Chapter 152 - I Will Get What I Want

It's not about inheritance and the desire to rule over all treasures, is it! Vino had forgotten the reason he married Vira, a woman he did not know before.

he has forgotten the basic purpose of marrying Vira, he has stuck with his marriage, he has fallen in love with his wife and the thought of losing Vira makes his mind unable to focus.

Vira looked calm in front of the obstetrician who examined her, she also didn't react or ask, just lay on the bed.

The doctor seemed to frown and then turned to Vino who looked dreamy in the other room when he saw him earlier.

"Mrs. Vira, you must rest and not be tense." Vira nodded her head following the doctor's request.

"I'll give you vitamins and some blood-boosting capsules. I need to talk to your husband." Once again Vira nodded her head.

the doctor left Vira, his assistant rushed to tidy up the equipment and took the suitcase to the direction where Vino was sitting, dumbfounded.

They left the bedroom.

"Mr. Vino," the doctor's voice called out to Vino, but Vino didn't wake up from his daydream.

"Go to the car first." The doctor talks to his assistant.

Hearing footsteps and someone passing in front of him made Vino realize, he turned and found the doctor standing nearby.

"Ah, doctor, please have a seat," Vino asked the doctor to sit down.

the doctor followed vino's wishes, he sat beside the confused-looking man.

"How's the doctor?" Vino asked with an impatient face.

The doctor tugged at the corners of his lips. "I checked carefully and," he pulled out a file with ultrasound results to Vino.

he showed the results of his work to Vino.

"Here, this is a picture of the uterine sac, it's too young to be sure about the fetus but I won't miss it, based on the results of the ultrasound, there is no development in the uterine sac, your wife has tested negative for pregnancy."

Hearing the words of the doctor Vino was surprised. He immediately turned towards the bedroom door and put his index finger to his lips.

"Doctor, please keep this ultrasound result a secret!" Vin asked.

The doctor looked confused by Vino's request.

Vino understood the look of surprise on the doctor's face, he tried to find an excuse. "My wife is very excited about her pregnancy, if she found out it was negative she would be very disappointed," Vino said trying to explain to the doctor.

They talked for a while, before the doctor left Vino, he asked Vino to be honest with his wife, however, lying is not a good thing.

"I will say goodbye, you must give the results of the examination to your wife, you must establish an open and understanding marriage relationship." The doctor said before leaving Vino.

Vino knew that he should not lie to his wife but, he remembered what they had talked about this afternoon, between him and his wife.

"You, you married me because you wanted an offspring right?" Vira asked with a cold face.

Vino shook his head. he rejected Vira's words, it was not true.

"You said about wealth, position, you wanted to take all that from your great and talented father, isn't it like that?"

Vino shook his head once again, but he couldn't deny that's what he said to Vira in the past.

"I will grant your wish, I will give you a child and you may take it from me but, I want a proportional reward." Vira's sentence sounded heavy in Vino's ears, this is not something good.

Vino could not answer his wife's words, he felt trapped in his wife's trap.

"I want half of the property you get, I want my share, your shares, your business, the legality that I got in my name."

Vino was surprised by Vira's words, he did not believe that Vira was also a mercenary.

"Then, as with our child, are you selling our child, are you going to leave him and choose a divorce from me?" Vino asked in a trembling voice.

"How could you not know the answer? I am determined to divorce you, even though I am pregnant, I will wait for this baby to be born and hand it over to you then take my share."

Vino's eyes went wide, such an unreasonable sentence, how could a mother say all this!

"No!" Vino laughed bitterly. "You can't do such a thing. How could you leave me and our baby, you, you're not that kind of woman."

Vira did not budge, she did not hear Vino's words.

Vino grabbed Vira's hand. "You said you would be a good mother, you said you would be a perfect mother."

Yes, all of that sounded sweet, before.

Vira smirked a little. "Yes, you were disappointed with your mother and now you will be disappointed with me too, but don't compare me to your mother, I will leave my baby to you who want it, I never wanted a baby." Vira's eyes were clear of sadness. "So let's make a deal, you will give up half of your property and I will leave this baby to you."

Vino took a deep breath, he couldn't believe the words Vira said this afternoon, sounding cold and emotionless.

Then, the fact that his wife is not pregnant makes Vino even more confused, what should he do next.

When confused and depressed he would vent on a bottle of wine that he had neglected for a long time.

He left the main room and headed to a small room where there was a glass closet that held a lot of fine wine.

He picked up two bottles, threw himself on the couch.

The recent incidents are very bad. he couldn't say anything other than taking a sip of the wine he poured into his glass.

With thirst.

He just wanted to find out about the past, where he had seen a female doctor who had a fight with his father in the hospital in the past, he still remembered the female doctor's face.

the female doctor says she is disappointed in Vino's father. She demands transparency and justice about the baby, the baby girl.

Vino saw in the past when the female doctor cried in front of Broto, she said she regretted helping Broto, she regretted Broto's attitude in closing the case of the death of the missing baby's mother.

When Vira fell unconscious and was taken to the hospital, Vino met the doctor, and he asked about circumstances in the past.

Vino asked and was curious, he didn't expect that novelty and curiosity would lead to big problems. His marital relationship was destroyed.

the baby that Broto hid was the woman who was now his wife.

Vino's breath was heavy, there was a lot of weight pressing against his chest.

He poured back the contents of the bottle into the glass and it was the last drop, he opened the next bottle and poured the wine into his glass.

"I hate you so much. You scratched this wound, you ruined my life even though you are no longer in this world! You left because I did not follow your will and now, you are taking revenge on me! Are you happy!" His mother's face was pictured and then his wife's face, one after another in front of him.

"Are you present into my wife right now, how can she even think about leaving her baby… sob?" Vino squeezed his hair, he rubbed his face roughly, gulping down the drink with thirst.

the images of his mother's face, his wife's, alternated until he lifted his head. Staring at the sky.

"Can't I be happy and get away from you?" He asked in a weak voice.

His face looked up, suddenly surprised to find his wife's face right above him.

he was about to pull his head but the position of Vira's face which was lowered and very close made him unable to change his position, he was still looking up.

"Why are you drinking wine alone." Vira's palms squeezed Vino's shoulders, it felt different.

blood rippled from the shoulders to the tips of Vino's feet, it felt strange.

Vira's fingers walked from the shoulder and then traced her husband's arm until his finger reached the wine glass in Vino's hand, he took the glass.

Vira left Vino's tense face, she sat on the couch next to her husband.

Both were silent, Vino tried to steal glances at Vira.

His wife raised the wine glass to put it to her lips.

However, Vino's hand prevented the glass from sticking to his wife's mouth. "Pregnant women should not drink alcohol," Vino said.

Hearing Vino's words made Vira laugh a little until her hair fell covering part of her face.

She wiped her hair, her pale face and minimal makeup looked so pure.

"Oh really?" Vira's voice sounded crisp. "So I can't drink wine from this glass?" she asked.

Vino nodded his head.

"Alcohol is not good for pregnant women," he said in a low voice, the lies muffled his voice.

Vira smiled as she brought her body closer to Vino until she pushed her husband's position.

"But..." her eyes fell on Vino's wet and seductive lips.

She pointed at Vino's lips with the tip of her index finger, stroking and pressing gently.

Vino could see his wife's face very close, his blood was boiling.

"But, I can enjoy the wine from these lips." Whispered Vira.

Vino paused his breath, he grabbed Vira's lips, crushed with thirst.

These lips are more delicious than a bottle of wine, he carried Vira's body in his arms.

I will get what I want!
