Chapter 209: Bara

Leafwhisk didn't move and continued to watch the show, as she was not sure what was going on. Two figures were from the same sect and she knew where they had come from. Of course, she wanted to know the whole situation before taking a step into this shit.

"You traitor, how dare you still resist!" one man shouted as he fought with Bara.

Bara didn't slow down just because of the shouting and blocked the attack with a sword. "Traitor?" he sneered. "I gave my entire life to the Heavenly Palace. But what I got in the end—the corpse of my daughter!"

"The matter isn't as you think." The man tried to reason. "It's our enemies who are trying to cause distrust among us. You know what kind of situation we are facing at the moment?"

"I don't know?" Bara looked at the man, with deep fury and hatred. "You think I don't know how my daughter died? You fucking shit!! Wasn't it the third elder who raped her? Wasn't he who promised to teach her and protect her? I was so blind and sent my daughter into her doom with a cheerful smile. It never would have happened if I had believed those rumors about the third elder… I was too… too blind. I will fucking destroy Heavenly Palace!!"

He attacked stronger than ever and forced the man back and back. "Die, die, die!!" his eyes had turned red, and he had lost control over his emotions. But sometimes fury makes the man strong, and it did a good job for him at this moment.

"Woosh!"

However when Bara was engaged in a fight, an attack came from behind, and when he sensed the attack, it was already too late—the attack had arrived on his back. Without thinking much he twisted his body in Fullforce and sidestepped at the last moment, and the attack missed. However, to avoid this attack he broke his ankle and fell on the ground and groaned in pain.

"Oh, Uncle Bara, you have become old." At this moment a cackle came from the bushes and a handsome man stepped out, smiling cruelly at the Bara on the ground.

"I have fucking told you, I didn't kill Veera. It was that boy Ayaan!" Bara screamed in an indignant voice.

"Hehe, to tell you the truth," the boy grinned. "I knew you didn't kill my father. I just wanted to play with you, but then the third elder gave me a mission to silent you."

"Oh so that's how it is," Bara said showing no emotions. "I should have known… I should have known."

"Ah… Yes, one more thing I want to tell you." The boy moved closer and whispered. "After the third elder became bored with your daughter, he gave her to me, and honestly, her pussy was amazing. I enjoyed her to my heart's content, and when I lost interest, I gave her to my soldiers and they fucked her one by one, day and night, until she stopped breathing. Can you believe it? Hahaha."

"Arghhh!!" Bara roared furiously and lunged forward, but due to a broken ankle he fell on the ground, helpless. "I will kill you!!!" he screeched and roared and howled and in the end only tears fell from eyes. He was powerless.

Daniel moved towards him and kicked on his head. The man was smashed on the dirt miserably as blood painted his face in red. "Sir, shouldn't we capture him before giving him to the third elder?" the man suggested. "There were few more people with him, I think they must be trying to escape."

Daniel looked at the man and shook his head. "Do you think, Master has time for this worm?" he pointed at Bara disdainfully. "As for his companions, I have already taken care of them."

After that he turned at Bara. "Though I know you couldn't kill my father. I still have my doubts. How did you escape? I don't believe that someone as ruthless as Ayaan showed mercy to you."

"Oh, your mother came to help me," Bara showed his bloody teeth and grinned.

However, Daniel only smiled when he heard his words. "Don't worry, I know my mother is a whore who will sleep with anyone for benefits. But as for you?" he shook his head. "Anyways if you don't want to tell me then you can die."

He said and threw a dagger in Bara's direction. He had no will left to live and so he closed his eyes and waited for his demise.

"Clank!"

However, the dagger never reached him, what reached was the sonorous sound. He opened his eyes and searched. The dagger was lying around five meters away from him and a woman stood in between him and Daniel. The back was towards him, therefore, he failed to see her face and could only see her long green hair.

"Who are you?" Daniel asked. However, he could not help but be impressed by her beauty. Even though her face was a little scarred, her body was still as sexy and voluptuous as before.

Leafwhisk didn't reply, giving a disdainful sneer, she turned towards Bara. "Are you alright?"

Bara opened his eyes in disbelief. He tried to speak something but no voice out of his mouth. He knew who she was!!

Daniel turned red from embarrassment, and fury clouded his head. "You whore. How dare you ignore me?! Do you know who I am?!"

Leafwhisk turned back and narrowed her eyes. Daniel shuddered and took a step back. He looked with wide eyes at Leafwhisk in disbelief. Even his master never gave him such a terrible feeling of suppression. "Wh-who are you?!"

Bara who was on the ground could not help but grinned and laughed loudly. "What are you laughing for?" Daniel inquired annoyingly.

"I can assure you that she is your death." He replied and started to hum a merry tune, and blood dripped from his head and rolled over his face, reaching to his neck, but he cared little about it.

"You don't need to worry who I am, as it won't do you any good. After all, corpses are useless." She said and disappeared when she arrived, she stood in front of Daniel and a wooden sword had penetrated into his heart. He looked ahead of him in disbelief and horror and fell on his knees limply and then on his face with a thud.

The other man who was standing not far away, looked in horror and tried to escape, but before he could run over ten steps, his head left his body. Akash walked out with Ifre, looking at the man in disgust. He hated these people of Heavenly Palace. How dare they make an enemy of his brother Ayaan?

Leafwhisk squatted down and picked up the dagger from the ground and threw towards a certain bush. "AHHH!!" there was a man hidden, and she found him with no effort at all.

After that she took out a veil of potion and blue liquid sloshed inside, and she passed it to Bara. "Drink it and you will be able to walk in about five minutes. Though it will take over a day to completely heal your ankle." She said and suddenly grabbed his ankle and rejoined it with a crack sound.

"Ahhh!!" Bara shrieked by her sudden act and his body trembled and rolled in pain.

After two minutes later he calmed down and took the potion from her and drank. She had no reason to poison him when she could kill him with just a single pinch; he thought. Immediately after taking the liquid he felt a cool sensation through his body and his pain eased. He looked at Leafwhisk and said, "thank you."

"No, I need to thank me. I saved you because I want to know about Heavenly Palace." She said nonchalantly.

Bara nodded and didn't say anything else. No matter what was the reason she had saved his life, and he was grateful for it. After that he turned his attention towards the two children behind her and looked at them solemnly. Just now he had seen the little boy killing the man with a single attack, whom he couldn't defeat after so much struggle. He had seen Akash when the Tower was broken but it was the first time he saw Ifre, and he could not tell what level of cultivation she had reached.
