Chapter 99 - The Vampiress’ Question-I

Jung Hwa saw how her expression became enticing. Like a sweet fruit that slowly ripe in front of his eyes, when she was staring at the picture, he noticed how she was gazing passionately at it. Most people would gaze for a few minutes but Seoyeon just had to stand there with her eyes staring at the position of the woman and man. With a little tease, Jung Hwa could hear her heartbeat riled up with his words and came the anticipating sound inside her heart that had him smiled.

His fingers touched her hair, Seoyeon didn't moved back and felt she should but when she did she realized the painting was behind her and she didn't have much space. She continued to feel his finger rubbing her hair between his thumb before it fell down silkily to her neck. The touch make her shudder, her eyes opened wide in alarm.

"We're going to lose them." Seoyeon said, she brought her hand in front of his chest and pulled him slightly. Jung Hwa did move back fortunately for her before all breaths she had in her lungs would be depleted to nothing. Her feet stepped in a hurry, making small dashed to follow Rae Neul and Yu Sheen who didn't seem to know what happened between her and him just now. Which was fortunate or else she didn't know what face to make in front of the people she had just met.

Jung Hwa saw her girl ran from him and brought his hand to his lips, remembering the expression she made, he felt his throat burnt with the heat. His lips became dry in wanting to taste how sweet Seoyeon must have tasted to him. There are plenty of ways he thought he could do to bring her to his arm but those ways were not up to a good thing and he didn't want to treat her rudely. She was a little treasure to him. One treasure he didn't want to share and shower with his love.

Once Seoyeon arrived at the room, Rae Neul, Yu Sheen, and Jung Hwa stepped out of the room, saying that they have business to do and would come back later. Seoyeon stood from the long couch she sat on, not knowing what to do in the empty place, she sauntered around the room.

Seoyeon lifted her head, seeing how the ceiling was just too tall and impossible for her to touch. She looked around the room, her steps following as she stared at the paintings in the room. Most of the painting was not much different from the painting hanged on the corridor earlier. She wondered if vampires love sexual paintings? Because it was too much for her to see. Each paintings became more frivolous as time passed and she stopped staring at it.

She continued to step until she come to a stop in front of a window heavily covered by thick curtains. Reaching her hand, she pulled the curtain and her eyes looked down on the sight to see headstones. There was a cemetery near here? She hadn't realized it but thinking again, was it normal for a building to have a cemetery in the backyard? Then again she reminded herself it was a building belong to vampires.

It could be possible those lying underneath the ground was ones that died peacefully or ones that were possibility killed. She shook her head, not wanting to think much, she pulled the curtain down when she frowned. She was staring at the window earlier when she caught a figure bellow on the ground. Her hand that released the curtain went to pick the curtain again, opening the curtain, she felt her heartbeat raise for some reason.

When she slid the curtain, her eyes looked down to find no one and at the same time, the door of the room where she was bursted open. Seoyeon flinched at her place, surprised by the loudness of the door created when a person come inside the building.

She looked to see who it was, and a young lady with a long brown hair and a fancy dress came inside the room. Her eyes were sharp as she observed the person in the room and there she find a small pathetic human standing next to the window. The woman looked down at her and Seoyeon didn't know why she bore an irked gaze at her when she had just met the woman a second ago.

The woman walked toward her, closing the door behind her and stopped when she had reached a distance between Seoyeon and herself. "Are you the one who come with brother Hwa?" She crossed her arm, "What's your name?" she demanded.

Seoyeon found her words to be impolite. It is said that most people doesn't know politeness but the woman in front of her was not only impolite but also rude with the way she spoke. She didn't took it to heart only replying, "Yes, I have come with Mr. Jung, my name is Han Seoyeon." The vampiress stared down at her and seized her figure starting from her face before down to her body with a blatant gaze. "If I could have your name, miss?"

Seoyeon was sure that the woman in front of her wasn't a human. This was the second time she met a female vampire and she should say that at her first meeting and second meeting, female vampires she met were rude.

"I thought you would look a little better," remarked the woman, ignoring the question Seoyeon asked. "I couldn't expect a human like you to be beautiful but I thought you could have looked better. Is brother Hwa using you as a human blood bag with you?" asked the girl.

The woman was at the same age of Seoyeon and fall an inch shorter if it wasn't for her tall heels she wore. She had a young face that were about the age of early twenties but with how the vampire age goes, Seoyeon doubted the woman was younger than her but much older than she thought.

Seoyeon had noticed this but the way she had called Jung Hwa's name make it seems as if the woman knows him personally. Was she someone Jung Hwa knows? Only people who are closed in term would call each other with their first name and Seoyeon thought Jung Hwa agreed to her in this matter.

"How are you able to caught brother Hwa's eyes. With you low average looking face." The woman frowned and tched. She stretched her hand and seeing it, Seoyeon stepped back. She knows that vampires were stronger, she had seen by her own eyes when Jung Hwa was in the action of fighting with the witchessses and she know how dangerous it was for her to let the woman who seemed to dislike her out of envy.

Seoyeon didn't want her jaw to be broken and her thought was correct as it was what came across the woman's mind.

"Mr. Jung helped me when I met a Hollowed vampire, miss. As for what you are saying earlier, he didn't drink my blood." Seoyeon answered, knowing how the woman doesn't like her, she didn't see the need to throw fuel on a fire.. Looking up, she saw how the woman now look at her suspiciously.
