"This…" Alex raised his eyebrows.

"This is Eulja. Well, it's the Central Continent. Where we are going is not that far from here." Alicia nodded before the ten spirits came out of his cards, kneeling in front of him.

Although Alex wasn't the previous Spirit God, but his reincarnation, they still needed to greet him. "Welcome home, Alex (Master)."

Alex didn't know how to answer them as it wasn't like this was his house all along. It might be for his previous self, but not him.

Before he could say anything, a person was approaching fast as if she knew Alex had arrived. She had long brown hair, gentle green eyes, and an alluring smile. She wore a long green dress and descended softly to the ground.

The plants and grasses around them seemed to be swaying left and right as if they were dancing because of her appearance.

Alex fell silent when he saw the woman, and the latter was also the same. None of them said anything, including the spirits, allowing the two to have this wordless conversation.

There was this feeling they shared but couldn't be described by words. She was the first one that helped him rise on his feet when he was at his lowest point, and there was no word that could describe how thankful he was to her.

"I have come, Lin Xingzhi." Alex smiled at the woman. This might be the first time he called her name from face to face, as he usually called her with system instead of her name because he wanted it to be special.

"Yes, I have been waiting for you." Lin Xingzhi nodded gracefully while smiling from ear to ear. She had been waiting for this to happen and never expected it to unravel before her.

There was a time where she almost gave up because she had been searching for a few thousand years, but she didn't and finally met him again before anybody could have him. After all, if she met Alex when someone was already by his side, she decided to not come into his life just to ruin his current life.

Luckily, Alex just came to another world as she immediately detected him. Even Alicia and Firia didn't have this privilege.

Lin Xingzhi slowly walked, closing the distance between them before stopping half a meter away from him.

At this point, Alex didn't know what to do. There were many words he wanted to utter, but every single one of them stuck in his throat. There were many actions he wanted to take, but his body froze.

Alex's heart shook by the words. Her tone told him that she genuinely thought that way, despite waiting for a few thousand years. He didn't know whether he was loyal and patient enough to do that if it was him.

She had been staying with him the longest, and the moment he felt her in his embrace, he couldn't help but hug her back tightly and close his eyes. "Yes. I have made you wait."

Without them noticing, tears fell out of the corner of their eyes.

"If this is the one thing that you need to do, then I also have one." Alex smiled, looked at her, and slightly raised her head, kissing her on the lips, albeit they couldn't do it for too long, considering the others were watching.

"Fufu… We can continue later." Lin Xingzhi chuckled while glancing at the spirits. "It's been a while everyone."

"Yes." The spirits clasped their hands and bowed to her. Anna and Anya hid behind Alicia as they were scared of Lin Xingzhi.

"Why are you hiding Anna, Anya?"

"Ugh!" Anya's body shook and looked at Anna, asking her to tell what was going on.

Anna didn't want it but ended up doing it anyway. "I mean, you are going to bring all the toys and equipment if we are going home, right?"

"Ahaha… You are still thinking about that? Of course, I was joking. I never bought one." Lin Xingzhi covered her mouth with her hands while laughing.

"Really?"

"Can you promise that you tell the truth?"

"I promise." Lin Xingzhi smiled before glancing at Firia, who arrived a minute later than her. "You can ask Firia."

The two turned their heads and found Firia nodding her head, giving them a confirmation. Finally, they could relax and show themselves.

Alicia and Firia didn't know how much they suffered from Lin Xingzhi's little experiment, so they tilted their head in confusion.

On the other hand, Lin Xingzhi glanced at Alex and said, "Sherry, I know you are there."

Sherry came out of her body before bowing her head. "Ye-yes. Nice to meet you."

"Why are you bowing your head? Come here. Let me hug you." Even though she said that, she was the one coming closer and hugged her. "You have gotten big. To think you are the same little fox that Alex met in that forest… Still, I really want to thank you for saving him back then."

After releasing her, she said, "Since everyone is here, it's better to go to the castle first. Let me lead the way… It's only a few minutes from here."

The group nodded and flew to the north.

In the middle of the forest, he could see a majestic castle. It was above a cliff, so none of the woods actually covered it.

Alex looked at the white castle and saw how it didn't have any wall, allowing him to see the interior inside. There was a huge bridge that connected the castle, so they were going there first.

Many fountains were scattered around the area and created a synergy with the plants in their surroundings.

It didn't have many decorations, but it was very beautiful and comfortable just by looking at it either from close up or far away.

At the end of the bridge was a thick white metallic door where two people stood tall in front of it. They quickly appeared before Alex and kneeled down.

The first one was a middle-aged man with spiky red hair. He had sharp red eyes, slightly pointed ears, and muscular bodies, but the strange thing he found in this guy was the fact that he wore a butler suit.

He remembered when the girls said one of the rulers was his butler, but he didn't want to immediately jump into that matter since he wasn't sure about it.

He turned to another middle-aged man next to him. It appeared that he didn't wear a butler outfit. Instead, it was like a military uniform specifically for ceremonial occasions. His hair was also red like the other guy, but his body was slightly skinny.

"I, Korzan, greet Your Majesty."

"I, Zark, greet Master."

Alex tilted his head and glanced at Lin Xingzhi, asking for an explanation.

"You two… I have told both of you to wait. He is confused now." Lin Xingzhi sighed.

"Ahaha… Milady, we couldn't help ourselves." The butler scratched his head embarrassedly.

"This guy is Korzan. He is the one maintaining this world's balance and every task. Since our place has no monster, we need to go on an expedition to gather all the monsters' parts. He is also in charge of that area. Well, you can say that he is the president of this world, so if you have anything you want in this world, just ask him.

"And as you might already realize, he is the Fire Element's ruler, Magma Spirit, Korzan. In any case, you can dump every problem to him." Lin Xingzhi introduced him with a shrug.

"And this one is Zark. If you have a place you want to go, you can call him. He might not look like it, but he is a Rank 4 God, specializing in Space Element. He will bring you everywhere you want, and you can even ask him to teach you about Space Element." Lin Xingzhi introduced the second person.

"I am afraid I can't help Master much since the Space Element of the Dungeon God was too complicated. I can give a few instructions about the basics, but that's all." Zark shook his head as he didn't want Alex to pin on an empty hope.

Alex helped him up and shook his hand as well. "I will be relying on you."
