11 SETTLING THINGS

Agnes & Jairus both were finding their love, hunting for their mates, searching for someone 'theirs'.

Did their hunt go well ?

Or it was just illusion , attraction & a wastage.

The royal vampire seer's prophecy :

But wherever he'll be doesn't have to be marked as princess' property.

The 'true love' between both will bound them

And yes he will possess the same figure as princess have by birth on her back.

The next few days both lovers spend hesitating. Peeking each other but speaking less. It was awkward__a confession all of a sudden.

So avoided eye contact with each other.

Though they talked but only about business. Perhaps they both were swallowing what happened !

After all it was a sudden confession made out of jealousy !

Jairus was on call standing with his one hand tucked to his waist & other holding the cell phone. When Agnes came to him holding a file which needed his signatures immediately.

Standing nearby she waited for him to end the call but Jairus was intentionally prolonging it.

With her patience cracking she grabbed the pen from his table and tried to tell him to sign by waving the pen before his eyes.

Giving a bright smile his eyes flickered with a strange sensation in them. And he held her hand tight__to never let it go.

To her amazement it was unpredictable Agnes stood there numb.

Jairus still on call pulled her closer with a jerk that her body got glued with his. Agnes hands on his chest and Jairus' eyes focused on her face which was__she was stunned.

Ah women in love !

He leaned a bit and placed his soft lips against hers while holding his cell phone close to his ear.

Tasting her divine delicious lips he pushed himself up and again attended the call replying.

"Yeah it's sweet !"

Wait what  !

He was telling the other person about the taste of her lips !

What a pervert  !

Agnes shoved him back pouting and blushing.

Jairus chuckled and ended the call. Grabbed her wrist and again pulled her closer that his clothed body brushed against hers. Jairus' hands in her waist as he again kissed her, rolling his tongue within hers__neither letting her go nor letting her breath !

He kissed her passionately with his one hand slipping beneath her shirt and trailing the arch of her back reaching the end of her spine as he slipped his other hand a bit in her jeans.

A rough skin encountered with his hand but he shoved off the idea to see. As Agnes stopped his that hand there from further slipping down in her jeans. As she believed they're going too fast.

The deep kiss went on__for how long, don't know !

"I've to take you somewhere. Meet me in the parking after work."

Jairus informed her before leaving his cabin.

Agnes knew they've to talk about their feelings.

There was much more to share & to tell.

But was it the right time ?

Arranging the files into a pile Agnes came out of the cabin. Almost everyone was gone. She came to the ground floor by elevator as she saw Caitlin

Packing her things for leaving. She smiled at Agnes. Who gave her back the same expression warmly.

Agnes headed towards the entrance when Caitlin called her from back.

"Wait for me Agnes."

Agnes stopped and turned around Caitlin hurriedly joined her to the entrance.

"Going on your own ?"

She asked Agnes sensing something fishy !

"Ah yeah, and you ?"

By these years Agnes learned how to show express like humans.

( as vampires are cold & expressionless ! )

"Yeah...Umm no. Actually I've a date today. So that guy will be picking me up."

Caitlin informed her while brushing her fingers in hair out of blush.

Agnes giggled.

"Well that's good. Mother Goddess will

Bless you both."

She rose her one hand imitating a Goddess. As Caitlin laughed at her act.

A car stopped by & horn banged Caitlin waved goodbye to Agnes and left.

After she's gone Agnes sighed. Everyone at the company was gossiping about her and Jairus.

She walked towards the parking where Jairus was already waiting for her in car.

"Well my love you know we need to talk about- about that day...I mean night."

Jairus was clearly nervous and trailed off his words.

Agnes giggled upon his nervousness which made him even more.

"Well yeah."

"Actually I know I kissed you completely out of jealousy that night but I do meant the kiss."

He was speaking.

"Well it wasn't all of a sudden. I - I fell in love with you the day you joined."

Agnes was listening calmly but her heart was dancing. She felt herself flying out of joy.

"I - I love you too boss !

Don't know how & when but I do sincerely."

"Aw that's - that's. Oh my Regena that was all I wanted to listen again."

He held her hands and pressed his forehead with hers slightly giggling.

"I'm sorry boss I made you wait that long."

Agnes whispered.

"It's okey my love. And don't call me BOSS again."

Jairus poked her forehead slightly.

"So what should I call you ?"

Agnes questioned him brushing her cheek with nail.

"Uumm.....darling, my love, my baby, handsome hunk or__future husband !"

Jairus teased her with all those lovely options. Agnes blushed upon HUSBAND.

Lowering her head she told him.

"Mm....my sweetie pie jairus !"

Agnes was daring indeed.

Jairus laughed wholeheartedly. And caressed her cheek.

"So it's settled now. Let's go out somewhere."

"Aye wait. Actually I've - I've something to tell you about me."

Her face suddenly became gloomy she was about to tell him her secret.

Jairus scooped her face into his both hands.

And told her calmly.

"Listen my love. If you're going to tell me about your past. Then remember

Everyone has a story they don't want to share. And I don't want to listen either. So cut that out. And cheer up."

He was speaking with sincerity & security in his tone.

Jairus knew she'd tell him about her job as the queen of nightclub. He didn't wanted to listen that part as he was the one who knew the truth. But wasn't going to disclose the secret of that night.

Agnes was looking at his face full of warm expressions. With hers somewhat like "unbelievable"

"You- you really don't care what I was or what I'm ?"

She was staring at that man who was perhaps her soul mate.

"Well honestly no.

But if you still want to tell it's up to you."

He shrugged his shoulders as he don't care.

"Okey."

Agnes sighed deeply__twice.

"Jairus I - I .....actually I'm a VA....I'm not virgin !"

She was about to say VAMPIRE but refrained. Perhaps she'd first search out that royal soul tattoo on his body. Which would indicate the truth about  them__being mates.

But she told him her one secret.

As expected.

Jairus kept quiet and leaned a bit focusing on the eye contact. When Agnes lowered her gaze shamefully and broke the silence.

"As we're going to have a relationship I need to be clear & true with you. I lost my chastity to someone I don't know !"

"Regena I appreciate your thinking and guts of telling me the truth. But I really don't care about that. It was your past, a story bygone. So let it be. I'm your present & will be

Your future."

He lifted her face by chin.

"Thank you."

Agnes simply said as a tear left her eye. Which Jairus licked reaching at her cheek. Her heart skipped a beat and her body felt alive.

"Don't bother that. I've to tell you something too. We are in the same boat. The rest of the story I'll tell you at the ice cream parlour.

Yeah it's sweet !"

Jairus settled back in the seat ready to drive now.

Gazed back at Agnes who was staring at him with a smile & love in her eyes.

Her mind clicked upon that sentence. So he wasn't talking about her lips !

"Sure if you want to share."

During the whole way Agnes was figuring out will he understand her if she tells him about herself__being a vampire !
