Regardless of what standing they were, all ladies of the Solstern Empire dreamed of becoming the crown princess. But why dream of being crown princess instead of empress? Because of the otherworldly beauty of Crown Prince Cassiax Dumas.

Before falling asleep, countless young girls across the empire imagined holding Prince Cassius’s hand as they entered the palace, believing that they would be that main character of the crown princess.

The naive and lovely Rosé Etoile was one of them, and as luck would have it, she fulfilled that dream.

It was the 144th year of the Empire. On the day of the New Year’s Ball, Rosé, was invited to dance by Cassiax and fell in love with him at first sight.

Then, on her 17th birthday, she was proposed to by the prince. The imperial family held a grand wedding for the two, and everyone was envious of the perfect couple that appeared unmatched in all of the imperial history.

All of this passed as smooth as flowing water.

But their marriage soon went awry. As Empress of the Solten Empire and wife of Cassiax, Rosé Etoile was accused of being unqualified to sit in her position.
