Yang Shi again started walking, and after half an hour, he saw his second target. It was a twenty foot-long and three-foot thick crimson serpent. " A Scarlet Fang Demon Serpent? Same as Sixth stage cultivator." Yang Shi muttered. The serpent was eating a wild beast, but suddenly, it hissed as it looked in Yang Shi's direction. Yang Shi became startled as he underestimated the perception of the serpent.

" Human, You dare to come in my territory?*Hiss* It's been a while since I ate human meat. You will fill my stomach today." The scarlet snake hissed in joy. " Even after you learned human language, the first thing you said is such a lie. Why I should fill your stomach? Am I your father?" Yang Shi shrugged.

" Insolent human! You dare to foul mouth my father?!! Die!" The Serpent hissed as it charged at Yang Shi. " Gold Split." Yang Shi also rushed at the serpent with full speed as he aimed at its neck. But the serpent's body was very agile as it dodged the attack of Yang Shi. It turned around as it tried to bite at Yang Shi's shoulder.

Yang Shi hurriedly moved back as he used his saber to slash at the serpent. But the serpent twisted its neck as it slammed its tail on Yang Shi's back. Yang Shi couldn't evade this attack as he flew forward due to impact.

*BOOM* Yang Shi slammed into a tree as he broke it. The serpent didn't rest as it spat crimson fog from the mouth. Sizzling sounds can be heard from it as it charred the ground as it touched it. Yang Shi hurriedly got up as he summoned flames on his palm. " Raging Flame Shield." A flame erupted as it formed a shield around Yang Shi. The crimson fog burned by the flame shield, But the serpent suddenly charged at Yang Shi. Yang Shi's expression changed as it slammed its head against the shield.

*BANG* The shield cracked from the impact, but Yang Shi predicted beforehand, so he jumped to avoid the attack. He jumped as he held his saber firmly and shouted, " Tiger Descends." He held the saber as he fell downwards.

His eyes became fierce as he slashed at the serpent. The saber gleamed with cold light as it ripped apart the neck of the serpent.

" Ho-How...." The serpent hissed painfully as it slammed on the ground. The saber ripped apart its body as a ferocious tiger ripped with claws. Yang Shi sliced its head and took the core. He also collected it's fang and poison sack. After all, Scarlet Fang Demon Serpent's poison was so so strong that even Demonic beast powerful that it doesn't dare to take the poison head on.

Yang Shi hunted till the sunset, and He managed to collect a total of five cores. Yang Shi sat near a campfire and he was roasting some beast meat. He has experience before, so this time, he also brought some spices along with him.

" Aii, I am so tired today. I wonder how many days it will take to gather all cores?" Yang Shi sighed. " Well, You still have the choice to hunt peak rank beasts." The golden egg shrugged. Yang Shi thought for a while as he took out two round pills.

" One Sky Enchanting pill can increase my cultivation by one stage.
