Chapter 82 - Delicious Lips-I

Han Seoyeon didn't dare to ask what or to fill his words to let the silence fill his words. Her eyes stared at him and did nothing. The quieter the place was the busier her heart sounded. His little action just hit her nerve to become jittery. She could see his black eyes hinted with red shadows were staring at her lips in a sensual manner. He hadn't touched her nor brush her lips but she could feel as if he had done a naughty action to her lips. Her mind became filled with the thought of kiss but Seoyeon being the stubborn woman she was then say, "I remember now the Associates' invitation."

Jung Hwa saw how she had effort to run away from his words and chuckled, "Correct. It seems that your mind works fast when I give you a push or two. Next time you just need to ask and I could offer you help."

He just had the words to make her into a mess! Han Seoyeon thought with her eyes accusingly gazed back at him.

"The Associates, how is the place like?" Asked Seoyeon as they walked from the place they had stood still before.

"It's similar to the structure of an old Church. Words had it that the place was taken by someone of my lineage." It wasn't what Seoyeon actually asked for but she took note that his lineage meant purebloods.

"Will I be meeting other vampires?" Frankly, other than Jung Hwa, Seoyeon doubt there would be a vampire who could see a human with eye to eye. The last time she had met Gwon Sheiin, the vampiress disliked her enough to be glaring at her outright. Partly it was because of jealousy but also because Gwon Sheiin didn't see a human other than food stock.

"Why, you're afraid?" There was a certain playfulness as he had said the words. The grin he had simply didn't washed out that had Seoyeon to wonder if anything could ever make him stop grinning.

"It would be a lie if I don't," she replied bluntly, a trait Jung Hwa liked than the mum dolls who could only nod and agree at his words as if they lived and thought similar to him when in truth they had nothing but objections to his thoughts.

"You shouldn't be then. Remember this there should be no one who dares to talk about you or do anything to you. If they did, that would be the last action they would do in their short life." His snickered, one would take his words as too confident but coming from Jung Hwa and the way he had spoken it was as if he had stated a fact that couldn't be changed. When they stopped in front of the car, Han Seoyeon felt his hand brushing her hair, looking up she finds his smile had changed from a grin to both even smile. "I like the real you better. The you who doesn't hold yourself back, brave, and straightforward." his praiseful word took her aback.

Han Seoyeon felt that her head was tilting with dizziness and her lung was lacking from breath as her heart overworked itself. "Are you serious?" were the words she managed to say. She hadn't meant to ask the question but the words just slipped off her mouth that took not only Jung Hwa in surprise but also herself.

Jung Hwa reached out his hand to the car and Seoyeon who had been walking behind him felt his hand pulling her back and brought her to the car. His one hand was above her head and he leaned forward for their breaths to be shared.

"Do I seem not serious?" there was disappointment lacing on his voice while his eyes were smoldering peered down at da.

Facing his face in a close distance, her throat bobbed when she gulps out of nervousness. "I didn't say that."

"Then what did you say?" Jung Hwa pestered her words to come off her lips.

"I'm just a secretary, there should be more people who are suitable for you and the first time we met wasn't a good one. I can't understand what made you fall for me—" She had spoken all the words she had on her mind when she felt his lips stopped to kiss her eyelids.

Jung Hwa found Seoyeon when had been kissed looked at him wide eye, surprised and unbelievable by his action before her lips stammered and grinned, "How should I make you trust me then?" every time he had asked his question, his fingers trailed from the corner of her chin to her neck and his breaths stopped at the same place. "Tell me, Seoyeon. Because I only have one idea to make you understand just how much I love you." he rubbed her lower lips, flicking the surface with his thumb for her lips to bounce back deliciously like a ripe red cherry. "Kissing you, marrying you, making a love out of you, push you to my bed, and have my way to you. Those sounds like a good plan."

Seoyeon could only be stunned at her spot. Her cheeks became redder than an apple and she wished the ground could swallow her from her embarrassment. He had just kissed her eye and rubbed her lips. The touch was gentle but it had something on her felt riled up. She turned her eyes and face away as if to run away from gazing back at him with the eyes that set her feeling ablaze but as she was pushed, there was nowhere else for her to see other than his handsome face.

Looking closer, his skin was unblemished in a pale color. He may seem paler than others due to him being a vampire but the color wasn't a striking difference which made him look like a corpse. Her eyes that had paid attention to his lips find the color to be red like how his eyes turned when he became a vampire and she found everything from him as handsome.

"Mhm? Seoyeon?" she heard him called for her and her attention was taken once again.. "If you don't tell me how, I will kiss you now."
