Rushing to the back gate, a group of Shadow Wolves soldiers may way for Ailwin, Braeden, Mika to see Lord Kendel's dead body.

"Where did you find him?" Braeden asked of the surrounding soldiers.

"Sir, we found him on a motocyk just outside of the estate. He was already dead before we arrived." A captain reported, pointing to the motocyk parked just outside the gate.

"Show me."

"Yes, sir."

While the captain guided Braeden to the motocyk and the location where they found Kendel, Ailwin was down on his knees examining the body.

"What is it?" Mika could see the confusion in Ailwin's eyes.

"I can't exactly tell what he died from..." Ailwin said, standing up and walking away from Kendel's body.

Following along behind him, as he examined the surrounding area, Mika's foot happened to stumble on something in the dirt.

Looking down, Mika was shocked to see Kaze's dagger lying in the dirt right by her foot.

Quickly covering it with her foot, when no one was looking, she bent down and swiftly hid it inside her sleeve.

Dozen of thoughts were running through her mind, that she could no longer focus on anything Ailwin was saying to her.

"...Mikaela...?" Ailwin had been talking to Mika when he realized she wasn't listening to him. Finally had to grab her shoulders to shake her awake.

"What's wrong with you? Did you hear what I said?"

"...Uh, sorry. I was trying to come up with a new plan now that Lord Kendel is dead..." Mika off-handly threw out an excuse to cover her behavior.

"En..well, we can worry about that later...I was telling you that someone killed Lord Kendel."

"I thought you didn't know how he died?"

"I don't know what methods they use, but I do know he was murdered. Look at the ground over here, there are two sets of footprints, and it shows that there was a fight. And looking at Lord Kendel's attire his shoes belong to Shadow Wolves army, so one of these prints belongs to him."

Mika followed along where Ailwin pointed at on the ground and could see the tracks showing a fight had taken place.

"Then placed him on the motocyk..." Ailwin looked up to where Braeden stood talking with the captain.

Ailwin turned towards Mika and looked her straight in the eyes.

"I won't pursue this any further."

With that being said, he walked back to his men and told them to dispose of Lord Kendel's body before he left the area.

Mika breathed out a sigh of relief, Ailwin is a smart man he could put two and two together to know that it was someone in her party that did this.

Entering the courtyard she left just a few hours ago, Mika wasted no time as she threw open every room door, to find the person she was looking for.

The first room she slammed open, she found Saavi startled awake in the bed. Not bothering to apologize for the rude entrance, Mika just slammed the door closed and moved on the next one.

"Wha-young miss?" Saavi, who was wide awake now, jumped out of bed to chase after Mika.

Mika had already opened two more doors before she found Kaze's room.

Sitting on the bed, Kaze looked at Mika's angry face and knew something serious has happened.

"Miss Mika-"

"Come with me." Mika turned around and left the room before Kaze could ask what happened.

Opening the last door at the corner, she found Jonas lying down on the bed fully clothed with his mud shoes hanging off the edge.

Seeing this relax content pose of his, made Mika want to pull the dagger out from her sleeves and kill him.

Lost in his happy thoughts, Jonas didn't realize Mika had entered his room until her hostile energy invade his senses.

Jumping up from the bed, he found her just silently standing in the doorway staring at him.

"Mikaela...?"

"Come with me now."

After Mika left, Jonas started to panic, he was sure no one saw him. However, the way Mika is acting was telling him that she might know.

Walking into the sitting room, the four of them sat around the table once again as they waited for Mika to speak.

Mika was focusing on taking deep breaths in and deep breaths out, to calm her angry but it wasn't working. Every time she looked at Jonas' face, the anger would come right back.

"Why did you do it?"

Kaze and Saavi looked at each didn't know what Mika was talking about, but Jonas knew she had found out what he did.

"He needed to die."

"He would have!"

"But not soon enough! I have waited over ten years for him to die!"

"So what's a few more hours!?"

Mika and Jonas were having a shouting match, as Kaze and Saavi were trying to figure out what was going on.

"I couldn't stand it!"

"You couldn't stand it!?....hahaha...You could stand having Lady Vanya and Lixiss living with you, but you couldn't stand Lord Kendel for a few hours?"

Piece together the information from their shouts, Kaze took a guess at what happened.

"Lord Kendel is dead?" Kaze looked at Mika.

"Yes."

"What!?...but I thought Prince Ailwin was guarding him..." Saavi knew Mika needed Kendel for something, so why is he dead?

"Jonas killed him." Mika clarified the confusion.

"What!?" Both Saavi and Kaze looked at Jonas.

"You guys can't blame me, my revenge with Lord Kendel was way before hers!"

"So, why didn't you kill him before? Why did you wait until Ailwin had to essentially serve him to you on a platter for you to take your revenge!?" Mika pulled out the dagger from her sleeve and stabbed it into the table.

When Kaze saw his dagger, the same blade he had thrown on the ground at Jonas' feet, in Mika's hands, his heart froze.

"How did...where did..." Kaze tried getting the words out of his mouth, but they wouldn't come.

"I'm assuming Jonas dropped this when he killed Lord Kendel," Mika answered Kaze's question.

"With this at the scene, people will believe it was you who killed Lord Kendel... I almost did."

"No! That's not true...I took it to release Lord Kendel from the cuffs, but I never planned on leaving it there to frame you! Please believe me, Kaze! I wouldn't do that to you!"

"Why didn't you wait until Miss Mikaela's plans were finished?" Kaze asked, looking at Jonas for answers.

"...because he is selfish. He saw his chance, and he took it without considerations to anyone else." Saavi was angry just because Mika was angry.

"That's not true..."

"No?...then prove it." Mika really wanted to kill him. Although, she knew if she did, it will lead to problems with Lord Tasar and would leave a dark spot on her and Kaze's relationship.

"How?" Jonas looked at Mika with a stern gaze, he is willing to do anything to prove he wasn't trying to frame Kaze.

"Come outside and let me beat you up."

"....."

Everyone looked at Mika.

"You have a minute to decide."

"How is beating me up going to prove my innocence?"

It's not, but it's doing to make me feel good. "Would you rather kill yourself instead?"

*Sigh*

"Fine, if this will get you to forgive me then us go..."

How bad can it be anyway? Jonas thought as he left his seat to go outside.

Outside in the courtyard's garden, it's been a half an hour since Mika began pummeling Jonas.

His face was no longer recognizable, Saavi was pretty sure one of his legs is broken, plus a dislocated shoulder.

When they had first reached the garden, Mika gave Jonas five minutes to prepared himself before she started.

He took only two, but she highly doubts it would have made a difference as Mika did not stop hitting him even when he was begging for mercy.

He tried to put up a fight in the first ten minutes, going on the defense but soon realized he was no match for her.

Saavi hadn't realized how much of a gap in strength there was between her and Mika. As she watched Jonas take hit after hit, Mika's previous words kept ringing in her ears.

"If you want to stay by my side, you need to become stronger."

I can't be a burden to young miss! Saavi clenched her fists as she was determined to stay by Mika's side.

By the time Mika stopped, she was exhausted. Breathing hard, she looked down at Jonas, "I shouldn't have saved you..."

When she was about to walk away, Jonas reached out and grabbed her ankle.

"I'm...sorry...please...let me make... it up to you."

"How Jonas?" Disgusted, Mika kicked his hand off her pant's leg.
