver cursed out.

He took back his stare from her and then teleported again.

Particles of light engulfed his figure as he warped into another location.

It was correct. He couldn't be held back here.

Otherwise, he would arrive late and Wendy would experience something traumatizing.

There was no way he could allow that!

"You want to come to that b*tch's rescue?"

The woman called the keeper mockingly laughed then chased after the man.

In just two transfers, she caught up with Ver.

The man must be planning to check each room in this floor to find his lover.

But she couldn't let that happen, thus, she laughingly said,

"You won't be getting away, sorry. Not until that cute girly of yours committed suicide after being, perhaps, impregnated?"

As the soft but dark laughter reverberated in the dark room they next appeared into, the space all around Ver and the female dungeon keeper distorted.

Ver's face contorted too. Initially, due to the vulgar and frightening words she said, but now due to recognizing the work of the round device in the woman's hand.

The change in the air made him realize that he could no longer teleport.

The realization made him lose his sense of reason and direction.

Hence, red-eyed, he angrily charged at the enemy with his firearm and fist while cursing out,

"F*ck you! Die!!!"
