Chapter 775 - Letizia vs the Ancestor

The explosions shook the platform before everyone noticed where the explosions occurred. Soon after, the pillars began to break into half and crumble to the ground. Some even sank to the bottom of the lake, creating a large wave around that area.

Alex made his appearance, followed by Firia, Letizia, Viola, and the contracted beasts. He said, "What a joyous occasion to meet all of you here. Should I congratulate the so-called ancestor for her revival? Or should I congratulate myself because I can wrap this matter before it becomes big? I am confused."

"Fufu… Master is the best. Of course, we should resolve everything while it is small. We don't want to waste our time after all." Letizia's voice shook the elders, the sect master, and Rhione's body. Alex granted a special privilege to her to talk big at this moment to anger them. And Letizia was more than happy to comply.

"I have been searching for her this whole time, specifically when you took her away from me back when she just arrived at the Northern Continent. To think you dare to touch my person… How can I not be angry?" Alex smiled, not releasing his killing intent.

They gasped. They had been searching for his information, including his first appearance in the Willow Continent. There wasn't a single influence that had a grudge against him escaped unscathed. They were either destroyed or declined. And this person finally stepped in their territory, claiming Letizia as his servant.

"Alexander Sirius. We don't have a conflict with you! Why would you trouble yourself to come here? If you are pretending to be that girl master because you fancy her, it's better if you bring her away right at this instant. You can play with her body all you want!" The ancestor made an offer.

If Alex indeed were pretending all of this, it would be the best choice he would have. Not only would he not get in a conflict with Snow White Mountain, but he could savor Letizia's beauty. Unfortunately, Alex's objective was completely the exact opposite of what she offered.

He wanted to anger the Snow White Mountain, kill the ancestor, and have them ally with the Fire God Clan. In other words, all he said was the truth.

The elders widened their eyes, never expecting Alex to know such a secret. They had been dealing with all of this in secret to the point it was only the people here who knew such a thing. And yet, they didn't realize that Alex already knew about this.

"Presumptuous!" The ancestor shouted. "You can say many things, but slandering my Snow White Mountain is not one of them. Since you have presented yourself before me, then don't think about leaving!"

"That's what I want to say. Do you think you can recover yourself without the pillars that are supposed to channel the energy for you?" Alex released his killing intent. "My intention is clear. A God Rank Expert like you shouldn't exist in this place."

"You!" The ancestor gritted her teeth. As much as she wanted to kill this boy, she didn't have the ability to do so. Rhione's body was still a 2-Star Martial Saint and a mere Sword Emperor. She hadn't reached Sword Saint yet, so how could she compare herself with Alex, who was a 5-Star Martial Saint and a Sword Emperor. Even with all of her knowledge and skill, she wouldn't be able to handle him, let alone when she just possessed this body.

"You are the source of Letizia's suffering, so she will end it with her own hand." Alex snorted as Letizia appeared before him, releasing her Spiritual Energy and Sword Path.

"This!" All people from Snow White Mountain opened their jaws. "Since when did she become a peak Martial Monarch and a Sword Saint? She was a mere 3-Star Martial Monarch and barely a Sword Emperor back then!"

Letizia didn't say anything as she released her killing intent. "You are not qualified to know."

"Hahahaha!" The ancestor abruptly laughed in this tense atmosphere as if she had lost it. However, she smirked and released her killing intent as well. "Do you think a few of you can defeat us? Even though I see a 10-Star Martial Saint together with you, the rest are trash. Since you have come, then don't think about leaving! Grab that Alexander Sirius and Letizia for me and kill the rest!"

"Yes, Ancestor!" The sect master and the elders roared as they released their Spiritual Energy and weapons.

"True Spirit Body!" Suddenly, nine people flew across the lake, heading toward each of their respective opponents.

"You are not qualified to grasp our master!" Jeanne sneered as she waved her sword against the 9-Star Martial Saint.

"Kh!" Even though Jeanne was a 7-Star, this ambush and the True Spirit Body allowed her to get past her defense. Luckily, she had experienced this kind of thing many times, so she could react to this surprise attack. "Don't underestimate me, you little brat!"

"Tch!" The sect master tried to attack Jeanne from afar before a flame swallowed her from above.

Viola looked down at her and pointed her palm as she just shot the flame.

The same as Viola, the others also went toward their respective enemy. Alex came to Letizia first and patted her shoulder. "I am leaving her to you."

After all, the Sacrificial Element will disappear when the Pure Ice user dies. Letizia also understood this and smiled. A blue armor appeared, covering her body.

"!!!" The ancestor widened her eyes as she watched how her ice was destroyed by the armor. Before she could think more about this technique, Letizia unsheathed the blade on her waist as she turned around and waved it toward the ancestor.

Letizia smiled. This was the path she chose after experiencing many things. She named it Untraceable Ice Path. This would allow ice to be formed whenever she swung her sword, albeit with a slight delay. However, that delay was necessary to make it untraceable.

She might need to thank the people here since she could only come up with a powerful path only because of their treatment.

"What's with that smug, you brat!" The ancestor released all of her energy, revealing her 2-Star Martial Saint power, and slashed forward. "Phoenix Beak!"

An ice phoenix flew out of the sword, heading toward Letizia.

On the other hand, Letizia still had no change of expression as she waved her sword, creating a Sword Wave. "Ice Oscillation Wave."

"Boom!"

The moment the sword wave hit the ice phoenix, it exploded, almost cutting the phoenix into half. When everyone thought it would be over, another wave of invisible attack did what the previous Sword Wave couldn't do. That attack was formed by freezing the air around and blew it with a simple shock wave from the sword, making a powerful invisible sword wave even though it was only a wind pressure carrying her Pure Ice Element.

Not only that, the phoenix that had been cut into two suddenly shattered.

"That is my Sacrificial Element. Do you think it can harm me?" Letizia released her Spiritual Energy, giving an elemental suppression on the ancestor.

Alex told her not to focus on the ancestor alone since this would be her first fight after a few years. He simply worried she wouldn't be able to handle the ancestor because she tried helping the others. And they were strong enough anyway to deal with their opponents.

That was why the suppression was far more powerful than it was supposed to be. Even with the difference of two stars, Letizia managed to make the ancestor slightly bend her knees.

A few patterns suddenly grow on her body. On her arms, legs, or even face, a few curving symbols appeared before it suddenly glowed red.

The suppression suddenly vanished into thin air before the ancestor looked at her with a straight posture. "You think I don't have a technique to face someone like you? I mastered such a technique long ago."

"You talk too much." Letizia shook her head and slashed her sword, sending the same technique as earlier. "Ice Oscillation Wave."

"Hmph." The ancestor snorted and turned serious. She slashed her sword as well, doing the same as Letizia.

"Phoenix Beak!"

The same phoenix flew out of her sword, but this time the phoenix had red color as if it was colored by her blood.

"Boom Boom!"

The same collisions appeared as Letizia's attack hit the phoenix two times, only to find that the phoenix emerged from the smoke and made its way toward her.
