Chapter 151 - [Bonus ]Esna Wood, Mind Blown

Name:Godslayer's Legend Author:_michael
"Ah, prepare to be mind blown."

The moment she heard that, Esna's vision went dark.

Tasha caught the unconscious girl, preventing her from banging her head on the table in front of her.

"I made it so she would be in a state of sleep and so she can absorb the knowledge easier. I would still use some magic to forcefully calm her down when she wakes up.

Anyone who suddenly realized that they are only just a small speck of dust in the larger universe might end up having a mental breakdown."

As soon as Tasha was done speaking, she turned to the door and rose an eyebrow. Arthur noticed this and was about to ask why, however, the door opened and Lute walked in.

Trailing behind him were three people who seemed to be transcendents too. Two of which were men and the last was a woman.

The first man had dark red hair and a muscular body, he looked like a wrestler who had gone through an uncountable number of championship battles.

The woman wore a long gown and had a spear strapped to her back, on her waist was a pair of hostlers that had pistols in them. Her long black hair stretched down to her knees and was tied into a braid.

As for the last man, he was of average build and height. He had ruby colored eyes and short messily cut hair.

However, among the three, he was the one with the most energy rolling off his body. It was almost twice that of the other two.

The moment he set his eyes on the unconscious Esna, his calm gaze turned to one filled with hostility and a crushing pressure bore down on the area.

Feeling this, Arthur reflexively summoned Celestia and tried to raise the sword, however, that was all he could do.

The man was a transcendent, and Arthur, a grandmaster.

He was strong enough to accidentally kill Arthur just by flicking the latter's forehead.

The pressure released from such a being, was not something Arthur could dare to resist.

It was only an instant, however that was enough to force Arthur to his knees. He was helpless against it, and this was only the passive intimidation effect from a being of his level.

As for the next instant-

**BBOOOOM!!!

-the man was in a worse state than Arthur.

The other two transcendents could barely comprehend what happened, one moment he was beside them, the next, he was down on the ground with his head caved into the ground.

Tasha dropped Esna back on her seat and helped Arthur back to his feet. As for Lute;

|Know your place, fool.|

He was ready to end the man without hesitation.

The moment after he tried to pressure Arthur, Lute had grabbed his head and slammed it into the ground with enough force to shatter the foundations of all the buildings within the next few thousand meters.

These were magically reinforced buildings all made with the materials from beasts strong enough to flatten multiple cities with a sneeze, however, Lute could easily shatter them all easily.

The only reason the buildings hadn't crumbled to the ground was because Tasha who had dropped Esna back on her seat, was using magic to hold them in place while assisting Arthur.

"L-lute..."

Hearing his name, Lute looked up at Arthur and scanned him over multiple times, after confirming he was okay, he finally replied.

"The orders I was given, state that any act of disrespect to your highness, should not be tolerated."

Even though Arthur like messing with those in higher realms than him, the least he could actually fight against was an inferior stage legendary.

His victory was also not 100% guaranteed unless there were special circumstances like with the Valkyrie on Phirex.

However, in a case where Arthur was at odds with anything higher than that, Lute would undoubtedly intervene.

Remembering this, Arthur calmed his erratic breathing and spoke up once more.

"Lute, stand down."

The two stared at each other in silence.

The other two transcendents were still trying to comprehend the fact that the strongest person in their world was incapacitated with a single strike.

Tasha was looking alternately between Arthur and Lute, just as she was about to speak up, there was a groan coming from the unconscious girl sitting behind her.

Arthur and Tasha turned around and met eyes with Esna who just woke up from her beauty sleep.

"H-huh?"

That was her first word, as she struggled to understand why there were suddenly more people and why the one she presumed to be Arthur's attendant was holding her father's head on the ground.

"Good, you're awake.

Stand down Lute."

Arthur spoke before turning towards a Tasha and continuing.

"Hey, take her to the craft."

Tasha nodded and picked up the confused Esna before nodding towards Lute and disappearing afterwards.

The building shook for a moment but continued standing. As for Arthur, he turned to Lute and said.

"Come carry me back."

Lute, knowing fully well that Arthur possessed an artifact that instantly returned him to the space craft, nodded and walked over while manipulating his energy to activate teleportation magic.

"Ah, take those three with you."

He then pointed to the two dumbfounded transcendents and the third who was on the ground.

Lute nodded and complied, waving his hands and retrieving the body of the unconscious transcendent and teleporting the five of them back to the spacecraft.

The moment they vanished, 4 other transcendents appeared on the scene, however they were met with a sight of multiple buildings collapsing on its inhabitants.

They ended up moving to rescue the innocent civilians and weaker hunters immediately.

Unfortunately, as the ones responsible for the destruction were gone, there was noting they could do about it other than to wait anxiously.

◇ ◇ ◇

"W-where is this? And why is my dad unconscious??"

Esna asked the moment she and Tasha appeared in one of the break rooms of the spacecraft that was orbiting her world.

She was about to ask more questions when she saw Arthur appear with Lute, alongside the two transcendents who could barely resist the teleportation magic and her still unconscious father.

"You seem calmer than I expected, knowing that your father, the strongest man in your world was incapacitated should normally leave you more shaken."

Esna stared at Arthur in silence while pondering on his words. It was then that she finally recalled why she fell unconscious in the first place.

Before she could pass out from shock once more due to the huge amount of information that just got downloaded into her head, her head felt warm and she looked up to see Tasha's outstretched hand glowing with a green light.

"So you won't have a mental breakdown."

"T-hank you."

Thanking Tasha, she turned towards Arthur once more and asked.

"All of that, was it...real?"

"I don't know exactly what she showed you but if it has to do with the fact that the thing you know as a universe exists and I'm one of its princes, then yes."

He then tapped the back of his right palm twice and murmured something she could barely hear before moving to take a seat.

"Wake him up Lute."

Lute nodded and flicked the head of Esna's father with a finger infused with magic, jolting him awake immediately. He then held them unfortunate father's head and spoke.

|Behave.|

Tasha and the other two members of the seven who were dragged along to the ship by Lute were fine hearing Lute speak in his true voice, they were transcendents after all. Arthur who had stepped on the path of Law comprehension was also fine.

Naturally, Esna's father who was a transcendent was fine too. However, Esna;

"Arghhh...!!"

Dropped to the ground while holding her head and grunting in pain. Seeing this Arthur could not help but chuckle loudly.

"I was so used to it that i had forgotten. That's supposed to be the normal reaction for when a mortal hears the true voice of a higher existence."

Tasha just glared at Lute while using magic to alleviate Esna's pain.

As for her father, Arthur stared at him and spoke, his words; the epitome of bullshitting.

"You do realize you were very close to death just now, however I spared your life so in exchange for it, you are going to comply with whatever I want, regardless of how absurd it is."

He then smiled brightly at the man who obviously wanted to object but could not do so due to Lute who was holding his head.

Esna also wanted to object, however she was warned by Tasha who was shaking her head while sighing in exasperation.

"Now that's done, shoo!"

The playful light in Arthur's eyes disappeared, he turned to Esna and continued speaking.

"We need to have a talk, just the two of us."

Lute complied immediately by nodding and teleporting out of the room with the others the moment after.

"I knew Lute would get the hint, finally some true privacy."
