After he finished he waited for Rodan to wake up, a hour later he saw the facility explode and a big fire bird came out, Ezekiel looked at it used his eyes of seeing everything and saw the body and its structure, he did not dig any deeper or else there is no fun. He has been doing this in all the Titans to see the structure of their body and how is their movements.
