Chapter 14 - Declaration of War

Gilgamesh proceeds towards his Class and the moment he enters the class, he was assaulted by the gaze of his classmates but soon everyone broke out of their reverie and soon started to greet him

" Good morning Gil"

He nodded at them in return

Soon he goes to his seat and sat down there and turn towards Momo and said " Oye Momo, I didn't think I have done anything wrong for you to ignore my existence " said with a grin on his face

Momo lets out a sigh and said " Just thinking about your sister"

" And what's with her," he asks

" You know after our parent's arrangement, she gives me death stares every time I meet her," Momo said while holding her head

" You don't worry she just... uh never mind you won't interact much with her anyway " He tried to comfort her

" I would be surprised if she doesn't work here as a Guest instructor or something similar," Momo said

" She won't, Right?" Gil said expectation

But Momo looked at him as she was looking at an ignorant fool

But before they continue their chat, Mr. Aizawa came into the class and looks alright as he only had injuries in his chest but Gil could tell that his chest is still a little stiff, and not recovered yet

Everyone asks him about his injuries and he tells everyone that he is alright

" You don't have to worry about me, We need to focus on the fight, "Aizawa said

" Fight? Do we again have to fight against the villain?" Kirishima asked

" No, I am talking about the UA sports festival, Your guys need to work hard and cover-up your weaknesses and show the entire country where you stand"

" Don't do that to us again!! " most of the class shouted

" Hell yeah, I am already pumped up," Kirishima said everyone was excited and started to cheer up

" Is it alright to hold a tournament like this just after we were attacked by villains?" Jiro asked Mr. Aizawa

It broke everyone out of their excitement

" Administration and higher-ups think this is the best way to show our resilience and spirit, and Some Low Life Villains cannot dampen our spirit and it's is an opportunity for you all to show the best of your ability and many pro heroes will be coming to watch and scout talents " Aizawa explained to everyone

And then he goes on explaining how UA sports festival has replaced the Olympic Games

Before he left turned towards Gil and said "Lionheart, thank you for saving my life back there "

Gil just nodded in response

Soon after he everyone in the class started to discuss the UA sports festival, everyone was quite pumped up

" So what your idea on it, " Momo said to Gil, was not too loud but everyone heard it

" Well I think I will be able to test a thing or two on these Mongrels which I have recently learned," Gilgamesh said in an uninterested tone

The whole became silent from his response

Soon Bakugo barked out " What do you consider us, Some test dummy"

" Exactly, that the worth you have in my eyes," Gilgamesh said

" You!!!" Bakugo said as mini-explosions started to come out of his palm and at the same time Golden space ripples started to form in the class from which various weapons started came out

Seeing the situation getting out of hand, Midoriya and Iida came to them calm down the situation

Momo was also trying to calm them down Gil but neither of these two wanted to back down, Midoriya started to loose his grip on Bakugo, and Iida also having trouble to keep Bakugo on hold

But just everyone thought the whole class is going to be a wreck All Might came in and said " What are you doing Young Bakugo and Gil"

Seeing All Might came Bakugo is starting to calm down and then Momo urged Gil to back down as Bakugo did, so all the Space ripples started to disappear in Glimmering particles

Everyone in the class took a sigh of relief except Todoroki

After learning what happened, All Might reprimanded them and left with a warning which both of them brush off and Gil left the class while Momo followed him, and soon All Might also leave with Midoriya

" I thought I was going die," Uraraka said as she goes down on her knees

" They both have a dangerous and powerful quirk, Who knows what will happen if they both have fought in class," Jiro said

In the All Might office

" All Might why did you bring me here," Midoriya said as sat opposite All Might

Then All Might tell him that he has to perform well in the Sports Festival and the whole Symbol of Peace bullshit and Midoriya also asked a few questions about his quirk

" All Might do you think I can beat someone like Gil" Midoriya inquired

" Well it is hard to say because his strength already surpassed that of many pros and also even for me, it is hard to get past the offensive force of his Gate of Babylon" All Might sigh

Midoriya was shocked by the revelation

" You don't have to worry about it, if you face him give your all, Midoriya" All Might while ruffling his hairs

Midoriya nodded in determination

" And Midoriya he knows about my condition and maybe also about you being my successor "

" How?"

" Due to his eye quirk, he knows everything about his opponent quirk so you don't have hold back anything against him and don't worry principle Nezu has already talked to his Father about this and he would not tell anyone about my condition"

" I would not let you down, All Might "

All Might laughed and let out a sigh

Soon after lunch, classes continued as usual and Then the Final Bell rang and as class 1 A students were about to leave the class but soon found the class exit blocked by the students of other courses

As Bakugo was as he is, he outright insulted them and told them to move on

Soon a voice was heard

" So this is class 1A, I heard a lot about you but you sound like an ass, is everyone in the hero course are delusion or just you... " Shinso goes on bullshit

" I came here with the declaration of war.." As he was going on with his declaration, Gil walks past Bakugo and left the class which halted Shinso announcement

Bakugo hurriedly shouted " You! Goldie, I will beat at the sports festival"

Gil keeps walking and said " I don't have anything to test on you so will crush you right away the moment we met each other"

" You! You! " Bakugo said in rage while mini-explosions were coming out of his palm

But he soon calms himself and walks away as well

'This two ' Everyone in the Class 1A thought as they facepalm themselves

While everyone still didn't come out of their stupor

The days go on and everyone was practicing hard

while Gilgamesh was working on the movement of the gate with his own as he is still far away from the level of original Gilgamesh

He giving final touches to the movement of gates and then he could move gates with him in a fight
