Gil stretched his hands up and said " Let fix another one " and started to move toward the waiting room

She continued to move on and arrived at Medical bay which is under the Recovery Girl and soon arrived at a room and knocked on it and wait for a response

In the room, there was in banged Midoriya lying on the bed and Debuffed All Might and Recovery Girl was there

" May I know who are you and why are you here?" Said Recovery Girl in a sweet grandma voice

" Pardon my intrusion, I am Siduri Sitri and assistant of my lord Gilgamesh Lionheart and upon his order, I came here to check up on Sir Midoriya condition and help a little if necessary," Siduri said in an extremely calm voice with a little bow

" Oh, don't worry I am fine," Midoriya said who was awake said

" Only a few broken bones, " Recovery Girl said to Midoriya mocking voice and she continued " You use your quirk very recklessly but no need to worry as everything will be fine after the surgery "

" May I, " Siduri asked for confirmation to look over Midoriya condition

Siduri goes to Midoriya and looks at his condition and sighed and smiled and said " Looks there won't be a need for surgery"

Soon a green light came out of her palm and soon and she started moving her palm all over the place where Midoriya had injured and all his broken bones stated to place themselves where they should be and all his injuries but his hand right remained scarred

" All Done but scars will remain on your right hand and stop damaging your body every time you use your quirk," Siduri said in a gentle tone and step back

Soon Recovery Girl came out of her stupor and came to check Midoriya and she became even more surprised as she looked at Midoriya condition and said " You did excellent work even better than I could have but that scar was something even I could not deal with but left it purposely, didn't you?"

Siduri said in a gentle tone" Yes Madam Recover Girl, I left it purposely as my Lord asked me to as it will serve as a reminder to him to not use his quirk recklessly"

" But how he knew about Midoriya condition" All Might

" Sir All Might, Although it not officially announced, Lionheart family bloodline quirk is Sha Naqba Imuru which means he who saw the deep, allows every male decadent to see future, opponents weakness and see over long distances and much more so that why he was able to" Siduri replied

All Might surprised because of two reasons

Second Gil's true ability which was a little frightening

Then Siduri turned toward Midoriya but before she could say anything Midoriya said " Thank You"

" When you fighting with Gil, He was truly happy and satisfied at that moment and also I have seen him interact with your classmates and the fun he had, sometimes he can be harsh but he good heart so please take care of him if needed," She said with a smile with eyes were brimming with happiness
