Chapter 966 - Letizia

The original plan was to use the Teleportation Array Plate to return to the sect as fast as possible, but Alex changed the plan a little bit. He decided to fly back to the sect while using his Spirit Eyes to check whether there was another hidden treasure.

Unfortunately, after flying so long, he couldn't find a single thing. He wasn't ungrateful. Considering he had gotten Heilo and Deep Frozen Crystals, there was no anger in his heart.

He simply returned to the mansion and began training while Silvia asked Navin for a report during the small mission.

After knowing that her family was safe, Aria finally concentrated on her training. The days passed without any more troubles. There was a visitor during the first two weeks, which turned out to be Adrian.

To his surprise, Adrian fell on his knees and thanked him politely.

"Thank you for helping me even though I was like coercing you."

"Get up. Everything is fine, so there is no need to dwell in it. If you want to thank the peak master, I will pass the message, so you don't need to go there." Alex nodded.

"I understand."

Alex had realized one more thing during the past two weeks. Adrian and the Cypress Family actually had no confidence in sending Alex to help Adrian because of the God Rank Expert.

What they wanted was to use Alex's and Aria's relationship with the peak master to have her help. She was the only one who could solve this issue, so they asked Alex to pass the message.

Adrian's action proved it even further, so Alex needed to hide the fact that it was Silvia instead of Illevis.

After giving his thanks, Adrian politely bowed and left the house.

Alex only hoped that the peak master was not aware of it since he would be suspicious. Although he could say everything was Silvia's will, the peak master would suspect him too. There was no way Silvia would meet someone unknown.

There were only two possibilities. The first was the fact that she knew about Alex's power and helped him to gain his favor. And the second possibility was due to their prior relationship.

The latter seemed to be a bit absurd, so Ilevis would most likely believe the first possibility.

Aria kept apologizing when Alex explained that, but the latter only told her it was alright. He asked her to train even harder if she felt bad, and it turned out she became crazy for training after that day. Even though Alex told her to rest, she kept training.

Only when she found Alex was quite angry, she finally stopped that stubborn attitude and returned to normal.

Nonetheless, they managed to improve their strength remarkably. When the new month came, another visitor appeared, bringing many things, from Spirit Crystals to weapons.

This person addressed Aria with praises, wanting to mend the relationship between her and the Grata Family.

However, Alex and Aria knew that they only wanted to prevent Ilevis from joining this fight. If she interfered again, there was nothing but defeat.

Alex then ordered Aria to know about what happened to the Grayfig Family.

Joyful news came right after when they heard the Grayfig Family was destroyed. According to Aria's father, there were two Rank 10 Gods decimating this family along with a few elites that kept anyone from leaving.

Even though he found that their treasury was empty, the Cypress didn't care anymore since their arch enemy had disappeared.

Of course, this action caused a disturbance, especially on a certain someone inside the sect. Yeah, it was none other than Gasha Grayfig.

He always thought that he could control the Cypress Family, but when Alex came, everything changed. Every single of his plans was a failure and even his family now had gone.

Silvia immediately reported that Gasha seemed to have a far bigger hatred for the Grata Family instead of the Cypress Family.

Aria was happy to the point she hugged Alex until they fell down, only to find it a bit embarrassing after that.

Adrian also learned the information and realized the fact that his sister might probably be in the best hand.

Without Alex, Aria wouldn't be here with this kind of achievement. No one could refute that.

However, Alex didn't have any interest in this matter and continued his everyday business.

It became a calm period again, so Alex and Aria kept increasing their strength. To his surprise, Aria managed to reach 5-Star Martial Saint after three months even though he predicted it required her another month.

It seemed she had no more thought about her family since they had solved it anymore. Without that unnecessary thought, Aria kept going without a break.
