Mika watched her sister leave in such a pitiful state. Once Lula left her line of sight, she made her way out of the hedges.

"Prince Thallan's wives seem to be at war with one another already." Nylian stated, following in her footsteps out of the hedges.

"Hm…" Mika thought about, but felt it is more like a tyrant Queen abusing the women in her husband's harem.

"I don't think Celaena and Hycis needs to do much with Prince Thallan's people. With the way things are now, the Prince's household will be in turmoil soon enough."

"No, it needs to be bigger." Mika turned to look in the direction Lensa walked off to. Although Prince Thallan's new wife seems to be another Kamryn and Lula, clamoring for the spotlight; Mika felt Lensa is much more dangerous than them.

"How much bigger do you want it to be?"

"I want Prince Thallan and his people to be blinded by power that they forget Prince Ailwin waiting at the Southern border."

"So, you want to drive Prince Thallan and King Rychell at each others throats and let Prince Ailwin pick up the rewards afterwards." Nylian smiled, understanding what Mika was aiming for.

"You are on the right track."

"What am I missing?"

"King Rychell is not as dumb as his son. He won't fall for that trick." Mika sighed as they began walking out of the gardens.

"Then why waste time on Prince Thallan?"

"...because, even though he is a pawn, he can still cause considerable damage to the King." Mika went silent, thinking about her past life.

One rumor was able to sway a leader against his better judgement and turn fleet full of ignorant passengers into a blood thirsty mob and murderer.

"Mikaela?" Nylian called out to her when he saw she wasn't speaking anymore.

"Hm? What's wrong?"

"You spaced out."

"En, many things are on my mind right now." He nodded in understanding as they continued walking. Eventually they reached the exit/entrance of the dormitory gardens, only to see Lensa with a group of females standing there.

Mika was not in the mood to socialize with Thallan's new wife. Tugging on Nylian's sleeve, she gestured towards the opposite direction to get away before Lensa and her group could see them.

"Princess Mikaela? Oh-I should say Miss Mikaela. You aren't married to Prince Ailwin yet, are you?" Lensa's bellowing voice proved she had no such luck.

Turning around with a polite smile on her face and Nylian in tow, they walk back to meet Lensa and group halfway.

"Hello, Princess Lensa." Mika did a light bow in greeting.

"Miss Mikaela, I didn't know you are a student here, like your sisters."

"En."

"A fledgling?" One of Lensa' friends commented, seeing Mika's uniform.

"I guess Prince Ailwin likes them young...heh." Another one whispered in not so hush tone, causing the group to giggle in her face.

"Better young than ugly and dimwitted, I guess." Mika retorted, making the group fall in silent indignation at her comment.

"What is that supposed to mean!?" The original girl who made the offensive comment spoke out again.

"What does what mean?" Mika tilted her head in childlike confusion.

"You insulted us!"

"When?"

"Just now, you called us dimwitted and ugly!"

"I don't believe I said such a thing. I was just simply stating that even though I am young, at least I'm not dimwitted and ugly. If you took offense to that then I guess my words hit too close to the truth."

Mika let her word settle in the group's ears before continuing, "If that's truly the case, then I sorry for inadvertently pointing out your flaws."

All the females standing beside Lensa blushed, trying to hide their faces from the growing crowd.

"Miss Mikaela, how can that be? I'm sure these ladies were only shocked by the nasty words that came out of your mouth. Even though you are still a fledgling, you are also Prince Ailwin's future consort. You should watch how to speak to your superiors."

Lensa stood before Mika looking down at her, making to entire atmosphere tense.

"Heh...of course, Princess Lensa is right. I will watch my words when speaking to my superiors."

A big smirk graced Lensa's face as she reveled in the other female's surrender, Tsk...she just like her stupid sisters.

"However...since there is no one here who is my superior, I feel that Princess Lensa should listen to her own words and practice what she preaches. After all, Princess Lensa has only been a royal for a week now, it wouldn't look good if you continued to be a bitch." Mika smiled then walked passed Lensa, giving her a little nudge to get by.

Caught by surprise by Mika's insult, Lensa stood there being mocked by the surrounding crowd until one of her friend finally tapped her shoulder.

"Princess Lensa…"

"Princess-"

"What!" Lensa snapped.

"…." Her friends looked at one another in dismay, "We are going to go."

"Fine." Leaving the group of young females behind, Lensa stomped off towards the academy's front gate.

"Princess Lensa." Her guards greeted and quickly opened up the shuttle doors.

"Head back to the Prince's palace." She ordered then ignored the two males until they reached the her new home.

Sitting in her bedroom, Kamryn thought about how to get out of this hellhole of a marriage or at least live a life where she is not tormented to death.

"This is not supposed to be my life after marrying a prince…" Staring at herself in her vanity's mirror, Kamryn was frighten by the sight of her body.

She face looked exhausted. Her eyes are bloodshot and her lips cracked. Her cheeks have sunk to met their bones.

Her shoulders hunched and in certain areas on her skin is discolored with dark spots from bruising.

She never thought that after her sister betrayed her, she would then have to deal with a psychopathic b***h.

Everything she had hoped and wished for after marrying Prince Thallan, evaporated into thin air.

*Bang!*

Lensa stormed into Kamryn's room, startling her out of her daze.

"I met your sister today…"
