Chapter 133 - The Plan

The second day after the meet and greet occasion in the ship, Aishu was excitedly looking forward to her planned date with Hoy. The previous night, she had asked if they could take a stroll outside the next morning. Of course, she had made it sound like they were hanging out as friends. Surprisingly, he agreed.

As they strolled on the deck, she told him about how she used to have a crush on him and when he said he didn't know, she laughed awkwardly and simply said it was because he was always occupying himself with work. She had deliberately left her coat so when she said she was cold, he did what she expected and gave her his. She blushed furiously. It made her feel closer to him. To her surprise, he had said he always found her pretty and industrious which had made her blush even more. She thought it was truly working so she excused herself to the restroom to go touch up her make up, taking her time to make her lips quite visible and tempting. She hoped when he saw her off to her room, she would invite him inside and they would have a good time together. But when she returned, he was nowhere to be found. She took out her phone and saw the text from him saying something came up and he would get his coat later.

That was when she showed up.

"I can see you were stood up." Long Xi said with a smirk which caused Aishu to frown at her.

"Hi! I'm Xi." She offered her hand to Aishu who just looked at it without taking it. She was very mad at the moment. Whatever had made Hoy leave, couldn't it have waited until later? She had planned to tell him she was feeling sick so he would follow her to her room and she would have fun with him but he suddenly disappeared. The last thing she needed was a strange girl pissing her off.

"Just in case you were wondering why your handsome boo stood you up, I have the answer."

She tapped on her phone before showing her the screen.

Right there, was that little devil! Hoy was pulling Joreen inside the ship.

This was what came up?

Her face was instantly red from rage. She still didn't think something was going on between the two, but she didn't like the fact that Joreen was always getting his attention. Why did she have to show up now of all times?

"In case you need any advise, I am free to give you one." Long Xi suggested before she began to walk away.

Aishu didn't have anything to do anyway so she followed her. Both ladies went inside Long Xi's room which was surprisingly at the VIP floor.

That was when Aishu realised Long Xi's parents were bigshots and they also partly owned the ship. She immediately made a mental note to not piss her off.

Long Xi smiled when they both got into her room. It was always easy to trick people who were filled with rage. She had been observing Hoy since they got here and so she noticed Aishu.

By the time Aishu was done with all the tricks she had planned, she would be the one to throw Aishu's crime to the Li family and get rid of her. Then, Hoy would be free from both Joreen and Aishu and she would have Hoy all to herself because she didn't like to share.

"How did you know about me?" Aishu asked suspiciously as she stood in the centre of the room.

"You look like my favourite cousin. So I took note of you but noticed something else." She grinned at her before saying, "...your crush on Li Hoy. It's cute."

Aishu blushed embarrassedly.

'Fool.' Long Xi cussed irritably in her head.

"So? What should I do?"

"I think the problem is that little girl. Luo Joreen."

"Yes!" Aishu nodded immediately.

"Get rid of her then."

"WHAT?!" Aishu asked in shock when she saw the serious expression on Long Xi's face.

Xi laughed at her shocked expression and waved a hand.

"I don't mean throw her into the sea or poison her. Not that kind of 'rid'." She giggled. "Separate the two of them."

"But... how?" Aishu asked in confusion.

Xi smirked before raising her phone. "Imagine there is a rumour which could ruin both their reputations. The more they are seen together, the more people talk about it and the rumour continue to spread. What do you think would be the best thing to do?"

Aishu thought about it for a while. "Stay away from each other?" She asked uncertainly.

"Bingo!" Xi smiled proudly and snapped her fingers. She wasn't dealing with a dullard after all so this was going to be easy.

"Wait! You mean we should start a scandal? But how...? If they find out...."

"This picture alone won't do." Long Xi cut in. "We need more. Even if they are innocently just talking, we need to make people interpret it differently. Just do what you can. I know someone who can make it spread real quick without tracing it back to us."

Aishu smiled. It was nice to have someone who supported her.

That evening, she met Hoy again during the party and clubbing night. They were both talking and hadn't started any serious conversation when suddenly Joreen interrupted again!

Aishu was a good actress so she tried to keep her composure even if she was annoyed to bits.

When Hoy finally carried Joreen out, she got even angrier and locked eyes with Xiehan who was watching her. She had spoken with him after she left Long Xi's room that morning so when she cocked her head towards the two who just left, he got the hint and followed.

That night, Xiehan sent her some photos that both annoyed her and excited her.

It annoyed her because they two were so intimate but excited her because this was enough to use against them. They didn't even need to paint it too much. He was carrying her in his arms to his room!

After getting the ones she deemed 'appropriate' to use, she sent them to Long Xi's phone.

When the two girls met later, Long Xi made sure to delete the evidence from Aishu's phone. Aishu thought she was only being careful, but Xi didn't want it to be traced back to her at all.

Aishu was glad when she noticed that the two were no longer always around each other. She had even witnessed Joreen crying and saying some things to Hoy she didn't hear clearly. But it didn't take long before they started again. It was even worse this time because they were some times Hoy also touched her intimately and looked at her fondly.

Aishu still tried to look like none of it was affecting her until that day by the seaside where she was chatting with Hoy and Joreen interrupted rudely. That was the day she confirmed Joreen liked him more than she was supposed to and seeing how Hoy let Joreen interrupt them, she began to think the two really had a secret relationship.

"So... you are saying you two planned it to pull them apart so you can have time to seduce him?" Hoy's mother asked in irritation after Aishu narrated her part to all of them. She really could not believe she almost threw her son to this two devils.

"I am sorry. I didn't mean it!" Aishu cried.

"You weren't simply helping her out because you were nice. I know. Why did you do it?" Hoy asked in a dangerously low voice as he approached Long Xi who kept moving backwards until her back was on the wall. She had never seen Hoy look as scary as he looked right now.

"I... I don't..." Long Xi was about to deny it when he punched the wall beside her face, making her gasp and the others flinch.

"Mr Li Hoy..." The head of security called but he didn't pay him any attention. His gaze was still on Long Xi's face.

"I won't miss the next one." Hoy threatened her quietly.

"I'm sorry." Long Xi said as she trembled in fear. "I... wanted to be close to you."

Aishu looked at her in disbelief. She couldn't believe this girl had lied to her the entire time!

Her mother had told her something was probably up with the Long family and the Lis but she hadn't believed her.

"And you wanted to use Aishu to break Jo and I apart so you would also get rid of her later right?" Hoy continued to ask Xi.

He looked so angry that they thought he was going to hit her.

"I... I am sorry. I just..."

"...Wanted me to like you?" He interrupted in a mocking tone.

"Oh! That reminds me... was it also the two of you who gifted Joreen the creepy note and chocolate on Christmas day?" Cixi remembered to ask.

That seemed to get all their attentions and they looked at Cixi and then at Aishu.

Hoy moved away from Xi and looked at Joreen who looked anything but comfortable. It was the first time he was hearing about this.

"It wasn't me!" Aishu answered immediately while shaking her head. "I don't know about it."

Cixi looked at the two brothers who gave the same answer and then at Xi who also had no idea.
