Knowing what to do, Wang Tao went and called out the Blackgold Python Tiger. With a flash of golden-blue light, a thunderous tiger's roar resounded throughout the entire stage.

A large tiger with golden fur and dark stripes all over its body, as well as large pitch-black wings appeared in the sight of everyone.

"It seems they have both gotten much stronger." Sun Zhan muttered as he watched from above. There, he could feel the aura of the Blackgold Python Tiger that he would have lost to last year even if his opponent wasn't Tang Yaling.

As the Blackgold Python Tiger made its entrance, all the other monsters on the field felt a suppressive aura from it. Even though it was a lower grade than the other monsters, its pure bloodline and strength were enough to put pressure on both allies and enemies alike.

After all, it was a descendant of one of the Four Great Beasts of Asia. How can it be weak? As its level had gone up, its power increased much more than the average monster every level. Now that it was close to level 40, the Blackgold Python Tiger could tap into more of its bloodline powers and was almost able to evolve once again.

When the Blackgold Python Tiger was called out, the Battle Temple's headmaster frowned. "So this kid is one of the two that had rejected your invitation."

"It seems so, I recall that he was a big one last year, I wonder how he lost so much weight already." the War God's headmaster replied.

"Hahaha, impressive right? When he grows up, he should be just as powerful as those old fogeys hiding in my academy." the Nine Peak's headmaster interjected.

"Those old fogeys aye? I think he might surpass them judging from the aura being released right now. It's a powerful one, I can only think of few beings with such a powerful Tiger bloodline even on that side." another headmaster spoke.

"Indeed, if only this kid went with me. But it seems like he isn't the main character? I heard he follows in the shadows of a certain kid."

"Right, this other kid is just as impressive or even more so. It looks like the younger generation will soon surpass us." the New Era headmaster replied.

"Just watch, also no going back on your bets." the Nine Peak headmaster said.

"It's just a little money, no need to treat it like a treasure." one headmaster laughed.

"Shut it, just because your damn place is the wealthiest, tsk tsk."

On the stage, it was now Ye Qin's turn to summon his monster. Out of the ten students, only he was the last to call out his partner.

With a flash of gold light, another thunderous roar that shook every stadium as well as thousands of meters away. Various birds were scared witless while monkeys fell off from the trees they were hanging on.

From a golden gate, a small golden koi appeared and danced in the air. After witnessing such an earth-shattering roar, no one had expected that a koi fish would appear from Ye Qin's Monster sea.

"This is a joke right? How did a fish cause such a tremor, and better yet how did he get picked to represent the Nine Peaks?" a student from New Era couldn't help but exclaim.

Sun Zhan in the crowd laughed, "The hell, he called it out in that form, no wonder everyone is complaining..."

As for the Nine Peaks headmaster, dark lines appeared on his face.

"The kid is playing a prank isn't he? Are you tired of taking third place and want to go down the ranks?" one of the headmasters laughed.

As for the War God's headmaster, "Lin Ke, are your eyes rotten or does not body not work anymore? Don't you feel a familiar sensation coming from it?"

The headmaster whose name was called out directly shut his mouth as he looked again. This time, even he felt a suppressive aura coming from the koi that was much more than he felt from the Blackgold Python Tiger.

"It can't be a case of a fish leaping over the gate could it?" headmaster Lin Ke muttered.

Back on the field, his opponents frowned. They knew that there was no way such a thing could give off such pressure for them. It could only mean one thing, as all of them had the same thought.

The golden koi spun and flew straight up as its body glew with extremely blinding golden light. It's body slowly expanded in size as a deafening dragons roar resounded even louder than before.

The koi's body expanded into its full length of over 20 meters, taking up a large portion of the stage. When everyone's eyes opened up again, they looked forward as their jaws dropped to the ground.

"Holy sh*t! It turned into a dragon!" someone shouted.

"Look at the size of that thing! Would my monster even put a dent on it?" someone else shouted.

The Qiulong with its large head hovered in the air and looked down at its opponents. Since the Blackgold Python Tiger was close to being able to evolve again, it was obvious that the same could be said for the Qiulong.

Once the two monsters evolved, their powers would reach new heights once again. The Qiulong puffed a breath from its nostrils as the stage became filled with gold energy.

The Blackgold Python Tiger emitted ice from its paws slowly so that no one would notice as soon as it was summoned. With both Ye Qin and Wang Tao on the playing field, their preparations were set and ready to put into motion at any time.
