Chapter 443 We Would Call Her Sunny

Name:Happy Together Author:Vegetable
When it came to the bedroom, Hiram had always enjoyed being dominant, like an animal in heat, claiming control and not stopping until it was sated.

There were times when Rachel wanted to reject his advances, but couldn't. After Hiram had controlled himself for her for so many years, it wouldn't be fair to deny him something she could give.

The sunlight streamed through the windows and enveloped the room in a warm light.

It was already eight o'clock, and already the heat was beginning to be more and more intense. Rachel's figure lay sprawled on the bed, taking in the day's brightness. She was still very sleepy, but the day's tasks knocked on her head like persistent, unwanted visitors.

She groaned,"No, I need to get up now." She had errands to run, one of which was to buy gifts for Luke's daughter.

When Rachel was struggling to get up, the door to the bedroom swung open and revealed Hiram

in freshly changed clothes. His complexion shone as the light greeted him from the outside. Looking at Rachel still lying on the bed, he said with humor,"Hey sleepyhead. It's time to get up."

At his words, Rachel turned over and pulled the quilt to her head. She burrowed into the sheets, slightly annoyed. He of all people was in no position to lecture her. "Whose fault do you think it is that I'm still lying here? You knew I needed to get up early this morning, And yet, last night…" she let the sentence explain itself, not bothering to finish what she knew he already understood.

Hiram grinned and pulled Rachel's quilt. Leaning in close, he whispered in her ears mischievously. "Is that so? My bad. I can't control myself every time I see you. Next time, I'll be more gentle." The last word lingered in his tongue and Rachel felt her body warming up, and it was not due to the sun's heat. Chuckling, Hiram took the quilt from Rachel completely in one swift motion. "Alright, get up, Rachel. Otherwise, we will be late."

Rachel faced him and blinked. "Take my clothes off for me."

Hiram burst into laughter. Rachel was behaving like a spoiled brat. It was a side of her she didn't usually let out. Shaking his head, he leaned down and worked on the buttons of her shirt. "I asked the servants to prepare things for us. Jonny is already waiting for us downstairs. Once you're ready, we can set off."

"Really?" Rachel asked in surprise. "How did you know which gift to get for a baby girl? You're not familiar with those things." Rachel glanced at Hiram, unbothered with him peeling her clothes off her one by one.

"I've got mom. I asked her," Hiram said. Grandparents knew best about this stuff.

Rachel dressed herself quickly and walked towards the bathroom. 'That's right, something like this wouldn't really bother him, ' she thought.

Luke and his wife first met on a blind date. Two years after Hiram and Rachel's wedding, the pair followed.

Luke was a very considerate and gentle husband.

The Mighty Soldier King is back!

With the original intention to protect his beautiful boss, he accidentally gets involved in dangerous adventures and trouble.

Will our Mighty Soldier King be defeated? Or will he sweep away all obstacles?

. "I just like you so much that I don't want to let you forget Sunny when you grow up!" Luke said.

Rachel and Hiram didn't leave with Jonny until after lunch at Luke's house.

Earlier in the living room, Luke had been talking to Hiram about the arranged marriage between Jonny and Sunny. It seems that he wouldn't be bringing up the topic again for a time after today's visit.

After bidding farewell to them, Hiram and Rachel went on their way. Hiram told Rachel that he was going to the company.

"Hiram, it's still early now. Can you go back first and just leave me with Jonny? I want to walk around with him," she said. If she went to the company and waited for Hiram in the office, there would be nothing for her to do. She would much rather walk around instead of just spending her time counting the seconds until the hours were gone.

Hiram paused in thought, but eventually agreed. "Alright, but make sure to be careful. I'll ask Chad to come here and accompany you when I get to the office." If Chad was with them, he would have no need to worry.

"Okay." Rachel reached for his hand and squeezed it reassuringly. She saw Hiram's worry in the lines of his face. She got out of the car and took Jonny by the hand. "Jonny and I will be on the first floor in the shopping mall. You can tell Chad to look for us there." She smiled at Hiram, wanting to ease his worry.

"Uh-huh," Hiram said, his shoulders relaxing slightly. He took out a watch and gave it to Rachel. "Wear this. You broke it accidentally last time. I asked Chad to fix it."

Rachel took the watch in her hands. It was a pink diamond watch, a Rolex limited edition. When she left the palace last time, it was the most valuable item she carried with her.

No wonder she hadn't seen it since she came back. It turned out Hiram took it and asked Chad to fix it.

Hiram stayed and watched them walk away, lingering until he saw Rachel wear the watch. Then, he drove off.
