Chapter 113 - Meeting The Witch-III

The human man was frightened when he was called, he knew that this wasn't the world of humans but vampires which had been passed as folklore to be here on reality. There was no human who wouldn't be frightened after learning that vampires were near them. They were afraid that the vampires would suck their blood, leaving them dry to dead. When the man think this would be the end of his life, he became scared and took his steps suspiciously.

"Don't worry, I'm not a vampire, please come in. I've been hired today as a psychiatrist to help." On his words, not only the man felt relief but Seoyeon drew her brows in curiosity at the reply and when her eyes moved at Jung Hwa who seemed to also not know this as he was watching Min Beomgyu with an observing look. When Jung Hwa turned his eyes at her, his finger moved and so was his hand, telling her to come.

Seoyeon felt that she shouldn't stand either, seeing there was some space beside Jung Hwa who was sticking across Lee Young, she stepped and sat beside him. Then her eyes turn to see him looking at her, "What's wrong?" Seoyeon asked, not knowing why he had watched her intently.

A wide smile stopped at his lips, "Unexpectedly, your first thought is to sit beside me."

Unaware of her own action, she looked at the seat, there was four seat, one used by Lee Young which she wouldn't want to sit at as the man was a stranger to her, the other two which was made for only one person to sit at. When it was true she could have taken a seat in either of the two couch, she had chose to sit beside Jung Hwa. And it wasn't that she didn't know why. She felt the safest beside him. There was the large part in her heart that believes if she stayed by his side, her life in the Vampires' world wouldn't be in verge of danger.

She saw the human man seemed to be a little calmer at the reveal. He walked but seeing the other three people, his steps become more hesitant. "This two gentleman here are a part of Associates member, they've come to visit."

"What about the girl?" The man curiously ask his face looked pale from Seoyeon could see. He was frightened and as a human she could feel why he was scared. They were in the building of vampires. The vampires were strong and had the ability to erase their existence. Once again, Seoyeon was reminded that she could still be alive until this moment was all thanks to Jung Hwa. Or else she would have become a nameless body.

"She's a human who came to visit," Min Beomgyu replied and Seoyeon kept an eye on the man. If he wasn't a vampire would that mean he is a human, however, it didn't seem like the Associates would recruit a human to their work. Not to forget, recruiting a human would be pulling a fawn to the den of hungry lion. Unless Min Beomgyu was special?

The human man smiled at Seoyeon, seeing her as if she was the only light in his misfortune. Seoyeon replied with smile. She could give the man some comfort by knowing she was a human too but she wasn't his savior. In the room, Seoyeon couldn't tell what the vampires and Min Beomgyu was planning to do.

In her silence, suddenly she felt his skin on her thigh. She was wearing a skirt today and there was still a fabric between his skin and her leg but the surprised gasp escaped before she knows it. The little air she kept on her lungs felt as if it was forced to throw out when he squeezed her thigh.

Turning to him, her eyes were alarmed, "What are you doing?" she asked, unbelievable by his shameless action. Then before she ask if he was shameless, the replies he gave to her played in her mind that had her frown. She pushed his hand away, but he didn't budge.

What happened to him? Why did he suddenly squeeze her thigh? When his hand moved she felt relief but it was short-lived as his hand slide down and up, rubbing it for her legs to squeeze.

Jung Hwa turned to her eyes with a calm expression. Not smiling that felt weird to Seoyeon. "Watching like you. Except that I don't put interest in the human. It would be best if you don't keep your eyes roaming at the man, he seemed to be married." The smile appeared and his eyes stared deeply at her black eyes.

He was jealous? Seoyeon had only watch the man out of interest and curiosity why he was called. When she smiled to reply it was a light smile, a smile she used often when she was working and it didn't have any meaning but it was clear how Jung Hwa dislike seeing her smile to the unknown man. "I'm not interested in him." Seoyeon said then her hands pushed him away, "There're people here, stop this." There was a line she didn't want to cross here in the room where people are present. She felt heat reaching to her cheeks, her face wasn't thick where she could have a man caressing her thighs in front of people.

Unexpectedly, when she tried to removed his hand by pushing it away very lightly, his hand did moved. When it moved, she wondered if she had pushed him too much but she didn't. He then pulled the smile again seeming satisfied with her answer and spoke, "Remember the place where your friend was kidnapped? I found a group of humans behind the walls, they were kept captive there. This human is one of those people in the group."

Seoyeon recalled the place, the dark and narrow passage where cells were present. She had thought that there wasn't any more people present and to know they were kept behind the walls, she felt a silver chill on her back. "How did you find them?" she asked.

"I just kick the wall, very lightly." Replied Jung Hwa, his lips twisting in a smile and Seoyeon knows that wasn't true. She had seen how Jung Hwa had kicked doors before which resulted the door to break but the boundary didn't stop to door.. He could also break walls. The information had Seoyeon to question how stronger Jung Hwa was?
