448 Fire God

In the academy, in a very nostalgic place, Alex was sitting in front of a grave. He poured wine into his own cup, drinking to soothe his heart. Of course, this wine was not a good wine as Alex got it from his Normal Gacha, but it was the best wine he had at the moment.

His teacher had done so much for him, yet he did not realize it back then. As soon as he realized it, he needed to go to the upper world in order to get stronger.

It seemed that his place became a museum, letting the other see the great teacher of the Fire God, Alexander Sirius.

"Teacher, I am glad that you are my teacher. Even if you are not here anymore, you shall be my teacher forever in my heart as I won't take any other teacher other than you." Alex looked at the gravestone and kneeled on the ground. "You raised me when I was enveloped by the dark, and because of your support, I could stand bravely and face tomorrow. There is so much to say, but the most important thing I want to say is, Thank you."

Alex was filled with emotions at this time. He was kneeling there for a while before he started telling the story, hoping it would reach him. He knew about reincarnation, but he could comfort himself by telling him how he grew up in the upper world.

The next day, Alex was accompanying Alexa for sightseeing. The first place they visited was obviously his statue. She was talking about his tale with a smile. Alex corrected her a few times, trying to tell her the real situation, yet not making the story less excited. Although he was not a grand person like in her story, he was only a normal person that was trying to overcome his trauma.

He did not forget to come to Firia's house and delivered his letter. And expected, they were shocked when they saw Alex.

And after a few hours touring the city, Alex finally asked, "Do you want to go to the Zircodina Kingdom? We will visit them secretly."

Of course, she instantly agreed and put a mask per Alex's request. There was another reason why he wanted to come to Zircodina Kingdom other than finishing the last matter he had in this world. He wanted to check whether Zircodina Kingdom had the array that could teleport him from this place to Earth or not.

His answer came in the form of a grand array filled with more than a million symbols buried in the depth of the castle. The array was pretty similar to the teleportation array inside the dungeon, so Alex did not proceed any further.

That array was the only array that could send him to the Earth. Whether he wanted to go back or not was a different matter. At the very least, he did not have such an intention at the moment. The portal could not be used again anyway as it would take a long time for the array to absorb enough Spiritual Energy.

He suddenly found something interesting when he was strolling around with Alexa. It was when he had lunch with her.

Three people were talking while eating their fill. One of them looked like a merchant while the two seemed to be his henchmen.

"A week ago was pretty insane, right?"

"What happened? I just reached this city early in the morning." The merchant guy asked.

"Ah, boss. You have missed something miraculous since you take the last group." He said.

"Yeah, boss. A week ago, there was suddenly a man coming to the capital city from the sky. He had white hair and a fierce scar wound on his face. His appearance aside, his strength was a real deal.

"The princess's aide, a rank 8 knight, was defeated in a few moves. It seemed he did not kill him but took him along with the princess out of the kingdom.

"According to the rumor around the city, he had come previously demanding the princess. His ambition was truly ridiculous. It seemed he wanted to have each kingdom's beauty. From this kingdom would be Princess Rieze. From the Holy Kingdom would be Pope Maria while he also wanted to take Princess Mia from the Acacia Kingdom."

"Are you sure? Acacia Kingdom is the Fire God's territory, right? Does he dare to do something like that? Is he not afraid of the anger of the Fire God?" The merchant looked at him with a weird expression. "You might not be there back then, but I saw it with my own eyes when the Fire God ascended. I have Fire Element, so when I looked at him, he felt like a true God of Fire."

"Boss, I know you are one of the Fire God's believers. But it seems he does not believe such a thing." He shrugged.

"Then, where is he now?"

Meanwhile, There was a trace of worry planted on Alexa's innocent face as she called Alex. "Uncle."

Alex simply smiled at her, "It's alright, uncle is here. So, just eat your fill first."

"Un!" Alexa nodded.

"Do you want to go back, or do you want to go to demihuman territory first?" Alex asked.

"Umm… Mother said Uncle is the friend of demihuman, is that true?"

"Yep." He nodded.

Alexa looked down before shaking her head. "I am worried about my mother and aunt Mia."

"Is that so? Then we will go back after you finish your meal."

Alexa nodded and started gulping down the food.

At the same time, in front of Acacia's capital city. A man with a long black robe suddenly appeared as he shouted.

"Listen to me, o' the citizens of Acacia Kingdom. Your second Princess, Mia, has the honor of being chosen to become my, rank 9 Knight, concubine. Make her come out to greet her husband right now, or all of you will end up like these two." He shouted as he lifted Rieze and her teacher to the sky.

Rieze only experienced some bruises but was tied down. As for her teacher, it was catastrophic. His body was covered with blood as he almost died.

The grand duke and the king, along with a few ministers, came out. All of them had an angry expression. They never expected that someone would ask their princess' hand in marriage, not with equal status, but as an act of submission.

The grand duke had a complicated expression at this point as he knew Alex was here. However, he was going to the Zircodina at the moment with Alexa. He looked at the king, "Brother. Do you believe me?"

"Of course, I am. That's a foolish question." He said.

"We need to buy time as long as possible, and a miracle will appear." The grand duke said. Because of several reasons, Mia had yet to give Alicia's letter to the king, and he did not know that Alex was here.

"What are you thinking?!" The king was confused with his statement.

The grand duke did not say anything as he flew toward the sky and shouted. "We are not welcoming you. You have the same power as the person who has taken thousands of lives for strength. We have the blessing of Fire God!"

"Hmph, it seems you want to be like them first. Fire God? Do you mean trashy God? Then, I want to ask you if he is a real God, then where is he when all of you are in trouble?" He spat.

"You!" He pulled his sword and charged at him.

The mysterious guy simply pulled his sword and swung it, making a sword wave flying toward the grand duke.

After three years, he almost reached rank 8, yet in front of this attack, he could do nothing.

"Call all the soldiers here. Even if he is a rank 9, he can't defeat our army alone." The king immediately ordered after he saw his brother was sent flying. "Ministers, follow me."

All of them started flying toward the guy, surrounding him.

"Hmph. I will show you our power difference. They shall be honored if I choose them as my women as I have become level 990, and I shall become God after ten more levels." He snorted.

The king and the others started charging at him, yet no one could land a blow on him. Instead, they were getting thrashed by his power. The guy did not kill them immediately as he wanted to make it as an example to the people of Acacia Kingdom.

Unbeknownst to him, Alex and Alexa just arrived on top of the city wall. They looked at the mysterious guy walking toward the injured Grand Duke.

"You shall be the first example." He smirked as he raised his sword. "Haha, what of this Fire God you are talking about? What did he say before he left? I will watch all of you. That's right. Even when his father-in-law will be killed, he will only watch over you!"

Alexa could not watch this anymore, and instinctively raised her hand. "Don't hurt my grandfather!"

Suddenly, a wind tornado appeared from her hand and blew these two away. All the people were shocked, especially the white-haired guy. He never thought a kid had a power like this.

"I see. That little girl must be the daughter of the first princess! Haha… to think she has a power like that. I am more interested in this girl. Fine, I won't take your second princess. Instead, I will get this one and will nurture her as my woman." He flew toward Alexa while swinging his sword, trying to kill the masked man that was carrying her.

Unbeknownst to them, this was the worst possible choice he could choose. The masked man stopped his sword merely with his fingers. He crushed the sword like nothing.

"!!!" The guy immediately retreated when he saw this. The others did not know there was someone like him in the kingdom that could shatter a rank 9 knight's sword.

The masked man finally opened his mouth. "You want to kill my father-in-law and want to get my cute niece. What should I do to you?"

He finally took off his mask, revealing his real appearance before flying to the sky with Alexa. When the people saw his face, they were taken aback. Some of them even started kneeling, whether they were ministers, nobles, or regular citizens.

"Hahaha…" A burst of loud laughter suddenly echoed through the capital city. "You are the Fire God. Hmph! I have even killed the last boss of the dungeon and saw everything inside the dungeon. You are merely a rank 10, and I shall end your myth by my own hands."

He let out the black fire on his hand, forgetting about his sword. He had entered the array room inside the dungeon, but he could not activate it or anything. Little did he know he simply lacked Spiritual Energy. He thought Alex just made a farce and deified himself as he went into hiding. That was why he dared to challenge Alex.

Alex simply raised his hand, gathering all the Domain he could use into his hand. Alex swung his hand down as he said, "End me? You are not qualified."

The white-haired guy did not know and charged at him before suddenly stopping midway. The others were confused when they saw him stopping in mid-air.

It was then that the guy suddenly split into two, together with the ground beneath him, leaving a huge crack on the ground. For the people that could see it with their own eyes, it was like the hand of God. One swing and the earth would split. It shocked them to the core, whether it was Rieze, or his in-law, or even the ministers. Alex's power was really beyond their imagination.

A sight like this was normal in the upper world as Earth Cultivator could close this crack in an instant. However, it was different for the people in this world. Later, they even named this crack as Miracle of God and became a famous tourist spot. Alex's name and religion spread like crazy and would last for centuries. But that was all for later.

Because Alex had made his presence known, it seemed it was the time he would leave. He handed Alexa, who was praising him non-stop to the grand duke.

"I need to leave now," Alex said.

The grand duke did not know what his condition was or something, but he knew Alex had his own difficulty.

"Uncle, are you going to leave? But you said you would sleep with Alexa for one more night." Alexa looked at him with teary eyes as her happiness suddenly replaced by sadness.

Alex smiled and patted Alexa, "Listen to me. You are going to be strong, but never use your power to oppress others like this guy, but use it to protect someone you love, like your family. If not, then Uncle will be angry. Can you promise uncle that?"

"Uh." Alexa nodded while letting out tears.

"Good girl. Then, Uncle will be going since everything is alright." He patted her head again. He then turned to the king and nodded at him. It was unnecessary to exchange words as he would get Alicia's letter.

He rose to the sky, telling them he would watch over them, and when the opportunity had arrived, he would descend again. He then teleported himself to Maka Town and came to the dungeon.

It only needed an instant for Alex to finally come back inside the teleportation array room. He then activated the array.

Unbeknownst to him, the moment he changed the Array from one way teleportation array to two way teleportation array, the array itself had changed into another entity. He had been overconfident of his knowledge and ability, thinking that he only changed a little part for its convenience.

He did not know the extent of the array made by a unique Space Element Array Master would look like, and this became his miscalculation.

The array started glowing like usual as a sign of activation, but Alex suddenly heard several cracking sounds near him. Alex cursed when he discovered the answer he sought for as he saw many symbols malfunctioned.

"Not good!" Alex immediately leaped to the front, trying to escape from this array. Yet his effort was too late. The array had engulfed him as a whole and teleported him into another place.

In an unknown forest, a person that was trying to search for fruits found an injured golden-haired man in the ground. He immediately dropped his basket and came to him.

The person checked his wound and took him back.
