As soon as her name was called, Alicia got a reaction because this voice resembled the most important person in her life.

Alex could see that the array slowly disappeared as if she reacted to his call, and without a doubt, the woman was Alicia.

"What are you doing here?" Alex nodded to her and asked.

Alicia thought for a moment and sighed. "Let's go out of this place first."

"Alright." Alex agreed, and the group went deeper inside the forest. He took out Nelson's card and said, "Nelson, I am going to recall you back since I have found Alicia."

"Understood."

Alex summoned him again because his ability might be needed in whatever she wanted to say to him.

"There is a town near this forest. We are staying there for a while, so I guess we can go there."

"In that case, we can sneak in with my Spatial Gate," Alex suggested.

Alicia and Ilumi exchanged looks before nodding to his suggestion. They entered the Spatial Gate and went toward the town.

Alex could see the bustling town, but then he realized it was not like the town he had ever visited. Despite having so many devils inside, it was quiet. Not a single devil was talking. The best they could do was whispering.

"Why are they…" Alex frowned, glancing at Alicia.
