Chapter 118 - Words Sharpen Than Sword

Seeing his wife's pale face made Vino anxious, he bit his fingertip with a worried face, while his wife who was lying on the bed could still smile.

"What's with your face, why do you look tense? I'm just a little dizzy, maybe I have not been getting enough sleep," said Vira but her words did not make her husband calm about this situation.

"You have to be patient, I didn't bring a doctor on this yacht, I didn't think anything bad was going to happen and our trip seemed too sudden. I'm sorry, we'll be heading to the hospital as soon as we get to the port." Vino gently stroked his wife's forehead.

He had taken his wife's temperature several times and there was no significant increase in Vira's body temperature, but seeing his wife's pale and weak face, Vino was afraid that another disease was hiding behind this special woman's smile.

"You need to calm yourself down honey, I just need some rest," Vira repeated her words. "Maybe I'm a little surprised, I've never sailed."

Vino nodded his head in agreement with his wife's words. "I should have talked to you about my plans before taking you on a sail, I'm sorry dear, you like this, it's all because of me," Vino said.

"No honey, stop worrying too much about me, I'm fine." Vira stroked her husband's cheek which felt cold.

A knock on the door made Vino have to take his hand off from his wife's palm, he stroked Vira's forehead once again and landed a small kiss on the forehead.

Vino opened the door and what came was a crew member who had previously met them, he was carrying a woman.

"Sorry, sir, to interrupt your time. I brought a midwife, she can examine your wife." said the man.

Vino nodded his head quickly, he invited the woman to meet his wife.

"Sir, do you have time? Soon this yacht will reach the port and I'm afraid I won't be able to see you again. But there is something important I want to talk to you about." The crew said with pleading eyes, a stark contrast to his stout posture.

Vino frowned, he couldn't leave his wife at this time but the face of the man in front of him right now couldn't be ignored either.

"Wait a minute," Vino said, asking the crew to wait at the door while he approached his wife.

"Midwife, did something serious happen to my wife?" Vino asked worriedly, he looked at his wife's face with worried eyes.

The midwife smiled faintly. "I don't think anything bad happened to your wife, sir, but may I be checking up more?" She asked as she unpacked the small box she had been carrying around.

"Of course!" Vino invited, he stroked his wife's hand and then bowed slightly.

"Honey, can I go out for a bit? Someone wants to talk to me and I can't just ignore him."

Vira seemed to understand the direction of her husband's sentence, she glanced at the crew who knew Miss Selena before, who was standing at the door, the man pulled a doubtful smile when their eyes met, something strange growing in his heart. Weird things.

"Go ahead," replied Vira.

Vino looked doubtful but Vira smiled at him to make sure that she was okay not being accompanied by her husband.

"Sir, I will take care of your wife, oh yes, can you ask for a warm and sweet drink for madam, she needs energy intake at this time. Don't forget to order healthy food for her, don't give her too much seafood first," said the midwife.

"Is she allergic to seafood!" Vino's voice was half-shouted. He felt guilty for forcing his wife to eat raw oysters. Did his wife get a fever after his silly behavior?

"No sir, I need a test to make sure one more time to make it clearer."

Vino was increasingly reluctant to leave his wife and let the crew continue to stand at the door.

"Come on baby, it's not good to let other people wait too long, after all, I'd be embarrassed if another man saw me in bed."

Vino choked hearing his wife's words. "I'm sorry dear, I'm not sensitive. Midwife, I'll leave my wife, I promise it won't belong." Vino was forced to leave his wife.

He approached the crew who had been waiting for him patiently, he was also impatient with the chat that this middle-aged man had prepared.

"Let's talk over there." invited Vino the crew, they entered a cafe, looking for a seat and facing each other, Vino impatiently waited for the words of the man in front of him.

"I want to talk about Selena. I want to ask you a few things." He opened the chat.

Vino raised his eyebrows, he was indeed curious about the woman who he thought was a hero but right now his wife was sick, he had to put his wife first before other women, especially women who never appeared in his life again.

Vino took a business card from his pocket.

"Sir, this is my business card, you can contact me through my secretary, you can make an appointment to talk to me at another time but for now, I'm very sorry, I can't accompany you to the discussion, my wife is sick, I have to put her first. ." Vino's words made the man in front of him gulp bitterly.

Vino got up from his seat, leaving the crew behind, but the man also got up from his seat following him.

He opened his mouth with wide eyes.

"You seem to love your wife so much, you even do unexpected things for your wife."

The crew's words bothered Vino, he turned his body and gave a sharp look, but the face in front of him now looked gloomy and pitiful.

"Of course I love my wife very much, she is a good woman, she is a compliment in my life, why do you ask questions that don't require an answer, shouldn't men love their partners?" Vino's voice sounded loud and sharp.

The crew took a deep breath so that his chest seemed to swell and fall.

"If I could love my partner as deeply as you do. I will never regret it, I certainly will never sink and fall into a dark hole all this time."

"...."

Sarah walked into a soundproofed room, there was a man in a mainstay attire-- a white coat. Waiting for her, the man gave her a warm smile, probably pretending to be warm because his job required him to act like this.

"Why did you call me, don't you have any other business, don't you have other patients, if there isn't then go back to your country, get out of here, you are just a burden to me." She hadn't had time to sit down but was already babbling, her swearing made the young doctor in front of her fold his arms and widen a smile.

Bruck!

She sat down slamming herself, "what do you want? Ah, wrong, I should have asked, what does he want through you? Are you not tired of being Vino's lackey and servant, I've gone far from him so he doesn't have to worry and be afraid of distractions anymore, his wife isn't attractive at all to me!" she still hissed with annoyance.

Her beautiful face now looks thinner and paler, she always wears cool and branded clothes now has to wear monotonous hospital pajamas, her footwear was also only sandals with soft soles, she can't wear high heels that make her chest swell.

"There's nothing he wants. I came to see you because I wanted to see you, shouldn't the doctor have treated the patient? I Even treat you special, why are you looking--"

Andrew stopped his speech as soon as Sarah raised her palms and put on a cynical face, she didn't want to hear Andrew's voice that disturbed her ears.

"Listen, doctor!" Sarah tilted her head slightly so Doctor Andrew could see the cruel and irritating expression on her face.

"I like the owner of the name Andrew, I dream of having a beautiful and romantic luxury wedding, oh yes, even I also dream of being in an isolation room alone with him so that I can make love with satisfaction, but one thing I emphasize to you, Andrew I mean is not you!"

hearing Sarah's words made doctor Andrew burst out laughing.

"I also don't have a crush on you, Miss Sarah, I'm just working here while increasing my knowledge. You don't be too confident, ah one more thing I have to emphasize to you, have you ever told your dream wedding, or have you ever prayed in the church, temple, or mosque?--"

Just as Sarah was about to answer Andrew's question, the man had already cut Sarah's opened mouth.

"If you've ever prayed and dreamed too much, I'll tell you one more thing that is very important!" Andrew tilted his head as Sarah did earlier.

"Obsession can make your subconscious and self-suggestion, then your dreams will come true in a different way."

"You mean?"

Andrew just shrugged, he didn't answer Sarah's question.

"When you are praying and dreaming, you must be clear, don't let the angels choose another Andrew for you!"

choked!
